Nazi Gun Control: 450 Floridians ORDERED To GIVE UP Their Guns

More than 450 people in the state of Florida have been ordered to give up their guns by the state government. Under the new law signed by totalitarian governor Rick Scott, the Risk Protection Order aims to “temporarily” remove weapons from gun owners who have been deemed by a judge to possibly be a threat to themselves or others.

In the aftermath of the shooting in Parkland Florida, Governor Scott signed gun control bills into law just three weeks after 17  people were killed at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School. According to Fox News, roughly 200 firearms have been confiscated in the state since the law was enacted.  Sgt. Jason Schmittendorf, of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, told WFTS-TV, “Around 30,000 rounds of ammunition” were also stolen taken confiscated seized.

A five-person team in the county that’s worked solely on the risk protection law reportedly has filed 64 risk protection petitions in court. Broward County, according to the news outlet, has filed 88 risk protection petitions since March. “It’s a constitutional right to bear arms and when you are asking the court to deprive somebody of that right we need to make sure we are making good decisions, right decisions, and the circumstances warrant it,” Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri told the station in defense of the task force. The problem, however, is that every single one of the petitions filed under the Risk Protection Order in Pinellas County has been granted by the judge, according to the report.

These demands to turn over morally acquired property even though there are no charges filed are nothing short of the tactics employed by the Nazis. “Obey the edicts of the government or else…”  The Risk Protection Order does nothing but assume a person MIGHT commit a crime or MIGHT POSSIBLY be a danger to themselves. How is that any different than punishing people for thought crimes? American has just begun the slide down a slippery slope and until people begin to stand up and push back, guns will be taken out of the hands of the public. It doesn’t take a historian to figure out what happens next…

Federal Bureaucrats Have Millions Of Dollars Worth Of Guns And Ammo, Whom Are They Planning To Battle?

Florida began confiscating guns under the new law in April. The first gun seizure under the law occurred when Florida authorities stole an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle from an Army veteran. Jerron Smith’s gun was seized when he refused to surrender it voluntarily, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office said at the time. The officers also seized a .22 caliber rifle he owned, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, a bump stock, and numerous other weapon-related items.

In addition to confiscating guns, the Florida law also raised the age to buy a rifle to 21 and established a three-day waiting period on all gun purchases.

Well, when they come you know what you must do.

      • The Deplorable Renegade says:

Menzo, I already know what has to be done. Those people need to forget about things like that if they want to live.

        • TharSheBlows says:

I suggest having a few old rusty .22 rifles ready to hand over to the Black Boots if they come at 3 AM door knocking. Then as they leave……..laugh.

Also just saying, if I needed to get a another gun, I could get any AR Style Black Rifle in about an hour, in about any caliber, from .22 up to .485 Winchester Caliber, if I wanted from another private owner for cash, and the lower units have no numbers. These machined lowers, that are out there everywhere. And yes this is in Florida.

Its just one more phony war on the population to screw us. Just like the phony War on Drugs or Poverty or War on Dandelions. 5 more will pop up in place of the one you took.

And remember also, never admit to you are even having a bad day to anyone, or any doctor or any police or anybody. If you are frustrated, head to the range and get a shooting, its a great stress release.

Shall not infringe!!! Read it and live it you commie oath keepers.

          • Son of patriot says:

Keep in mind, when they come for your guns, you will already be in non-compliance with the law by hanging on to those 22’s, technically one would already be liable for arrest when the jackboots cross our yards.

I hear this position a lot, “I’ll give them a story about my boat sinking with all my guns”, etc.. My guess is they’ll tear the house apart looking. For guidance look up on Youtube the scenes as they were looking for the Boston Marathon bomber. The Jackbooted thugs were not nice, and there was no reasoning or negotiating with them.

          • WHEN ITS TIME TO BURY THE GUNS IT TIME TO DIG THEM UP!
Our forefathers would already be done shooting these bastard, elitist, tyrants!!!!

      • CENTURION says:

THEY out number you and you WILL OBEY.

      • Why wait until then? Do you not already know where they live in your neighborhood? Do you not know their schedules? Do you not know their spouses’ schedules? You surely realize that their spouses know full well what they are, yet they cheer them on anyway. Under their very own Rules of Engagement, that makes their spouses accomplices in their treason, and subject to the same consequences as the Only Ones have earned.

