Federal Government Threatens: “A Gigantic Grab of All Water Rights in the United States”

water-rights

You may recall, Readers, that I penned a couple of pieces detailing the CKST (Confederated Kootenai & Salish Tribes) Water Compact last March in 2015.  To refresh in brief, the Water Compact gives the Indian Tribes the water rights to all surface and subsurface water in almost all of Western Montana, to include Flathead Lake.  The problem: these water rights are all off-reservation.  That’s right.  The Democratic-controlled State Senate, House of Representatives, and Governor of Montana voted this into law.  Everyone is to receive a water meter on their well.  All revenues will go to “the Tribes” as stipulated by HHS, to be managed by the Bureau of Indian affairs, and enforced by the DHS (Department of Homeland Security).

Now it is a national problem: to the tune of $2.3 billion, to come from the rest of the country.

Senator Jon Tester, D-MT is the culprit pushing the Tribes to ratify the Montana Law at the Federal level.  Tester managed to lasso $3 million in Montana, and stick the state with a $55 million obligation toward this theft.  Now Tester and all of the Tribes are coming after Federal Legislation to “legitimize” the compact…Congress being the one obstacle to the water grab.  They know that Montana will never be able to raise that money in taxes (all of ours went up this year), therefore they’re making the move to put it in the lap of the Federal Government and obtain funding, materials, and manpower to enforce this compact, if necessary from the barrel of a gun.

The obstacle mentioned in the previous paragraph surfaced from the excellent efforts of House Natural Resources Committee Chairman Rob Bishop, R-UT, who had announced a new procedural change in 2015 that requires any Indian and Tribal compact regarding water to be approved and certified by the Department of the Interior and the Attorney General of the U.S. before introduction (into the U.S. House of Representatives).  In addition, that introduction of a House version of the compact for a bill consideration rests with the Chairman of the Committee.

In this Democratic chess game is the potential fudge factor: The “Deadly Bishop.”

Rob Bishop can kill this thing right before it goes anywhere.  We must wait to find out whether “the Deadly Bishop’s” deadliness is for or against the compact.  In the meantime, Rep Ryan Zinke, R-MT, a possible Trump running-mate or cabinet member, and Sen. Steve Daines, R-MT have both “not yet indicated” where they stand on this: a complete orchiotomy of the Republican “leadership” of the State of Montana. The state law is being challenged in court with a fight also continuing at the federal level.  Here is why this is important, even though most of the U.S. is either oblivious or not comprehending the significance of what is happening here:

  1. If this is passed at the Federal Level into law, the balance of the $55 million allocated for this water compact at the state level will be paid by the Feds…and it will cost the rest of the United States $2.3 billion dollars.
  2. This will set a precedence for a gigantic grab of all water rights in the United States, which is underway already.
  3. Every bit of this is Agenda 21 driven and is an integral part of the gobbling up of all property…land, water rights, easements, access routes…all of it is planned to be done under the color of law.
  4. To paraphrase the Declaration of Independence, “swarms of officers will come hither to harass” the populace. By placing legislation that enables control, naturally there will be armed “officers” of the DHS (and also the Sheriff’s departments, most of which have “rolled” in supine submission, as dogs, ready to lap the hands of federal funding) to enforce the legislation.

Because all authority comes from the barrel of a gun.

Understand, Readers, that the compact covers a huge region geographically.  The population it affects numbers in the hundreds of thousands, and is scant; however, the main objective is the grab of the water rights to enslave all of those who live in what is termed “The American Redoubt.”  Well, there is no doubt that the legislation, if passed will be used as a precedent to inflict such a crime upon the entire United States.

Zinke and Daines, the Republican leadership in Montana appear to be if not out rightly caving in, at the bare minimum complacent enough to allow this to progress.  As reflecting the wills of their constituents, they should be jumping up and down in disagreement to this infliction of a progressive agenda that is not the will of the people.  As Mel Gibson’s character Benjamin Martin eloquently phrased in “The Patriot” movie:

“An elected legislature can trample a man’s rights as easily as a king.”

So very true.  All government, local, state, and federal have become infested with “misrepresentatives” who either are outright Progressive-Marxists following after a globalist agenda, or they are pseudo-conservatives that follow the “slant” and either vote with the globalists or permit it through complacency and inactivity.  The prime example is Olympia Snow R-ME, who was the teeny, tiny vote that allowed Obamacare to be opened on the Senate floor and “got the ball rolling” for the generation and growth of the monstrous octopus we now face each day.

Here we are, now, with an issue that promises, if legislated to drain several billion dollars from the entire United States and funnel it into a local property rights grab that sets precedence for it to be duplicated all across the country.  The problem lies in the fact that the people are not represented: their will is not reflected within the legislation that is passed into law.  The few rule the many, and there is no recourse, ad infinitum, while the citizens suffer.  The country is dismantled piece by piece and reformed into a globalist oligarchy that leaves no room for dissent and by color of law institutes slavery…and injustice…for all.

The water from the sky falling on your property belongs to the water board or someone else. You can’t collect any of it. But if their water damages your property they are not liable. Getting fucked every which way. Tptb is claiming all the natural resources keeping people enslaved.

Menzo, same here for me and my family in north GA. So all “authortity” comes from the barrel of a gun, eh? SELF-DEFENSE AGAINST ILLEGITIMATE AUTHORITY AKA TYRANNY ALSO COMES FROM THE BARREL OF A GUN. MOLON LABE!

        • Menzoberranzan says:

That’s right. They will never see where the shots came from that go through their traitorous heads.

Gentlemen, being armed and dangerous will only provide us a possible choice in the way we pass from here. I could be satisfied with that, but hope for more.

However, with the technology available to TPTB (drones, etc.) your plans for secreted bodies and vehicles is sadly laughable.

Do you think they are so stupid (at least after the first incident) as to not be ‘covered’ ?

The US Government will NEVER be able to control all water. Ever try holding water in your hands? It is a fluid resource that is renewable and comes from many sources and flows in many directions. I have 1000 Ft Fresh Water front peninsula property at my BOL which is also located on a fresh water in-land island. I picked it due to the massive resource of water. Now if you choose to live in some remote cabin in MT freezing your arse off all winter, and doomed in a Yellowstone Blowout, and didn’t do your research for Location, Location, location, before you bought..especially when the number one rule of picking a property out, is “WATER”, then you deserve what you get. Buyer Beware.

You see Military people are Low IQ Dolts that have no business sense. All they know is their own rules at a point of a Gun. They can’t cut it normal society running a business or understanding business negotiations. So they come here and whine like crybabies when they don’t get their way, or go grab their guns, and make it out, that everybody is out for them. But its their own mistakes when choosing a BOL Location. People you got to do your research.. Don’t do what JJohnson did. Then complain for their own miscalculations and stupidity. He was probably too busy playing with his 3 cats, instead of doing his homework.

Not sure why these articles from wanna be heros are even posted here. Just saying.. I would rather be talking about something positive than calling out hypocritical military morons writing BS Whiney articles like this. I can’t let it pass, because the people need the truth.

Jeremiah , what are you (we) going to do when they come to install that water meter on your well?

      • Redoubt Renee says:

I’d present them with a bill for the purchase of the well. If I had to pay to put the well in, then you have to buy the well from me in order to own the water that comes up from it. Only then would I consider you to have even close to a right to meter my water.

      • Menzoberranzan says:

Blow their fucking brains out. It is the same as a declaration of war.

I think we should cut off all Military Pensions and Benefits. Why should US Tax Payers, keep rewarding Military Moron’s Failure after Failure, after Failure, after Failure, after Failure, after Failure, after Failure, after Failure, after Failure. That would save our country a lot of money rewarding Dopey Failures like this pretend author.

~WWTI… Some foreign invader should go to Montana hunt down JJohnson the Terrorist Jihadist, who complains of water prices. Wonder why JJ hides behind a fake name? He is sniveling a Coward!!

      • ENFP says:

They wanted to do this in my county and had a small notice of a hearing in the paper. I saw it and called everyone I knew to show up and protest it. So many came they had to move the meeting to where they would have more space. Many made same threats I am hearing here at that meeting. So they gave up trying to do that and retaliated by issuing fewer well drilling permits in the future.

    • nope. Those that serve within our governments tell you that, and will try to take it as control the water and food and control the people.

The people had, dammed up, farmed with, etc water BEFORE there was a government. It is a protected natural right within the US Constitution. not only that, but the water never belonged/belongs to those that serve within our governments. They were never delegated the authority to do any such thing. Read the supreme LAW of our land that they are all OATHBOUND to.

All that usurpation is a crime.

None of that is lawful, it is color of law, pretend law. “Legal”: the “color of law”, “appearance of law”, “pretense of law without the substance of lawfulness”, “misuse of power made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state”. Black’s Law Dictionary

Does it get enforced? yes, but when it is enforced and it is not law/code/regulation/treaty/etc that is in Pursuance thereof the US Constitution it makes the enforcer a terrorist, committing *terrorism against the American people. Then the Oath was either broken or not taken – at least one felony depending, and the crime of Perjury. There are a bunch of crimes committed with that action, up to and including Treason.

But if you do not know this, if YOU do not know the US Constitution – it is a short document so there is no excuse – then they can tell you, and enforce upon you anything they want.

If the “enforcer” does not know the US Constitution (and the state Constitution where it applies) then he may be allowing himself (generic “he, etc) to be made into a *terrorist, traitor to his own country and people. Those laws are the supreme and the highest, ALL other laws/codes/regulations/treaties/etc MUST follow the US Constitution. But add into that mix that the US Constitution itself IS the supreme LAW – all of it is enforceable – and the state Constitution is the highest LAW – which is also enforceable, then the only thing missing is the LAWFUL enforcers, am I not correct?