How long do you think this would continue if the “Law Enforcement” spouses had to wonder whether the doorbell was an evangelist trying to save her soul, or the Angel of Death come to send her to hell? Of if she had to worry if that minor fender bender was just a result of her distracted driving, or was instead her final stop on the Highway to Hell? My bet is that a few such cases would rapidly redirect the dinner table conversation in “Law Enforcement” homes about the appropriateness of a career in same. And that the Only Ones would soon not have enough personnel in their ranks to “protect” the donuts in their headquarters break room.

Or you can wait for them to show up at your home at 2 AM, suited up in body armor, carrying full auto weapons and tear gas, then smash down your front door, kill your dogs, maim your kids, and kill you. Because their Owners told them that’s what they had to do to keep that paycheck comin’ in.

    2. Menzoberranzan says:

A five man team wouldn’t have a snowflake’s chance in hell at our home.

    3. Marching in the street is dangerous. It gives THE MAN an opportunity to arrest a person and strip away his rights, in particular, the right to defend himself from THE MAN.

Perhaps a door-to-door campaign to inform Floridians which government employees and which organizations are behind this immoral gun confiscation.

Stalin had millions killed. The Russian army surrendered to the Nazi invaders. Over 1&1/2 million Russian soldiers gave up without any real fight. So, Stalin put his traitors at the rear with machine guns and under orders to shoot to kill any soldier who retreats from battle. The Russians were damned if they do and damned if they don’t.

_ I’m guessing that there will be an upswing in stolen guns.

      _

We buried out bow and arrows along time ago. Good supply of war paint also. always have a stock of arrows only you know about. Divorce can make an enemy out of your trusted wife. Children can make slips in talking. they must be 12 yr old minimum to trust them with state secrets. have multiple stashes Lose one you have another one

    5. Sgt. Dale says:

      This is plain stupidity.

Possible risk???? Hell they got told that little Bastard that shot up the school in Florida was going to do it, and they did nothing. I know that did have a law at the time, but they still could have done something like watch the slug.

I hope this bill gets challenged in the US Supreme Court. I bet they took a bunch of mind dead young Cops right out of the academy and put them on this task force trying to make a name for them self. For me I would tell then Hell No I won’t Do It!

Ok. So you took the guns away from them, but they still plan to do something. Now do you take Gas away from them Glass Bottles, PVC or steel pipe, How about cleaning products you can build bombs with. Just look it up and you will find how to build them. How about their Pick or car???? Its baseball season. You see how good this works in England. Now they are taking away their kitchen knifes!!!

It just doesn’t work! You can change a persons heart! When some Son-Of-Biotch wants to kill and hurt people he or she will find a way.

Now these poor folks have no way to protect them self. I suggest you give your guns to your family.

What makes me mad as hell is to take them away from a VETERAN!!!!!!!

      Sgt

      • Menzoberranzan says:

They are blessed the veteran didn’t make war upon them. Some of us will.

        • TharSheBlows says:

These Veterans did all this this to themselves, by propping up this Phony Government including 9-11 and the wars over the last 2 decades. You reap what you sow. As you destroyed our freedoms at home. Nobody forced you to join the Military.

And any dope still in the military, you are dumb as hell and deserve everything you get. How about read the US Constitution and follow that, before you just obey orders from other war criminals.

I have zero tolerance for LOW IQ stupidity.

        • TharSheBlows says:

      • Heartless says:

Sarge, veterans/former military, former law enforcement, known collectors…. all will be the first persons to have their fire-power confiscated. As databases, such as the one right here caused by traffic to/from and comments/posts made, will be eventually cause for expansion of rights denial or trampled. I’d dare say all here on on “the list” as is. You’re absolutely right that even a small amount of research will yield many ways to produce homebrew items. I’d counsel only to never buy using a card of any sort. Cash transactions only. The end of talk is coming. Actions as it is said will speak much louder than words. The phrase “the pen is mightier than the sword” is bull.

        • Menzoberranzan says:

I wish they’d come right now.

          • FBI (f#*%ing bunch of idiots)... And traitors says:

Play for the long game.. Hide your weapons and live to fight another day on your terms and conditions not theirs.. Give them a .22 and tell them you sold the rest.. Then plan and organize for what comes next

            • Menzoberranzan says:

I won’t be able to do that. I will be enraged and kill them all the first go round. I figure they’ll come back with overwhelming numbers the next time. That’s when they all get blown up. Or will they get blown up the first time? I forget.

        • Sgt. Dale says:

Only a fool would try to take mine.