  2. So people who have water on their land, they are going to lose their Land ? This is complete control of the people and is Dictatorship..

Selling our water to other Nations is also not what they should be doing.. At least not to be taking it away from the USA People.

When will this Government come to a end ???

    • Those that serve within the federal government was NOT given much authority over local matters. Those things are under the states jurisdiction and under the peoples retained authorities. Those things are up to us. But whatever we do MUST be constitutional in nature because the US Constitution is known the world over as our “American experiment”, and our “particular” way of governing; basically as our legitimate government. As long as we are enforcing it as required our actions are lawful and legitimate.

Thomas Jefferson: “Our peculiar security is in the possession of a written Constitution. Let us not make it a blank paper by construction.”

James Madison: “Do not separate text from historical background. If you do, you will have perverted and subverted the Constitution, which can only end in a distorted, bastardized form of illegitimate government.”

St John Tucker: “The congress of the United States possesses no power to regulate, or interfere with the domestic concerns, or police of any state: it belongs not to them to establish any rules respecting the rights of property; nor will the constitution permit any prohibition of arms to the people;…”

St. George Tucker: “The Federal Government is the creature of the States. It is not a party to the Constitution, but the result of it – the creation of that agreement which was made by the States as parties. It is a mere agent, entrusted with limited powers for certain objects; which powers and objects are enumerated in the Constitution. Shall the agent be permitted to judge of the extent of his own powers, without reference to his constituent?”

Alexander Hamilton, Federalist 33: “…If the federal government should overpass the just bounds of its authority and make a tyrannical use of its powers, the people, whose creature it is, must appeal to the standard [The Constitution] they have formed, and take such measures to redress the injury done to the Constitution as the exigency may suggest and prudence justify….”

Alexander Hamilton: “There is no position which depends on clearer principles that that every act of a delegated authority, contrary to the commission under which it is exercised, is void. No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid.”

President Andrew Jackson, farewell address: “It is well known that there have always been those among us who wish to enlarge the powers of the general government, and experience would seem to indicate that there is a tendency on the part of this government to overstep the boundaries marked out for it by the Constitution. Its legitimate authority is abundantly sufficient for all the purposes for which it was created, and its powers being expressly enumerated, there can be no justification for claiming anything beyond them. Every attempt to exercise power beyond these limits should be promptly and firmly opposed, for one evil example will lead to other measures still more mischievous; and if the principle of constructive powers or supposed advantages or temporary circumstances shall ever be permitted to justify the assumption of a power not given by the Constitution, the general government will before long absorb all the powers of legislation, and you will have in effect but one consolidated government. From the extent of our country, its diversified interests, different pursuits and different habits, it is too obvious for argument that a single consolidated government would be wholly inadequate to watch over and protect its interests; and every friend of our free institutions should be always prepared to maintain unimpaired and in full vigor the rights and sovereignty of the states and to confine the action of the general government strictly to the sphere of its appropriate duties.”

Thomas Jefferson: “The several States composing, the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government; but that, by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a general government for special purposes — delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving, each State to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self-government; and that whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force: that to this compact each State acceded as a State, and is an integral part, its co-States forming, as to itself, the other party: that the government created by this compact was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself; since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution, the measure of its powers; but that, as in all other cases of compact among powers having no common judge, each party (the people) has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress.”

Justice Sandra Day O’Connor: “The Constitution does not protect the sovereignty of States for the benefit of the States or state governments as abstract political entities, or even for the benefit of the public officials governing the States. To the contrary, the Constitution divides authority between federal and state governments for the protection of individuals. State sovereignty is not just an end in itself: “Rather, federalism secures to citizens the liberties that derive from the diffusion of sovereign power.”

Mack and Printz v. United States: “The Framers rejected the concept of a central government that would act upon and through the States, and instead designed a system in which the State and Federal Governments would exercise concurrent authority over the people. The Federal Government’s power would be augmented immeasurably and impermissibly if it were able to impress into its service – and at no cost to itself – the police officers of the 50 States… Federal control of state officers would also have an effect upon the separation and equilibration of powers between the three branches of the Federal Government itself.”

      • Anonymous says:

The existence of the “federal government” makes all the things about it that are admonished against inevitably come to pass. Though war between the states is the likely result of diabolic elites and their machinating politicians after a dissolution of the Union, and war between individuals in general would predictably be the pathetic result of a slavish and craven people being freed from subjection to some overbearing state that keeps them from each other’s throats, the sure result of war against either states or individuals by the federal government’s overbearance is more ominous in that it cannot be fought against by and in defense of the state or the individual as well as would be the case with smaller enemies such as the several states or individuals themselves.

        • “The existence of the “federal government” makes all the things about it that are admonished against inevitably come to pass.”

I disagree because if “We the people of the united States” were doing our duty most of this, if any, would be happening.

Who is supposed to be, is REQUIRED to be the enforcement arm of our governments – state and general (federal)?

Look at Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15 where it makes it very clear that the militia is the enforcement arm. The Militia has as its constitutionally assigned duties to:
          — Enforce the US Constitution (supreme LAW) and each state’s Constitution (highest LAW of the state),
          — Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
          — Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
          — “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.

Clause 15: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel invasions.“

The Congress calls them forth from the states, and they are paid what the US Military is paid for as long as they are in service to the feds, and the ONLY person who serves within the federal government is allowed to give them orders is the person serving as a LAWFUL US President as he becomes the Commander in Chief when the Militia or the Military is called out (…, when called into the actual Service of the United States;). Yeah, we are FORBIDDEN to have a “standing” (permanent) military which is one of the reasons that the Militia is required to be trained as congress requires the military to be trained and why they are to be armed and trained with all weapons of war.

Tench Coxe, Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788: “Congress have no power to disarm the militia. THEIR SWORDS, AND EVERY OTHER TERRIBLE IMPLEMENT OF THE SOLDIER, ARE THE BIRTHRIGHT OF AN AMERICAN… THE UNLIMITED POWER OF THE SWORD IS NOT IN THE HANDS OF EITHER THE FEDERAL OR STATE GOVERNMENT, BUT, where I trust in God it will ever remain, IN THE HANDS OF THE PEOPLE”.

Jefferson,“Notes on the State of Virginia” (1782): “The law requires every militia-man to provide himself with arms usual in the regular service.”

US Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 11: “To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water”.

The congress has the duty to grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal when they are needed to enforce the US Constitution, the laws, or defend the people and the nation. This is using private citizens in their own privately owned crafts to defend the USA and her people, this is using the Militia.

Only the congress can declare and send Americans into war. By that power being delegated to the Congress it is forbidden to any other branch, office, agency, person, etc.

James Madison: “The power to declare war, including the power of judging the causes of war, is fully and exclusively vested in the legislature … the executive has no right, in any case, to decide the question, whether there is or is not cause for declaring war.”

George Washington: “The constitution vests the power of declaring war in Congress; therefore no offensive expedition of importance can be undertaken until after they shall have deliberated upon the subject and authorized such a measure.”

James Madison: “In time of actual war, great discretionary powers are constantly given to the Executive Magistrate. Constant apprehension of War, has the same tendency to render the head too large for the body. A standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty. The means of defence against foreign danger, have been always the instruments of tyranny at home. Among the Romans it was a standing maxim to excite a war, whenever a revolt was apprehended. Throughout all Europe, the armies kept up under the pretext of defending, have enslaved the people.”

James Madison: “Of all the enemies to public liberty war is, perhaps, the most to be dreaded, because it comprises and develops the germ of every other. War is the parent of armies; from these proceed debts and taxes; and armies, and debts, and taxes are the known instruments for bringing the many under the domination of the few. In war, too, the discretionary power of the Executive is extended; its influence in dealing out offices, honors, and emoluments is multiplied: and all the means of seducing the minds, are added to those of subduing the force, of the people. The same malignant aspect in republicanism (small “r”) may be traced in the inequality of fortunes, and the opportunities of fraud, growing out of a state of war, and in the degeneracy of manners and of morals, engendered by both. No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.”

Clause 12 specifies that there shall be no military beyond that of two years. The Militia of each state is charged with our nations defense here within the USA until and unless the congress has declared war and a military is raised:

Clause 12: “To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years”.

Understand that all who serve within the legislative branch – and those of other branches who usurped the delegated authority of that BRANCH – are guilty of Misappropriation and other crimes. That they are PERSONALLY responsible for that money. That we can take their homes, bank accounts, boats, etc to replace it if they are found to be guilty, but we cannot pass that debt onto their children (meaning we cannot required that the children pay for the crimes of their parents).

The money that the congress has illegally spent beyond the lawfully allowed time of two years for the support of a “standing military” was/and still is a misappropriation of funds (misappropriation n. the intentional, illegal use of the property or funds of another person for one’s own use or other unauthorized purpose, particularly by a public official…), a felony, a crime against the American people.

Tucker, Blackstone’s Commentaries on the Laws of England (1803): “The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, and this without any qualification as to their condition or degree, as is the case in the British government. — This may be considered as the true palladium of liberty… The right of self-defense is the first law of nature; in most governments it has been the study of rulers to confine this right within the narrowest limits possible. Whenever standing armies are kept up, and the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction”.

Joseph Story, “Familiar Exposition of the Constitution of the United States” (1840): “One of the ordinary modes, by which tyrants accomplish their purposes without resistance, is, by disarming the people, and making it an offence to keep arms, and by substituting a regular army in the stead of a resort to the militia. The friends of a free government cannot be too watchful, to overcome the dangerous tendency of the public mind to sacrifice, for the sake of mere private convenience, this powerful check upon the designs of ambitious men”.