The last thing I want to do is hurt someone, but if it is him or me its going to be him. I’m too Frigging old to worry about living a long life I already have. If you don’t want a bloody nose do throw a punch at me. Just that simple.

          Sgt.

        • The Deplorable Renegade says:

Heartless, everyone here knows what I say about lists. A two-way street. A percentage of us have lists of our own. And it’s definitely a case of the pen being useless and the sword being essential.

        • TharSheBlows says:

Actually the Pen is mightier than the sword.. I shut down an entire Airwing that was going to be placed at a military base that I lived near by. It was a 6 year battle and in the end, I won and they never got their airwing. I wrote the person in charge who was choosing the placement of this Airwing and pointed out all the flaws in their reporting and phony fraudulent studies. This Base is still running, but not as they tried to get away with. The Base I shut down, only scored less than 48 points on a scale of 100 to get this new added airwing, and spent over a $Billion ramping it up for this new airwing. OOPS.. And that costly Fraud was buried in the trash can. Military bases are riddled with Fraud and abuse deception. I could write a book. Military bases are a big fat sloppy pig trough for contractor fraud, waste and abuse. Wanna know why America is in $21 Trillion in debt? And military contractors are all millionaires and many billionaires?

      • Concerned Citizen says:

Guys at the current time, this country is royally screwed every which way but loose!

    6. Big Al says:

When I read “Nazi Gun Control” I thought that Florida has deregulated all long guns…
      What a bummer!

      • TharSheBlows says:

Rick Scott is running for the Senate Seat of Sen Bill Nelson the fraud wanna be astronaut who has been dead for a decade, but still manages to speak now and then. Scott is moving to the center to capture the vote. This is all about politics to get elected, not about enforcing the law of the US Constitution. Florida is over all one of the strongest PRO-GUN states in the country. As of 2017, there are about 16.4 Million carry permit holders in the US. A 256% increase since 2007. 1.8 Million Carry Permit Holder in Florida alone. The largest carry permit holder of any state in the union by far.

Check this site to see how many are in your state.
        ht tps://www.gunstocarry.com/concealed-carry-statistics/

There is no snowball chance in hell that Florida will ever be invaded by any army in the world. Dead Meat..

        • TharSheBlows says:

And 9.5% of the entire Florida Population is a carry permit holder. Nearly 1 in 10 persons in FL carries a gun. That includes every man woman and child. 10% is impressive. But wait, 20% of the population in Alabama is a gun carry permit holder. And that is only the people who are legally registered. I am sure many carry guns unlicensed. The site link I posted above will give you all of this info for your state.

          • awed bawl says:

            . . .is a carry permit holder. . .

permission is the exact opposite of 2nd amendment, which is about RIGHTS. to paraphrase Alfonso Bedoya Permit? Permit? I don’t need no stinkin’ permit. . .

permits implies that 2nd amendment is about something other than rights

    7. The Deplorable Renegade says:

Sarge, I’m not looking forward to what’s coming. I’ll do what’s necessary but it doesn’t mean I have to enjoy it. I just wish cops would stop and think, very long and very carefully, before doing anything. And it’s a safe bet that judge who approved all of those ‘petitions’ was a libturd anti-gun scumbag. That judge needs to start looking over his shoulder. Someone needs to put the brakes on this whole affair before someone gets killed.

    8. kingfish says:

No one is more conservative pro 2nd amendment than me,,, but even I do not want violently crazy people to have powerfull firepower. But then the problem is of how to judge just who is violently crazy and who is of sane mind. I think libs and commie democommies would have different criteria than most of us. It is a very slippery slope and laws of that nature could snowball to include everybody even folks like us who have conservative views when judged by a left wing judge. Or those of us that did stupid things while young,, most of us did,, how long should that be held against us. There is no perfect answer to this question. KF

      • The Deplorable Renegade says:

Kingfish, then answer to this question is something called DUE PROCESS OF LAW GUARANTEED UNDER THE BILL OF RIGHTS. It needs to be proven and verified that someone is and/or could be a threat to anyone else. And we also need to question what kind of criteria are the ‘authorities’ using to determine whether someone is at least a potential threat. In all of these cases these people were never charged with anything. If the ‘authorites’ can’t or won’t show a legitimate basis for what they want to do then they need to forget about doing it. This whole thing sounds like some more of that precrime crap aka the movie “Minority Report”. It’s totally bogus. I’m also against people with mental issues and convicted felons having any firepower but it has to be verified that they’re in one category or the other.