Nunn vs. State, 1 Ga. (1 Kel.) 243, at 251 (1846): ” `The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.’ The right of the whole people, old and young, men, women and boys, and not militia only, to keep and bear arms of every description, and not such merely as are used by the militia, shall not be infringed, curtailed, or broken in upon, in the smallest degree; and all this for the important end to be attained: the rearing up and qualifying a well-regulated militia, so vitally necessary to the security of a free State. Our opinion is that any law, State or Federal, is repugnant to the Constitution, and void, which contravenes this right.”

Cockrum v. State, 24 Tex. 394, at 401-402 (1859): “The right of a citizen to bear arms, in lawful defense of himself or the State, is absolute. He does not derive it from the State government. It is one of the “high powers” delegated directly to the citizen, and `is excepted out of the general powers of government.’ A law cannot be passed to infringe upon or impair it, because it is above the law, and independent of the lawmaking power.”

Wilson v. State, 33 Ark. 557, at 560, 34 Am. Rep. 52, at 54 (1878): “To prohibit a citizen from wearing or carrying a war arm … is an unwarranted restriction upon the constitutional right to keep and bear arms. If cowardly and dishonorable men sometimes shoot unarmed men with army pistols or guns, the evil must be prevented by the penitentiary and gallows, and not by a general deprivation of constitutional privilege.”

Those who serve in the unlawful standing military should be home as the Militia training in the US Constitution and their own state Constitution so that they would then be actually and lawfully defending the US Constitution, the American people, their states, counties, neighbors, etc. There would be some permanent paid militia positions, but the Militia is under their state Constitution and the US Constitution – even when being called forth by their state government or by the federal government. Now understand why a “regulated” (trained) militia is safest and needed for our freedoms? Why the Second Amendment and what it means?

Richard Henry Lee, First Senate: “To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them.”

Rep. Elbridge Gerry of Massachusetts, spoken during floor debate over the Second Amendment; I Annals of Congress at 750, August 17, 1789: “What, Sir, is the use of a militia? It is to prevent the establishment of a standing army, the bane of liberty… Whenever Governments mean to invade the rights and liberties of the people, they always attempt to destroy the militia, in order to raise an army upon their ruins.”

James Madison, I Annals of Congress 434: “The right of the people to keep and bear… arms shall not be infringed. A well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the best and most natural defense of a free country…”

Richard Henry Lee, “Additional Letters from the Federal Farmer”, 1788, at 169: “A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves…and include all men capable of bearing arms.”

Richard Henry Lee, 1788, Initiator of the Declaration of Independence, and member of the first Senate, which passed the Bill of Rights: “Whereas, to preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them; nor does it follow from this, that all promiscuously must go into actual service on every occasion. The mind that aims at a select militia, must be influenced by a truly anti-republican principle; and when we see many men disposed to practice upon it, whenever they can prevail, no wonder true republicans are for carefully guarding against it.”

Patrick Henry, Virginia Convention on the ratification of the Constitution. Debates and other Proceedings of the Convention of Virginia,… taken in shorthand by David Robertson of Petersburg, at 271, 275 2d ed. Richmond, 1805 (Also 3 Elliot, Debates at 386): “The great object is that every man be armed” and “everyone who is able may have a gun.”

Gazette of the United States, October 14, 1789: “The right of the people to keep and bear arms has been recognized by the General Government; but the best security of that right after all is, the military spirit, that taste for martial exercises, which has always distinguished the free citizens of these States…. Such men form the best barrier to the liberties of America”

It is also important to realize that the U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of this land, and one must know then that the ONLY crimes assigned to the federal government in the Constitution for law enforcement purposes are Treason, Piracy, Counterfeiting, and International law violations.

        Cal,
Fantastic post! I appreciate the time and effort that went into it, and would appreciate if you could tell me the source of the quote from Jefferson. That is as articulate an explanation of the balance of powers intended by the Constitution as I’ve ever heard and would like to attribute it correctly in the future.

Hope you’re able to reply … Thanks!

      • Well then, in a very concise manner of speaking, NONE of The ABC Agencies have as much as a ‘wisp’ of power to any degree …as they are well outside of Constitutional Law …all of them.
The system they are trying to design, modify and implement is “null and void” and without law within itself in all 50 states and also, the federal government is limited to what the states give them ‘to carry out’ (as orders, of a sort). So, everything they are doing is “out of order” and illegal on every count.

In other words …they haven’t a leg to stand on and never have, starting with the moment they decided to ‘leave The Constitution behind in favor of something THEY could make themselves wealthy with.

BUSTED! (Which is precisely why I’ve been screaming, on here, to not listen to nor abide by ANY damned law that isn’t constitutionally “sound” …which is why I will NOT tell a cop who happens to pull me over if I am armed or not. To do so, in some states, would be to place my life in instant peril.
This is why I am a Constitutionalist, ‘hard core’ all the way to the grave if needs be. (At least I know I’ll be in good company when that time comes, as it does for everyone).
You would prolly be amazed at the number of folks in NC who will tell you THEY TOO are Constitutionalists (and well-known for not taking any shit from supposed “authorities” –that have no authority at all since nothing about them is constitutionally ‘sound’.

    • DustyFae; No, you will not lose your land (we the people are not going to allow such a thing to come to fruition), and, that is not what is meant by the article …so do not worry needlessly, your land is quite safe. Dictatorship is something they would LIKE to force us into …but we are a far cry from THAT ever happening (or when it does, it means all white christians have been killed or are in hiding forever).
Selling our water to other nations? Not that I am aware of, except for some ‘tankers’ that have been sent to drought-striken areas of the world with a few ‘hundred-thousand gallons’ on board …which is next to worthless.

When will this government end? When We The People take it upon ourselves to “fall back” upon The Constitution and (literally) “trial and hang” most everyone in Washington DC along with all “state representatives” that are like-minded with those who’ll die in DC for tyranny and traitorous “behaviors” et al.

Our government has GREATLY exceeded the limit of their powers on ALL ‘fronts’ now (and continue to dig their illegal ‘holes’ even deeper, as if they haven’t a care or worry in the world. Evil has never prevailed and never will …so they are only taking themselves out of the picture ‘over the long run’. No worries! 🙂

Does no one remember Bill Clinton signed away all water rights to the UN?
Then NY Gov. Cuomo signed all water rights to the UN in NY 100 miles outside of every lake and river and the St. Lawrence Seaway. I wonder how much he got for that?
These guys do not do this out of their willingness to help the American People.

    • Show me where Clinton was delegated that authority, instead of committing treason and other crimes.

      • hammerhead says:

There was a bill , it remains unratified just sitting in wait for the right time to get it done.
Just like the Agenda 21 and UN gun bill , all remain waiting for a socialist majority in the senate to be ratified.

        • Sorry, but The Constitution is very clear on that one as well. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO “PULL” AN AGENDA-21 NOR A UN-Bill, nor do they have ANY ‘leg to stand on’ (legally speaking) to do one damn thing without ‘order from the states’ to do so, and even then it can only be done “with We The People’s” blessings and agreements (of which they have neither. Therefore, what they are seeking to do or implement is pure lawlessness, buried in their own red-tape (which is just as worthless as used TP).

I disagree that Clinton was ever in a legal position to sign such a document (legally speaking) …and the unratified bill is ‘toothless’ and meaningless as it too ignores all aspects of The Constitution. This is why Obama has used EO’s to go around Congress and pass alleged laws that are NOT laws at all …just worthless writings that are 100% worthless and without any part of The Constitution to ‘shore it up’ with.

I am amazed at how much has been done so quickly in an all out effort to enslave and steal everything from Americans. THEY will be amazed at how swiftly all of their tedious lying and deceits will unravel the minute we “hit the streets” armed to the teeth knowing every bit of the REAL laws stand behind us.

I’m willing to wager the greatest majority of them flee to another country before the majority of us are able to GET to DC. lol… watch and learn…

In order for a Revolution to be successful. A Civil War must come first. There are many who are now socialist and have shown they are willing to riot. The government will await the outcome and at some point could help those who want socialism to prevail. More refugees or illegal aliens to help the socialist achieve objectives.
Not only do we have a government that wants NWO but a populace that as long as they get what they want for free, will fully support it by any means.

It is soon to be a very dangerous time.

      • I fail to discern how rioting is associated with socialism, and I’m FAR from being a socialist. I am a Constitutionalist. (Dyed in The Wool).

More takers than workers is socialism. Pull back the SNAP and EBT and you will all the riots you can handle.

Actually I do not care how it happens. Only that it comes to some breaking point within this election cycle.

Rioting by socialists (or fascists, for that matter) creates the excuse for government crackdown on everyone else and the imposition of socialism (or fascism) as an authoritarian regime over who would otherwise be free people. Remember that foreign governments are in cahoots. They’re not really each other’s enemies. They play that game to scare their subjects into obedience and, will use the false-flag of very real war to punish and corral the masses if they don’t comply. This is all what keeps the powers-that-be in power–until, that is, the people deny them their compliance and deny them the means by which they can attack (“govern”) the people.

First part. That crackdown would get the fires burning. Do or Die.
Second. Do you feel like you are living free? I don’t.

            .

            • Then, it is a foregone conclusion that my ‘screaming for noncompliance by we the people, for months now” …is based on the only logical answer to the problem.
There is NO damned way that we the people are going to “turn tptb” around, as now their only intent is to either kill or enslave us …all through the use of illegal measures, none of which are remotely constitutional. Our Constitution “grants us the right” to HANG THE TRAITORS if and when such an event comes to fruition, which it now has.
Therefore, We The People have a job to do, and do it right. Most assuredly THEY have planned for everything they can to ‘resist us’ in every way, thus blood will be everywhere (nothing new there …it is a part of life, or it is to me anyway).
THEY CAN BE TROUNCED by sheer numbers alone, no matter how many drones and ‘attack vessels’ they elect to use against us in an effort to save their own lives …but “the book” says to hang them all, so hang they shall, each and every one who has broken their Oath of Office.
Our present POTUS NEVER TOOK HIS OATH OF OFFICE and thus has NO business posing as president (because he was never ‘oathed in’ …and THAT is required). So, in reality, he is NOT a president ‘by law nor by rights’ (he’s not even a citizen of The USA)! …he’s a PLANTED DOMESTIC ENEMY and has been doing a remarkable job of screwing up everything in our country by ignoring all laws AND The Constitution and simply causing mass ‘divisions’.

A LAW THAT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL IS NO LAW AT ALL – (that is a fact and the honest truth to the entirety of all that is happening). All of the laws they we THINK we are buried in are “toothless” and ‘do not hold water’.
We are NOT “liable” nor expected to comply with such illegalities, no matter WHO might try to tell you differently. They just wish you to think we are no longer under constitutional law (and if that were true, nobody would have a firearm on their strong-side right now, or a gun-vault OR FREEDOMs of any type). Since we do have ‘everything’, rest assured The Constitution is still fully in effect. Period. And yes, as has always been, authority comes from the business end of a gun. That is one of the ‘tools’ that were used to create America. And now that we have been threatened with the loss of our very lives, we have every right to tear their asses asunder …and these things they are VERY well aware of (and they fear us for that, which is why they’ll do ANYTHING in their efforts to force compliance to THEIR ‘fucked up’ ideologies and “the wishes” of other nations to “take our homes for themselves and place us into FEMA camps or “areas” not any differently than what was done to The American Indians. Build a huge fence and shove everyone inside of it, and call it good. No way!
The Indians aren’t talking …and that speaks ‘volumes’ for me. Nobody seems to have taken them into consideration on these matters (as if The Cherokee are going to remotely consider “going Sharia Law instead of what they’ve been doing since before white man came to North America). lol… give me a break! The government has seen to it that a great many of them have turned to corruption (casinos, non-taxable, can hunt your land ‘unfettered’ …everything to keep them ‘under their thumbs’ while creating an illusion of total freedom …when they are still ‘fenced into a compound’.
However, Maine DID give the entire northern part of the state back to the indigenous indians several years back …and that was an astounding day for the “New Englanders”. Some other states are making ‘concessions’ in that order as well (prolly to avert what they KNOW will happen when and if someone hollars MARTIAL LAW (as there would be NO compliance from anyone …and they know it).
We Have Nothing To Fear except Fear Itself – (and THAT is foolish at best). There is NOTHING to be feared, except maybe a great white shark ‘stalking your ass’ and no land in sight?

We are not going to give in to socialism no matter how they try to ‘bend and mutilate’ The Constitution and Amendments. They’ll learn the hard way and pay for it with their very lives, but that’s not my problem. My only problem is them, and they are just as allergic to lead as the next man or woman.

Since they have MORE than indicated they are most willing to kill us, I’ve no problem with doing them in first …that goes double since THEY are the law-breakers and not myself. Anyone who disagrees would do well to leave America now …or be targeted and die. (There will be NO prisoners but only bodies).

Obama is impersonating a US President, and those who are in office in the other three branches, and in the states are ALL committing treason and **terrorism against the American people. Since he, and they, do not lawfully represent the American people from whom they get their delegated duties, NOTHING they have done since 2008 is lawful and binding on the people. Not in the states, not in the general (federal) governments.

Why? Because the only way he can/could have stay(ed) in that position is because the rest did not do as is constitutionally required of them – right down to the street sweepers, garbage handlers. They are ALL REQUIRED to TAKE and KEEP the Oath to SUPPORT AND DEFEND the US Constitution, and those requirements are above and beyond any other Oath taken. it is listed first and with the most words in military and other Oaths, and it is a duty that is above the orders of superiors – if any – and above doing the duties of the position one occupies.

That is the REQUIREMENT that all who serve within our governments – military, representatives, those who work in agencies, those who work in schools, etc; elected, hired, contracted, etc – ALL have that requirement put upon them in order to be allowed to serve within our governments – state and federal.

Yup, Just a “One DAY hike” turned into 2 Days. Then carried off the mountain like school children crying for their Mommas… Holy Crap. Imagine a Military mission being longer than 1 day in the Mountains taller than Colorado which is just 14,440 at the highest peak.? We are doomed. Long’s peak is only the 13th Tallest Mt in Colorado. It took like 5 helicopter trips to carry all these pussies off the mountain.

Hell I have taken many snow ski trips to Colorado from the Low Elevation of Florida at just above Sea Level, then skiing the next day at 11,000 and 12,000 Ft. With No problems. Hell these pussies probably get dizzy going up an escalator while out shopping for that pretty scarf. BTW/ Longs Peak Summit is just 14,259 Ft in elevation. Hundreds of people in a single day, reach the summit. How embarrassing, Special Forces had to be rescued? lol Wonder why we loose every war?

Helicopter Evacuation Launched for 11 Green Berets on Colorado Peak

Eleven Army Special Forces soldiers were successfully evacuated by helicopter from the summit of Longs Peak in Colorado today after two of them suffered altitude sickness, extending a one-day mountain exercise into a two-day affair, military officials said.

The 11 Green Berets, who belong to the 10th Special Forces Group based at Fort Carson, Colorado, were conducting a mountain training exercise Thursday at Longs Peak that was only supposed to last the day, according to Lt. Col. Sean Ryan, a spokesman for the 10th Special Forces Group,

But two of the soldiers got altitude sickness and the rest of the group decided to stay on the 14,000-foot mountain overnight to tend to their colleagues, Ryan said.

On Thursday night, the elite group of soldiers informed rangers at Rocky Mountain National Park of their whereabouts and their intent to remain overnight on the snow-covered mountain.

“Late last night, Rocky Mountain National Park staff were notified that a group of ten people were requesting assistance on Kiener’s Route on Longs Peak,” said Kyle Patterson, a spokesperson for the park. It was unclear why park officials said 10 people while military officials said 11 people.

“A few members reported having some degree of distress and were having difficulty continuing up the route,” Patterson said. “The group continues to self-rescue by assisting each other to climb to the summit of Longs Peak.”

The soldiers determined it would be easier to proceed to the mountain’s summit rather than to climb down to a lower elevation, Ryan said. Altitude sickness can be a factor in mountain training, he said, even for highly-trained and fit special operations forces like the Green Berets.

Forty-three park personnel were involved in helping to resolve the incident, Patterson said.

A helicopter made repeated trips to the snow-covered summit to evacuate all of the soldiers.

Ryan stressed that none of the soldiers was missing as had been indicated in early social media descriptions of the incident.

“No one is lost, missing or injured,” Ryan said.

Mark Pita, the chief ranger at Rocky Mountain National Park, later described the soldiers as being tired, hungry and thirsty after their adventure.

The helicopter evacuation was not characterized as a rescue because the soldiers made it to the top of the mountain under their own power.

    • The revolution was begun decades ago by those that serve within our governments – state and federal. I wonder when we start the support and DEFENSE of it as required by the Oaths taken.

      • Nubmaeme says:

It has already started. The Bundy Ranch Standoff – April 2015. The Oregon Mine – 2016. LaVoy Finicum Assassination – 2016. And numerous others.

          • Nubmaeme says:

All of this hullabaloo is not just about water. It’s also about minerals and the land they’re in, and the people living on this land are looked at as squatters, even though they own the land by every legal definition.

            • It is more important to realize that they own the land lawfully as “legal” is often “color of law”.

Those that serve within our governments use the delegated authority (power) of the branches or offices they occupy. they have no power on their own, and they ONLY have legitimate and lawful power when they are doing their duties as assigned to the branch or position being occupied; and for as long as they TAKE and KEEP the Oath. It is incredibly important to understand that as our representatives that is the only lawful authority they have.

Dr. Vieira explains well here: “This has nothing to do with personalities or subjective ideas. It’s a matter of what the Constitution provides…

The government of the United States has never violated anyone’s constitutional rights…

The government of the United States will never violate anyone constitutional rights, because it cannot violate anyone’s constitutional rights.

The reason for that is: The government of the United States is that set of actions by public officials that are consistent with the Constitution. Outside of its constitutional powers, the government of the United States has no legitimacy. It has no authority; and, it really even has no existence. It is what lawyers call a legal fiction.” (End quote)

“Constitution of this state declares, among inalienable rights of each citizen, that of acquiring, possessing and protecting property. This is one of primary objects of government, is guaranteed by constitution, and cannot be impaired by legislation.” Billings v. Hall (1857), 7 C. 1.

“Right of protecting property, declared inalienable by constitution, is not mere right to protect it by individual force, but right to protect it by law of land, and force of body politic.” Billings v. Hall (1857), 7 C. 1.

“A constitution is designated as a supreme enactment, a fundamental act of legislation by the people of the state. Du Pont, 85 A 724.

“The constitution of a state is stable and permanent, not to be worked upon the temper of the times, not to rise and fall with the tide of events. Notwithstanding the competition of opposing interests, and the violence of contending parties, it remains firm and immoveable, as a mountain amidst the strife and storms, or a rock in the ocean amidst the raging of the waves.” Vanhorne v. • Yes, add Judge Scalia …for one. I will always believe it was cold-blooded murder, since he had no history of heart problems (and believe me when I say THEY are ‘watched like a hawk’ by the physicians in Bethesda, MD. I rest my case.

Being they are all domestic enemies in “high places” …all of these things are to be expected. NONE of them will be successful UNLESS they can wipe out every last one of us that has a set of balls and the mindset to take them down to the ground, then under.