      • Matt(TX) says:

Anything before the’but’ is a lie.

    9. aljamo says:

Governor Prick Scott is a big pile of trash, his AG Pam Bondi the same. This Indiana scumbag needs to go back where he came from. He ripped off Medicare and got off with a minor slap on the wrist. He and his AG sucked up to Trump before the election. Now he wants to become a Florida Senator vying for the long held Democratic spot of Bill Nelson who I think lowly of also. Pair Scott with the giant fake Marco Rubio and Florida is truly *ucked. A Senator should be required to be born in a state to run for this high office in that state. Neither fit that description. Get out you freak criminal basturds.

    10. Old Guy says:

Im all for it. Not everyone should be allowed to possess firearms. If you get a Social Security Disability check because of mental issues. Then you shouldn’t be allowed firearms. If your convicted of a felony no guns for you. If you are convicted of terrorist threats no guns for you. And the same crazies who are not allowed firearms should not get to vote.

      • jjtaup says:

And if you’re an “Old Guy” you should definitely not be trusted with so much as a kitchen knife.

      • FBI (f#*%ing bunch of idiots)... And traitors says:

Right because people could never make bombs or use vehicles to kill

      • Stuart says:

Well OG, most of that list is already law. The rub with the rest of them are: how do you know someone is a “crazy” before they do anything?
Should I loose my very valuable antique arms collection without recompense simply because my anti-gun neighbor claims I threatened him?
How about my ex who lies and says I threatened to kill her?
Even if I ultimately prevail do you think I would get my valuable antique firearms back in the same condition (or back at all)?
Nobody wants crazies to have weapons but that may be the price of a free society because the alternative is totalitarianism.

        • FBI (f#*%ing bunch of idiots)... And traitors says:

Benjamin Franklin once said: “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”

        • Old Guy says:

I never advocated denying anyone due process. I stated convicted or certified mentally deficient. I know a certified looney a person who had been drawing a mental deficient Social Security check for a couple of Decades. And if his meds quid working he is off the rails. He shouldnt be allowed a gun but he has a arsenal. He is supposively not capable of making rational decisions and cant work. Why should he be allowed to vote? It seems most of the Left Dimocraps are looney tunes nuts. should Maxine Waters be allowed to have a gun?

      • Dan in TEXAS says:

Old Guy, usually agree with you but nowadays almost everything you do without a permit is a felony!

      • mominator says:

where do you draw the line at mental health issues? I have anxiety and love my guns. Would never hurt anyone unless trying to hurt me or mine.

    11. Anonymous says:

…One dispersed battalion at a time. The question is: why will the “home” battalions of the Militia (the people-at-arms)–the battalions of the cities to which the dispersed Militiamen belong–stand by like cows chewing their cud in a herd and allow their individual Militiamen to be so blithely subdued by the enemy just because the enemy lists them as members of some “risk” battalion of the enemy’s making? Don’t the “unlisted” know that they too will be put on the enemy’s “list” of one sort or another and targeted individually too, so as to not evoke the larger unit’s reaction, since the larger unit won’t come to the aid of an individual being attacked? So, then, the enemy’s tactic is to organize his enemy the way he chooses and then to attack those contrived “units” irrespective of the actual enemy units they actually belong to? Well, that’s what sharpshooters (“snipers”) have done all along–pick off individual targets (“the first man”, “the fourth man”: to instill terror in the ranks–or, “the commander”: to eliminate a unit’s singular leadership,,, etc.) within larger formations. In this case, however, the enemy attempting to capture (munitions of) members of the enemy’s “risk” battalion will be surrounded by members of “non-risk” “home” battalions of the cities (or county regiments) in which the enemy attempts the captures. But, an enemy has it easy when attacking cud-chewing herds of cows who won’t come to the aid of their targeted individual members. Cows are, after all, expected to be fearful, unthreatening, and compliant–even as a herd of many surrounding much smaller predators.

    12. Anonymous says:

A Constitutional right can’t be denied by any court.

    13. They use word trickery in their “Laws” to try and steal from us and control us.

You probably do NOT own a “Firearm”

So, if ever asked to REGISTER or TURN-IN your “Firearm”, review the definition to see if you own one. Don’t let them trick you into giving up your ability to defend yourself.

      Firearm

      CFR Title 27 Section 479.11
      http://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/27/479/11

      Firearm.