One of many possible ‘events in the near future”: Render all DC airports non-functional by any means necessary to prevent all incoming and outgoing flights and at the same time blockade every road leading into and out of DC (for obvious reasons). Why? To prevent food being brought in, or water (as it will be shut off at every location possible), along with their electricity, backup gennys, fuel supplies (we’ll just take that thank you)….et al. This is just one of many possible scenarios to be played out. There is no wisdom in revealing the exact methods which are already ‘in motion’ to counter whatever it is that they THINK will be accomplished. There is always ‘two sides’ to every conflict, or there wouldn’t be such a thing as conflict right?

The rest would be child’s play (for seasoned vets) and I hardly think that The Secret Service would suffice as protection against millions of extremely pissed off Americans seeking to hang any and all who stand in their way of their “objectives” (of which there are many)! I also do not foresee DC police coming out of their homes in an effort to protect any one of them. Why would they risk death for those who care less if they do?

Do NOT make the error of killing someone in DC from a non-allied country. Ensure their safe return and they will quietly withdraw themselves. If not, I am sure the captain of at least ONE Trident will “lay waste” to their lands. And do not even forget that the majority of our military would “hot-foot” it home to fight where it will count the most, exactly as they ‘oathed to do’ when they enlisted. We have plenty of aircraft to get all our men home safely and quickly …FUCK the orders in this instance.

To me, it is “looking good” (overlooking the rivers of blood). *For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. TPTB seem to have forgotten to take that one into account …heads in the clouds tend to do that sort of thing as does years of ruthlessness gone unpunished (so they think they are untouchable). Roman ‘leaders’ had the same mindset…

  9. Archivist says:

That water rights crap is one of the main reasons I would never live west of the Mississippi.

I’m glad I live in eastern NC where there’s water everywhere.

    • sd Harms says:

Oh? so let it happen to others, but you will be OK?

      • sd, Archivist is only referencing ‘west of the Mississippi’ because of the fact that The Federal Government OWNS (OUTRIGHT …they claim), most all of the Western States in totality. Less than 11% of Nevada is property of We The People, the rest is federal (but they are soooo nice to allow those folks to build towns on THEIR land)! The feds are prohibited by law from owning ANY land anywhere on earth for any reason …but it didn’t stop them because, being ALL lawyers/judges/corrupted, they made unconstitutional (read: non-laws) to dupe Americans into thinking The Feds got away with it again. LaVoy Finnicum (may he rest in eternal peace) found out THEY are MORE THAN WILLING to deal with us “at the end of a gun”, so by GOD they too shall be dealt with at the business end of a gun, and then hung (because it is way more horrifying than just being shot and killed). We don’t want to snap their little necks. We just want their necks in a noose that slowly tightens the airways, causing extreme anxiety …and then, eventually, death. THAT is what our Constitution says, …to be hung by the neck from the lamp posts until dead, then left for all others in office to see what happens to traitors. (not a quote)
Is this why most of Washington DC got rid of lamp posts in favor of underground wiring? heheh… That’s okay ….we’ll build a few gallows “free of charge” and I’ll be the first to donate 10,000 board-feet of #1 lumber 2×12’s and 8×8’s to get the job done. Rope? Let’s use “hemp” since they have incarcerated so very many for having a plant given to us by God (…and I give thee every herb-bearing seed… ((not an exact quote)). (And let’s not forget to let those same folks OUT as soon as possible if not physically and forcefully REMOVE THEM as should have been done before they were “put away” on bullshit charges, destroying their lifes, marriages, children). Traitors are HELL on Americans …and I, for one, am ‘filled to my brim’ with hatred towards those hell-bent on destroying our way of life and ‘retraining us to be their slaves and waiters and sex-pokes’.
How many here are aware that The Police are unconstitutional and should not exist? How many are aware that an American can go ANYWHERE IN THIS COUNTRY without being harassed by anyone for anything (such as being pulled over for speeding. There IS NO LAW AGAINST SPEEDING (don’t believe my ass, Google it)…and it traces all the way back to The Constitution …and has been used in courts repeatedly and successfully to ‘beat the hell out of speeding tickets’).

Folks REALLY need to get with The Constitution (meaning: there are many websites that take each stage of The Constitution and Amendments and explain them in detail so that you’ll BE FULLY AWARE “when you are being screwed” by unconstitutional laws …and can just drive or walk away without fear). It is better to have these things ‘burned into your brain’ in order to better protect you and yours “just a tad further down the road” …seriously and honestly. DO IT! (I beg of you, please do it or you may suffer needlessly).
We shall need everyone that has not been brainwashed to “fight the fight”, and even the brainwashed will come around in good time and join us, as they’ll have no other choice (so we must devise ways to get their asses out of The supposed FEMA Camps some swear are already erected (yet nobody can give coordinates for one of them or even a ‘general area’)?

Argh. My apologies for ‘hogging’ the posts over the past three days. From this point forth I will shut up, press ammo and just keep hitting F5. 🙂 Everything and anything Braveheart1776 says goes for me too, and Kulafarmer and ‘everyone’ (you know who you are).

It is time to end this reign of terror perpetrated by these globalist international criminals. Revolution.

Arrest everyone of these lying, thieving, traitors at the Federal Reserve, Goldman Sachs, Soros, Rockefellers, etc. They have no right to our land. Most of them are The Children of the Devil. They murdered Christ. They hate Christians. They hate humanity. They are the desendents of Slave traders, murderers, and drug dealers. Our tax money winds up in their pockets. Our children’s children will live in absolute Slavery if we don’t pull them down off their golden pedestals.

If not, you can expect an uprising like no other in the history of this little rock we inhabit. I do know this, there’s a huge well next my house. 13. HEADS UP: This bullshit is just that, bullshit as we have bigger fish to fry. Right now Obama is very quietly twisting arms in DC in order to get a Judge G. into office to replace Scalia. HE IS TOTALLY ANTI-GUN and is all for the destruction/overturning of the 2nd Amendment. This, of course, means war.
Members of NRA-ILA have already received notices, but it is unknown what medias, if any, will dare say a word about it.

Ahh, Judge Merrick Garland is our up and coming “killer and new Domestic Enemy” if allowed into The Supreme Court. He has also ruled in the past to create a federal gun registry even though it is against clear laws that prohibit national gun registration. If he gets into the Supreme Court, we will have lost The Court for at least One full generation, and will lose 2nd Amendment Rights (possibly forever) …or so they are saying in the “flyers”. Letters to DC would/WILL have a negative effect especially if they all get letters warning of a pending war if they should fuck it up again just ONE MORE TIME. …that would back them down quite a bit, otherwise they would ‘forge ahead’, or so it surely looks that way.
The Heller and McDonald decisions, affirmed our Right to Keep and Bear Arms. Of course, Obama is using this “last chance” in an all out effort to overturn that decision by ‘stacking the deck’ (what’s new)?
The NRA is all but powerless to do a thing, but writing to the right people in DC MAY have a profound effect on stopping Obama.
    ————————————————————–
All of the above was sent to me, but not an exact quote
    ————————————————————–
Now, as far as I’m concerned The NRA can kiss my ass because I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR MY RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS WITH MY OWN BLOOD (and the blood of my brothers-in-arms, some of which was blasted onto me as they were taken down). Looks like we get to go through it all again? Yeppers! Sure does so LETS GO!!!!!
NOW I am incredibly irate at these bastards and their never-ending sagas of deceit and attempts at tearing down Constitutional Rights. They make us look the other way at something we THINK is going on while they sneak another “fuck you” under our noses? Yep! Nothing new there…
FUCK THIS SHIT! (Kula was right). I am now fully ready for whatever they wish to unloose upon us, and will fight them to the death on all counts until the Good Lord calls me home.

It was predicted in an American legion magazine several years ago that predicted future wars fought over water. It’s coming. And I can’t believe our nut less gut less and spineless politicians are letting foreign countries get our United States water. Sorry for being redundant about the description of our leaders. They tried to pass a tree tax back here in the early 90s. If you had 20 acres for example and 5000 dollars worth of timber on it you would be taxed on the 5000. People threw a fit fit about it and it failed. This country needs the reset button pushed and every sleaze ball motherfucker in Washington needs the boot put up their ass. Dam shame an ordinary Joe can’t run for president. Their needs to be tour buses full of pissed off people in front of the White House every weekend protesting these “educated” leaders we have and their bullshit. But there’s too many people worried about watching those dumb fuck kardashians or posting Facebook accounts of the color of their last bowel movement. Come on people wake up. The white Bureau of Indian Affairs uses the Indians as a pretext for tyranny over not only the Indians themselves but, over the whites and blacks as well. That’s why the white government wanted to herd the Indians all onto reservations, so they could be made into dependents who could be manipulated any way the whites want to manipulate them. The Indians, on the other hand, can lead the way in dumping the white way and thus immediately, totally and permanently vanishing the power the elite whites have over their subjects. Many whites, though–including probably the majority on this site–would rather preserve the white way, though that’s the very way they also claim they are going to fight and, it’s those whites in power whom they call “the powers-that-be”. “Preserving or restoring the ‘Republic'” is all about preserving or restoring the supposed common white man’s way (with the notion that everything can be made “great again”, as the campaign slogan goes). It’s that white way that is the entire problem that is being railed against by so many on here and elsewhere, without understanding what is the problem and advocating more of that problem as the “solution”.

Swinging Richard, The Government already owns the Air above 500 FT according to the FAA. Below 500 Ft that suppose to be the Protective barrier from low flying aircraft. But the US Military breaks these rules daily at most US AF Bases harming populations. They also lie and cheat on their NEPA responsibilities and reports, hiding hazards, and far exceeding noise thresholds for human safety which is (NOT to be louder than 65 DNL= Day/Night Loudness in Decibels) Where I lived before Military Aircraft were exceeding 104 decibels. Every 10 decibels doubles the noise. So 65 to 75 db is double the noise, then to 85 db is doubled again, so try 104 decibels over mass populated areas and you have windows and foundations shaking. The Military doesn’t care. Fn Aholes.

Water issues are the primary reason we left Colorado. It is an Agenda 21 practice ground. They already control all the water there, including the rain that falls on your house they claim as ‘theirs.’ (Do NOT be fooled by the recent law passed granting everyone two fifty-five gallon drums of collected rainwater. They have no right to claim any of it IMO.). Also, we watched the government start taking land from people who lived along creeks and rivers by eminent domain. Not good. And if you think you will just “run to the mountains,” well, think again. All that dead beetle kill in the pine forests is just waiting to go up in flames. And weren’t the last few fires started by state/gov employees?; “by accident, of course.” I fear they will burn you out of the mountains. We left. I live in a state with plenty of rain and (free to collect) water, good farmland, and couldn’t be happier. Oh, and we went east.

Things are beginning to unwind at an incredible rate. I wish all well. One more thing: Be careful what you wish for………

    • DJ5280 says:

Oh, and if you want to know what is coming your way in the future, just watch Colorado!

    • Arby5 says:

DJ: I just don’t see how they could do something like that in the East. We live in the country and there are pasture fields on two sides of us and a total of three huge ponds! I can see two of them from our property plus we have a small pond. Everybody around here has mostly huge ponds either for irrigating or watering cattle.

Seems we are really in for a “SHIT STORM” soon. Just wonder what and how soon the first volley is going to be let loose.

Hope the internet stays up, otherwise us country folks may not hear much for some time.

      • DJ5280 says:

Arby5′ I agree about the ponds in the farmlands. One reason we bought our place way out here was the pond was already put in. Loaded with fish too. We try and keep it very healthy. Many ponds, creeks and springs around here also. You cannot put too much emphasis on having a water source…or two. Just my opinion. And I love living where there is more cattle than people! I also agree about trouble coming..and soon. Be well.

  25. “The problem lies in the fact that the people are not represented: their will is not reflected”

Actually the problems we have is because the people have allowed those in government to distance themselves away from the peoples constitutional duties. Then change the education so that America values are no longer recognized.

First question that must be answered is WHO. Who does the US Constitution delegate (really retain) the authority to –
    — Enforce the US Constitution and each state’s Constitution,
    — Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
    — Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
    — “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”?

That would be the Militia of the people. Read Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15.

Clause 15: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel invasions.“

It is important to recognize that the US Constitution – and all that is in Pursuance thereof it is the supreme LAW of the nation, while each state’s Constitution is the highest LAW of the state.

It is important to also realize that both the states and the general (federal) government has duties TO the Militias of the several states. Those duties are found within Clause 16.

Clause 16: “To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress”.

It is also critical to know that when a duty is delegated or retained, it is forbidden to any other branch or group under our legitimate government. That those assigned the duties are required to carry them out as assigned as they are the contracts that all elected, hired, contracted, etc are under.

When the US Constitution says that those who serve within our governments MUST use the Militias for those listed items, they are forbidden to use any other agency, group, etc.

So if those that serve within our governments are REQUIRED to use the Militias of the several states for those things, then why are they not doing so?

Because that puts the arms back to the people. Because they can actually say that there is no “regulated” militia anymore for them to use.

That is sort of true. So what are the requirements for a Militia to be considered “regulated”?

They must first be trained as the congress requires the US Military to be trained; and they MUST know and understand the US Constitution and their state Constitution because that is to whom the Militias are bound – not to any branch of the governments – state or federal- nor to any person.

Alexander Hamilton, Federalist Papers 28: “The militia is a voluntary force not associated or under the control of the States except when called out; [when called into actual service] a permanent or long standing force would be entirely different in make-up and call.“

John Adams, A Defense of the Constitutions of the United States 475: “To suppose arms in the hands of citizens, to be used at individual discretion, except in private self-defense, or by partial orders of towns, countries or districts of a state, is to demolish every constitution, and lay the laws prostrate, so that liberty can be enjoyed by no man; it is a dissolution of the government. THE FUNDAMENTAL LAW OF THE MILITIA IS, THAT IT BE CREATED, DIRECTED AND COMMANDED BY THE LAWS, AND EVER FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE LAWS.”

So who is the closest to qualify as Militias? Veterans, which is why those who serve within our governments have been…. “picking on” them. Armed with the above knowledge they can train others since those who serve within our governments are so corrupt in their actions that they do not keep the contracts that they are under, little enough their Oaths. That training and knowledge gives them the FULL backing of the US Constitution in enforcing our borders, enforcing the constitutional laws/regulations/codes/treaties/etc of our land, and to enforce the contracts that all who serve within our governments are under and Oath bound to.

A great General and then US President said this regarding the US Constitution and the people (do you think he would have mentioned it if it was not something that is lawful for us to do?).

George Washington: “A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined; to which end a uniform and well-digested plan is requisite; and their safety and interest require that they should promote such manufactories as tend to render them independent of others for essential, particularly military, supplies.”

    Think about it….

    • GDawg says:

Think about it damn I am. How long did it take you to write that. It’s good. My heart gross heavy. Semper Fi.

    • Cal: THANK YOU FROM THE DEPTHS OF MY VERY SOUL – and may you be blessed exceedingly.

What you have so clearly portrayed, is indeed an excellent, ‘zipped’ version of the ways all thing truly are meant to be.

As just one of millions of “highly-trained-combat-veterans”, (not ‘tooting my own horn, just establishing where I am coming from precisely), I’ve been screaming (getting attention), training others who ‘notice’ me at ranges and ‘like’ places (well, they notice my weapons more than myself …of course).

This is why I’ve been hollaring to go find some veterans and pick their brains (age is of no nevermind)! Combat is combat and the rules-of-combat haven’t changed all that much since war is as ‘low to the ground’ as you can get on all counts.

Yes! The VA itself is 100% OUT to ‘take out’ as many Veterans as possible, through any means they can dig up. Togus, Maine has a VA and upon a hill overlooking the entire complex, years ago, police found the remains of three veterans who had ‘disappeared’ …nothing was ever heard about them after they were found. (Covered it up big-time and quickly too)!

Veterans ARE THE TRAINED MILITIA – giving us the COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIGHT to ‘bear arms’ in any manner we wish and to “engage and destroy” as we deem necessary to the combined interests of national security, state security and the individual security of civilians not able or quite willing to ‘take it on’ themselves, which is perfectly understandable and a “no-brainer”…

I am only one of many who are “on standby” …patiently awaiting the ‘sword to be plunged’ that will depict, “NOW”! …and the rest will one day be history. THIS IS WHERE WE ARE AT AND THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE SUPPORTING US (and as you can now see, there is NOTHING IN THE LEAST supporting those who seek to destroy us).

Thus, the only thing coming to a neighborhood near you will be Veterans (The Trained Militia with every damned right needed to do as is deemed necessary) …WHEN the ‘hammer falls’.

So, continue with your preps and keep an ear to the ground at all times. There is NOTHING that would be considered ‘excessive’ at this point in time (since we are fully aware there are ‘dirty nukes’ within our country that WILL be detonated ‘sooner than later’.

Above all else, do not be duped by Unconstitutional “laws” …which is why everyone must be well-versed in The Constitution and Amendments (because most have been led away from such things that are the basis of our freedoms we love and enjoy and DAMNED IF WE ARE GOING TO GIVE THEM UP TO A BUNCH OF TOWELHEADS AND ASSHOLES IN DC WHOSE ALLEGIANCE IS TO THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR AND EVIL AT ITS ABSOLUTE WORST. If this mass killings, then mass killings there shall be, world-wide if necessary.

This was not a rant. This is a promise of precisely where I and millions of others stand, right now, no shit. I joined The Navy as an E-1 (the lowest paygrade that exists). I retired as a Lieutenant Commander, and I’m proud that I fought and clawed my way to the very top before the bastards “ousted me” for not being able to fulfill my military duties (because I am carrying some lead around in my back)? Yep. And people say I am crazy not to make use of VA facilities? hahah… I’d rather invest my money in the local economy than risk my life at ANY VA Hospital or ‘the likeness thereof’.

      Genius …wtf are you dude?

    • Why is there always ONE ‘jerk’ who has to ‘twist’ the bottom-line meaning of “carved into stone” truths?

I’ll remember always, when I see Mr. David Fisher, to allow him “front and center” since “it isn’t the elite” (and all the knowledge that I THINK I have is actually totally worthless in such an advent as war). Really now. How many bullets is YOUR “pissed off ass” carrying around?

Get in an ‘elites’ way and you’ll be “popped” without a 2nd thought to the matter. If it appears your stupidity is going to fuck up an operation? BOOM, you are dead. Get it? Got it? GOOD! lol… (Hot-Heads are always the very first to die in all ‘conflicts’). Google it…

      • Bud, you and I seem to agree on most things.

But he is correct that there is an “elite” (elite azzwipes), but where he is wrong is that it was those who represent us choice – be it the choice made from blackmail, pay-offs, etc – to do the bidding of those working to destroy America.

This time, as was not done in the past – Nazi Germany, etc – we will not stop until every single azzwipe is arrested and given their day in our courts (because their actions were against us) then hang them when, if, found guilty.

I believe in the US Constitution, and I support her with everything I have. The US Constitution – and those that wrote her, supported her with everything they had – tells us how to deal with those who are corrupt, treasonous in their actions. Here they all get their day in court before a jury of the people.

That includes those that serve/served within our governments if still living as their actions while serving, if corrupt, no matter what they were or how long ago – there is no time limit on those crimes being prosecuted because they were/are against the nation and the people of this nation. The Oath is for life, and the penalties for breaking it is for life.