      (a) A shotgun having a barrel or barrels of less than 18 inches in length;

      (b) a weapon made from a shotgun if such weapon as modified has an overall length of less than 26 inches or a barrel or barrels of less than 18 inches in length;

      (c) a rifle having a barrel or barrels of less than 16 inches in length;

      (d) a weapon made from a rifle if such weapon as modified has an overall length of less than 26 inches or a barrel or barrels of less than 16 inches in length;

      (e) any other weapon, as defined in this subpart;

      (f) a machine gun;

      (g) a muffler or a silencer for any firearm whether or not such firearm is included within this definition; and

      (h) a destructive device.

The term shall not include an antique firearm or any device (other than a machine gun or destructive device) which, although designed as a weapon, the Director finds by reason of the date of its manufacture, value, design, and other characteristics is primarily a collector’s item and is not likely to be used as a weapon. For purposes of this definition, the length of the barrel having an integral chamber(s) on a shotgun or rifle shall be determined by measuring the distance between the muzzle and the face of the bolt, breech, or breech block when closed and when the shotgun or rifle is cocked. The overall length of a weapon made from a shotgun or rifle is the distance between the extreme ends of the weapon measured along a line parallel to the center line of the bore.

      • Interesting information. So, according to Code, even the above article conflates “firearm” with “weapon”.

        They are not the same.

      • Stuart says:

You are reading the regulation that defines a weapon that is taxed under the National Firearms Act; also known as a Title II firearm or a Class III firearm.

This is not the definition of anything you can buy at the local sporting good emporium.

    14. Red Leader says:

The problem is the reliability of the information used to confiscate the guns. If you wear a MAGA hat 5 Marxist Libtards will swear on a Bible that you threatened to kill them and their families with you guns. Your Ex-Wife will say anything to get custody and more child support. A verbal beef with a neighbor, and his whole family will swear they are afraid you are going to kill them.

The potential for abuse to target enemies, political or otherwise, is incredible. How do you counter 5 lying “eyewitnesses” who hate you for your beliefs and swear under oath you threatened to shoot them?

      • fullmoonrizing says:

        Exactly my problem with this.

        • Red Leader says:

I do not see how this can possibly be Constitutional. You cannot take something away from a citizen without Due Process. That means that both sides present their case before a judge. You cannot punish someone by taking away their Second Amendment rights because someone THINKS a person may do something. There is no way the Supreme Court would uphold this.

This is a very slippery slope to Tyranny. Clearly Governor Rick Scott is an enemy of the Constitution and a wannabe Tyrant.

The next thing will be special judges appointed to hear these cases. They will be like FISA judges and we all know how that worked out. The Deep State wins again.

      • The Deplorable Renegade says:

Red Leader, you took part of my thunder but that’s OK. The criteria they’re using is questionable to say the least. All they have someone’s word and nothing else. I say either they can prove their complaint against someone or forget it. I don’t get punished for any complaint that cannot be proven or verified. Show me a real complaint that can be proven and verified and I’ll try to make amends for it. Otherwise I’m not obligated to do anything.

      • Menzoberranzan says:

Those 5 people would get what they lied about.

    15. “Hate Crime”, “Thought Crime”, or “Political Crime” equals semantic word salad.

The meaning is determined by whoever is the boss and enforced with the bosses’ no-neck, bullet head, costumed clowns who “just follow orders” for their pieces of silver and Cadillac pensions…because “it’s the law”.

    16. Jolly Roger says:

Why would anyone believe this? There’s no confirmation of this from any other news source, but instead it’s all working off the same FOX news article, and it’s exactly that kind of propaganda they’d want to spread.

I’ve heard of two credible attempts at “red flag law” gun confiscation and both resulted in dead cops. They need for people to believe this nonsense, but unfortunately, there’s no confirmation of it anywhere.

If we’ve learned nothing else in the 17 years since 9-11, we should have at least learned not to believe everything (or anything) we read in the mainstream news.

    17. Orion says:

      Hahahahahahaha…

    18. fullmoonrizing says:

Lawton Chiles must be rolling in his grave over this. He was wonderful for the state of Florida. Jeb Bush wasn’t bad either. Ever since then…it’s gone down hill.

    19. anonymous5 says:

“How we burned in the prison camps later thinking: What would things have been like if every police operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive? If during periods of mass arrests people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever was at hand? The organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt.”