How can some of those that “just followed orders”, “just did their jobs” get lessor, deferred, or no sentence for their actions in the past? Start doing what you were/are required to do. We all know there has been a lot of brainwashing, dumbing down, propaganda, chemicals, “medicine”, etc used against everyone. That understanding is why a JURY OF THE PEOPLE must always be used.

What most do not understand when they “just follow orders”, “just do their jobs” is that they too will lose any and everything they own. They will not even own clothing, get to decide what food they eat, what to drink, where they work, where they sleep. They are the useful idiots, and if no longer useful they will be disposed of – history shows us this happens EVERY time – and if useful, it will be on someone who will run every minute of your life. Think about it.

How to stop a lot of this; dump ALL smart meters, “smart” anything. Yeah, makes your life easier, but also assists greatly in the destruction of America. Train as the Militia – as congress requires the military to train and in the US Constitution, and your state Constitution. They are the MAIN and highest contracts that ALL who serve within our governments are under. what it says is first and foremost before anything else.

Get cameras off of traffic lights, etc – they do not stop terrorism, they do stop Americans. Start understanding what a natural right is. If it was used, existed before there were governments, or if it was something used and recognized for thousands of years it is your right, it was NOT delegate to those who serve within our governments.

Examples; Water – people used water for everything from bathing, drinking, traveling on, farming etc before there were governments. So it is a right that first belongs to the people, THEN those who have small businesses, then those who have larger businesses, then the LOCAL governments, corporations that are LOCAL and then expand out nationally.

So that means that those that are FIRST to lose water rights are corporations that are located outside of America. If it is not fully an American business of any size, it has no lawful rights to our water.

Corporations that are partially American have less water rights then fully American businesses.

Since businesses that belong to American citizens are first here in our nation, they are before the general (federal) government. So the next to start cutting back on water is those agencies located in your state.

Then the next to lose water rights, or cut back are the state governments.

        Etc. Understand?

So any business that is using lots of water is next – fracking not only uses water, but poisons other water as well, and under the US Constitution no one is allowed to harm another or any others property by their actions – business or people. So, constitutionally, fracking is not allowed here in America, and those large corporations that did all that damage to coasts, inland, water – they are 100% responsible for their mismanagement. if they cannot fix those problems they caused, they are no longer allowed here, or allowed to sell here, even through other companies, etc. Why? Because their actions caused harm to us, to our lands, to our water.

Understand how the US Constitution works yet?

        • I ain’t believing that you are speaking to a 60 year old Lieutenant Commander, retired from The Naval Special Forces after 21yrs, and questioning my knowledge of the very laws that I have oathed, for life, to uphold. Certainly, I did not know of the things I do now when I joined at 17 …yet who does? (It is ‘kept’ from military personnel, and once you join, you DO ‘give up’ certain rights, just as a judge must in order to take his chair in a court.
None of these things are about water, or how loud a jet can be, or everything else that is being harped about. We are speaking of a nation that is under full attack by a people and government that view us as infidels, and they seek to murder us in any manner(s) they can. Outside of that, everything, to me, is secondary to the fact. We have domestic enemies that are in need of being hung …therefore, water is my last concern at this stage.
The Constitution is ‘the rock’ that I base most every one of my important decisions upon (past or present). I have 16 years of college (night school on bases/colleges) and hold a Doctorate in The Constitution and Amendments. I chose NOT to speak ‘deeply’ of it as in the past it has only exploded in my face, such as now.

Do you understand how I may view our Constitution somewhat differently, both in context and pretext? (I speak of ‘the military blood’ in me that cannot be eradicated nor changed in any way), no matter anyone’s feelings or assumptions of military personnel. If you have not served within the military, you just do not “have a clue” as to what it is like, or what you can and cannot do …mostly it is what you CANNOT do that drives you crazy with rage.
I dare say there has been a misinterpretation of my meanings due to this being ‘just typed’ with NO form of ‘vocalized inflections’ to render my points correctly …and we all know how fallible ‘text’ can be. (?)

Lastly, I dearly do not wish to drive any sort of a wedge between ourselves, as it is illogical to do so. I’d prefer things remain as they are.

          Cheers and God Bless

          • “I dare say there has been a misinterpretation of my meanings”

I agree that I may have misinterpreted some meanings. But that is how our country is truly to be, where we can speak of things and different meanings, and maybe not always agree with the meaning, but agree we both have the right to our own concepts. That as we add to them more knowledge, our concepts evolve and change. But to this change, to make it a meaningful change, there must be a solid rock, and for me, and it seems for you, our rock, our foundation is the US Constitution.

How can we learn, be individuals without differences. I, for one, am glad we have differences. I will learn form you, and maybe you the same from me.

We are Americans, and we stand for our US Constitution, for keeping our Oaths. Carbon copies are for those who are socialist, for those that do not think, or research. or learn.

I am not offended at our differences, but I may try to change your mind (with words) about a certain item or two. I hope you feel free in OUR nation, to do the same for me, as that is how we learn, converse, be free.

  29. who knows who cares says:

you know, it almost seems to me like things are going full circle, I mean with all these idiotic laws cropping up by “those in power” its almost like were going back in time, before the middle ages. Like some Game of thrones, with kings and lords instead of Presidents,Congressman or Senators, But be even worse than what they said about the 1984 thing, since it would be like living under a futile system with modern day surveillance 24/7.

Most of us older people won’t really be around to see the full effect that seems to be getting close, and probably for the best, since were not going to put up with it, but the young that will grow up with it and be more and more indoctrinated will, the country and the world will be a lot different, but it won’t matter to those that will be living it.

    • Then we must eliminate all traces of it before we depart this world. Plain and simple. THAT’S OUR JOB – AND THAT’S WHAT WE’LL DO. (or die trying)

    • To “who knows who cares: The “idiotic laws” you reference are NOT LAWS AT ALL. Any law that fails to be remotely unconstitutional is not a law at all, in any way, no matter what anyone may tell you. Period.
This translates to one simple thing (even though it has been made so “seemingly complex that NOTHING could ever fix it” (when in reality, it is completely non-existent because not one word of those laws would ‘hold water’ when challenged against The Constitution.
I can appreciate the manner in which you have placed and stated your observations (ie; King and Queens, “GAME OF THRONES”). Simply put, since our children have been “raised up” in a world of GAMING (with everything you have mentioned being a part of the games they have made #1), it indeed DOES indicate a ‘sort of’ “full circle” effect (because The Feds are using what ‘the kiddos’ relate to in order to whitewash their minds on their levels of thinking …which is gaming, gaming and more gaming.
When “PONG” came out my father openly stated it was the work of Satan, and the beginning of “a bad thing” …my Dad was right in a remark made the day/month/year that “Pong” hit the shelves. (Said the same about computers too …and again he was ‘dead on’ right …and never once used them in any way).
Someone here said “it is a good time to be old”, and perhaps they are right – – but I, for one, am in no hurry to leave nor will I be driven out of my homeland by those who have no business being here or ‘ordering me about’ with unlawful speakings. Which brings us right back around to The Constitution.
It is OUR INHERITED RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT OUR CHILDREN DO NOT FALL PREY TO SLAVERY, SEX-ABUSE (SexToys for Bill and Hillary and all their friends “on the island” near Puerto Rico that is filled with children to have sex with. That is a fact that HAS BEEN AFFIRMED …and these people are making a run at running The United States …and even worse, there are actually voters out there that cannot WAIT FOR THEM TO WIN! WOW! Talk about the power of subliminal suggestion and “free money” and brainwashing via The Mighty Media and BIG PHARMA (they all work as “one-big-unit’ …against We The People).

Therefore, we have a job to do. Should we fail we may as well kill all of our children to prevent their suffering a lifetime of God only knows what these bastards would do “unchained” and “unloosed without fear” to do as they please. (Sadly, there are some NOW who are doing just that …killing their kids and them themselves …much to the delight of President Obama).

Again, we have a job to do or we shall have failed our children in the worst possible way. What the hell else is more important than the future of our children? Anyone have something that “trumps” our children’s welfare and safety long after we are gone? I should hope NOT!

MOLON LABE – LOCK AND LOAD -KEEP ON PREPPING (it’s going to be a long, long and bloody war upon OUR soil). But, we are in ‘favor’ and our Domestic Enemies are not, as is written.

They want all the water, they better plan on shedding a tear to get it . Kickback Clinton bring your washpale over, whench..

  31. Winston Smith says:

This is a third world problem that is now rapidly becoming a first world one. In many developing nations, water rights have been ceded to multi-national corporations (like France’s Nestle) who now force impoverished peoples to pay for their bottled water because they have had the right to their ancestral water sources taken away. In many of these places, people who previously had free access now spend up to half their income just on water. Of course, politicians got their palms greased to make this happen and now these people find themselves virtual slaves on their own ancestral lands.

The problem here is that anti-colonialism is being used as an excuse to disenfranchise people who have lived on this land for generations, much as is being seen in places like Australia, South Africa and much more extremely in Zimbabwe. While I do not condone modern colonialism, I also recognize that the people today are not the victims their forefathers were. They have equal rights in the nations they live in and as such it is far more difficult to prove a current disenfranchisement. So, I cannot support changing the power structure to give native peoples sole control over resources used by all of the people living on the land. If this is allowed to stand, then we can expect a massive theft of non-native owned lands from people who have had legitimate ownership for generations in some cases. Make no mistake: That is what this is all about. If this is allowed to stand, it will be used to force anyone who is not a native American into large cities to reduce the human footprint on the land, and return the land to a pre-colonial existence.

  32. molonlabe says:

  35. Mr Smith; I’m sorry, but I’m unable to ‘follow’ you in totality. Might you mean ‘disenchanted’ vs ‘disenfranchise’ (which has to do with businesses and $$$) …or at least to me it does).
Furthermore, how can you NOT support a return to The Constitution being that it IS our only recourse …and therefore THAT COURSE is being taken as I type …like it or not, support it or not, that’s the way the culmination of events have led us into (perfect)! imho

And, how can you compare The USA to 3rd World countries who have NONE of our “exemptions and protections”? I am not seeking to ‘tear you down’ …I am just trying to understand you without error on my end. 🙂 ty sir in advance.

    • Winston Smith says:

The native peoples I refer to depend on which country I am talking about. In the US, it would be those who are often incorrectly referred to as Indians. There is a global social justice movement to return lands currently owned by the descendants of European colonists to the native peoples who existed before European colonies were established in those lands (this falls under the aegis of anti-colonialism.). In Australia, this has led to many family farms being forcibly taken from those families by the Australian government and given to the Aborigines. Similar things have also been happening in Africa (Zimbabwe being the most extreme and genocidal example) and there is also a little seen movement among liberals in the US to do so here. I see this water rights grab as a first step in bringing this kind of thinking to the US.

I do apologize though as I do not think my previous post was clear enough. I write in stream of consciousness and sometimes make new connections while writing and put them down without editing the previous paragraph for continuity and clarity. Thus the post winds up being less than concise.

      • No no. No need for apologies, and thank you for the prompt reply, as I know understand precisely what you meant (and have to admit I was not fully aware of what you just stated).

No doubt. The REAL Americans are the ones we call “The Indians”, and this is why half of Maine, my home state, was given back to those peoples …to the chagrin of MANY MANY potato farmers who lost it all and are now completely impoverished. (They are 100% dependent on the land for food …and only a scant few will kneel down to accept EBT or ‘the like’.

Again, thank you for the information. I cannot say I am pleased with it, but it is good to know of (as it is impossible to stay up on everything that is taking place), especially in these troubled times that are teeming with deceit and lies (as if it were not already difficult enough to deal with).

Cheers! …and Anon (below or maybe above after I post), perhaps you are right. Indeed it does require a great deal of thinking, no matter the outcome.

        • Winston Smith says:

Yeah, the first post is probably best read as two completely separate posts. The water rights issue in the developing world is a little known one that only a few people know about. It was actually part of the plot of a recent James Bond film, which sought to bring attention to it. However, the corporations who are involved in capturing these water rights are very large and powerful, and have been successful in keeping the issue mostly out of the media. The only reason I know about it is that I follow what I consider to be real social justice issues due to my personal distrust of governments and corporations. It’s also why I am such a strong proponent of individual citizens being armed with military grade hardware. As Mao famously said, “Political power comes from the barrel of a gun”. Thus, I see it as the only true way for average people to keep their influence.

          • “As Mao famously said, “Political power comes from the barrel of a gun”.”

That concept is exactly why the framers set it up in the US Constitution that both the states and the federal governments were/are still REQUIRED to use the Militias to

            — Enforce the US Constitution (supreme law of this nation) and each state’s Constitution (highest law of each state except in a conflict with the US Constitution),
            — Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
            — Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
            — “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”

as per Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15. That was so that the political power would remain with the people; that tyrannical *martial law and *emergency powers could never be used here in America; which are both unlawful and forbidden here in the USA; that accountability from our representatives would still remain with the people; and so that a militarized force could never be used here against the American people. The duties both the state and federal governments have to the Militias are found in Clause 16.

Clause 15: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel invasions.“

The Militia is all of the able-bodied people. The “regulated” (trained) Militia is those trained as congress requires the military to be trained, and knowledgeable about the US Constitution and their own state’s Constitution because their “orders” basically come from them so that they can lawfully and knowledgeable enforce those things and others. That because it was/is the people themselves it could never be a force used against them by those that serve within our governments.

The Militia, like the **Grand Jury, Grand Jury Investigations, free and honest elections, recalls, etc are the tools of the people and NOT delegated to any branch or office within a branch of either of the governments – state and federal.

Once a power/authority is delegated to one, or in this case, retained by one, it is forbidden to another branch, etc.

Tench Coxe: “Who are the militia? are they not ourselves. Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. THEIR SWORDS, AND EVERY OTHER TERRIBLE IMPLEMENT OF THE SOLDIER, ARE THE BIRTH-RIGHT OF AN AMERICAN… THE UNLIMITED POWER OF THE SWORD IS NOT IN THE HANDS OF EITHER THE FEDERAL OR STATE GOVERNMENTS BUT, WHERE I TRUST IN GOD IT WILL EVER REMAIN, IN THE HANDS OF THE PEOPLE.”

George Washington, “Sentiments on a Peace Establishment”, letter to Alexander Hamilton; “The Writings of George Washington”: “It may be laid down, as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every citizen who enjoys the protection of a free government…, but even of his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency.”

The US Constitution was written so that those who serve within our governments did NOT have, as you quoted, (paraphrased) power from weapons, but that the people themselves did have that power. That those who serve within our governments would be forced to use the people to enforce or implement those “edicts” they may put out, which was/is a protection for the people that we are NOT seeing today. that is OUR fault for not training and arming as we are constitutionally required to do. Admittedly those in our government do NOT want a trained and knowledgeable Militia to be able to call upon, because being REQUIRED to use the Militia means that they MUST NOT create or use other armed enforcement.

That is the entire reason for the deliberate destruction of the militia and the dumbing down of the American people. If they are REQUIRED and have a legitimate and constitutionally required Militia to use, they MUST use it. This is in writing, it is easy to find as the document that is the supreme law, definer of our government, and the contract to all who serve is a short document. There were not that many delegated powers.

George Washington: “A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined; to which end a uniform and well-digested plan is requisite; and their safety and interest require that they should promote such manufactories as tend to render them independent of others for essential, particularly military, supplies.”

John Adams, A Defense of the Constitutions of the United States: “To suppose arms in the hands of citizens, to be used at individual discretion, except in private self-defense, or by partial orders of towns, countries or districts of a state, is to demolish every constitution, and lay the laws prostrate, so that liberty can be enjoyed by no man; it is a dissolution of the government. The fundamental law of the militia is, that it be created, directed and commanded by the laws, and ever for the support of the laws.”

Alexander Hamilton, Federalist Papers 28: “The militia is a voluntary force not associated or under the control of the States except when called out; [when called into actual service] a permanent or long standing force would be entirely different in make-up and call.“

John Adams, from A Dissertation on the Canon and Feudal Law (1765): “Liberty cannot be preserved without a general knowledge among the people, who have a right… and a desire to know; but besides this, they have a right, and indisputable, unalienable, indefeasible, divine right to that most dreaded and envied kind of knowledge, I mean of the characters and conduct of their rulers.”

*The Constitution of the United States is a law for rulers and people, equally in war and peace, and covers with the shield of its protection all classes of men, at all times, and under all circumstances. No doctrine involving more pernicious consequences was ever invented by the wit of man than that any of its provisions can be suspended during any of the great exigencies of government. Such a doctrine leads directly to anarchy or despotism.” — The Supreme Court of the United States, 1866 c31

*“Emergency does not create power. Emergency does not increase granted power or remove or diminish the restrictions upon power granted or reserved. The Constitution was adopted in a period of grave emergency. Its grants of power to the Federal Government and its limitations of the power of the States were determined in the light of emergency and they are not altered by emergency.” Home Building & Loan Association v. Blaisdell, 290 U.S. 398, 425 (1934)

**Grand Jury – “The grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It is a constitutional fixture in its own right. In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people”.

“Thus, citizens have the unbridled right to empanel their own grand juries and present “True Bills” of indictment to a court, which is then required to commence a criminal proceeding. Our Founding Fathers presciently thereby created a “buffer” the people may rely upon for justice, when public officials, including judges, criminally violate the law.” (Misbehavior, “Good Behaviour” requirement)

“The grand jury is an institution separate from the courts, over whose functioning the courts do not preside, we think it clear that, as a general matter at least, no such “supervisory” judicial authority exists. The “common law” of the Fifth Amendment demands a traditional functioning grand jury.”

“Although the grand jury normally operates, of course, in the courthouse and under judicial auspices, its institutional relationship with the judicial branch has traditionally been, so to speak, at arm’s length. Judges’ direct involvement in the functioning of the grand jury has generally been confined to the constitutive one of calling the grand jurors together and administering their oaths of office. The grand jury’s functional independence from the judicial branch is evident both in the scope of its power to investigate criminal wrongdoing, and in the manner in which that power is exercised.”

“The grand jury ‘can investigate merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even because it wants assurance that it is not.’ It need not identify the offender it suspects, or even “the precise nature of the offense” it is investigating. The grand jury requires no authorization from its constituting court to initiate an investigation, nor does the prosecutor require leave of court to seek a grand jury indictment. And in its day-to-day functioning, the grand jury generally operates without the interference of a presiding judge. It swears in its own witnesses and deliberates in total secrecy.”

“Recognizing this tradition of independence, we have said the 5th Amendment’s constitutional guarantee presupposes an investigative body ‘acting independently of either prosecuting attorney or judge”

“Given the grand jury’s operational separateness from its constituting court, it should come as no surprise that we have been reluctant to invoke the judicial supervisory power as a basis for prescribing modes of grand jury procedure. Over the years, we have received many requests to exercise supervision over the grand jury’s evidence-taking process, but we have refused them all. “it would run counter to the whole history of the grand jury institution” to permit an indictment to be challenged “on the ground that there was incompetent or inadequate evidence before the grand jury.” (Nor would it be lawful of them to do so.) Justice Antonin Scalia writing for the majority said In the Supreme Court case of United States v. Williams, 112 S.Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L.Ed.2d 352 (1992) (end Grand jury quote)