    21. Sargeant Preston says:

Interesting story about the 450 Floridians who have been “ordered” by their “benevolent” state government, to hand over their firearms. If I remember correctly, that’s the same thing that happened to the Jews in the early days of WWII, all brought about courtesy of a fellow named Adolf Hitler. Good going, Florida! Nice company you keep

    22. Clayton Blackwell says:

Time for those 450 people to MOVE to Texas or Louisiana. SOMEPLACE gun friendly!

      • the blame-e says:

That’s the ticket. Run away. And keep running. Run away enough and you will run out of places to run away to.

Meanwhile the number of temporary (what a joke: temporary), gun confiscations goes from 450 to 4,500 to 45,000 to 450,000 to all of them. And “temporary” becomes permanent.

The costs in legal fees, court costs, time and money to get your inalienable rights restored — when most Americans have trouble coming up with $400 bucks for an emergency. Yeah. Right.

And while all you 2ND Amendment folks refused to look, “Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson, in announcing the lawsuit (against 3D gun printing), said that Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Maryland, New York and the District of Columbia had signed on . . . .” to ban 3D gun printing.

I don’t know about the rest of you but I don’t shoot in 1D, or 2D, but 3D. See where this is going.

      • Beaumont says:

Don’t those places want to look up your rear end, if you have a burnt out license plate bulb?

    23. steven jacobs says:

Sorry, but some people SHOULD not be allowed to have firearms. Soldiers with PTSD or a past record of violence should not have weapons, people on prozac and he like should not be allowed to have firearms, as well as felons(violent), drug addicts and alzheimers patients, or kids putting violent posts on Facebook.

    24. Clitblipper says:

Foregoing ideologies, there appears to be no difference what-so-ever in the dementia of extremists, be they from the far left OR the far right. They are equally insane and dangerous.

    25. Mike Warren says:

Gov. Scott sold out FL and now as a want-a-be Senator he’ll sell out America. Scott=RINO Not looking good. A multi million $ Pharma drug pusher will align with the Democrats to carry on his obama boy wishes.

    26. jakartaman says:

      To me its simple
You start giving the libs and Government an inch – they will continue to inch you into slavery.

      Where is due process????
I would not recomment killing police officers
I would recomment PVC buried pipe for guns and Ammo i several locations.
I believe there will be enough advance warning b4 the shtf. Just be ready

    27. GETTING REAL says:

      QUESTION ?

If these firearms were confiscated do to the people that seem to be a threat.

Were they taken to a facility for 72 mental observation first ?

    28. Kevin2 says:

Florida has unique demographics with a high percentage of inhabitants immigrating from the north bringing too often beliefs accordingly. The phrase describing this is, “Its the only state where the further north you go the further south you get”. With it being the virtual birthplace of “Shall Issue” its no doubt being looked at as a high value symbolic target of the anti Second Amendment movement.

    29. Captn.Jack says:

That just cost Scott his election in Nov.

    30. the blame-e says:

Here’s who Scott is running against.

    31. If anyone wants to disarm someone, my vote would be to disarm the Federal employees in civilian agencies that Obama chose to arm.

    32. Jim in Va. says:

The camel’s nose is under the tent……what next?

    33. Rocket Man II says:

I warned you akk this was coming…
      Just like here in Australia…
      Never hapoen you all said…
      …and now…
Next – make it illegal to have gun blueprints like in Oz. 14 years max in prison for possessing plans!!!

    34. Maranatha says:

How can the state attorneys be so moronic? Have they not studied the history of the Civil War? In the former Confederacy states, Democrats tried to strip former slaves (either former soldiers or civilians) from gun ownership. An the result was that the states cannot restrict the 2nd Amendment as it is guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.

It is a natural right guaranteed by GOD, not a priviledge to be removed.

    35. People will learn the hard way what it means to register that which the government does not want you to have.

    36. Concerned Citizen says:

Folks, do you see where all of this ridiculous, illegal, UnAmerican garbage is headed?? This is how the devious, vile scum trash are attempting to play us and ass rape all of our guns! Wake up folks – see the big picture.

    37. Constant Sorrow says:

Reading extreme right-wings posts is not very different from reading extreme left-wing posts. In general, both groups are overly radical and sound equally rabid and insane. Nationalist, capitalists are what made this country great. Constitutional laW directed out path. Now, all is disappearing, not because of true Americans who will uphold the peace but because of deluded Americans influenced by external forces that have undermined our purpose as one country under God. Without this shared purpose we are doomed and fight though we may, this civilization is over.

    38. john says:

I bet if someone post the names, photos, address of that 5 man confiscation team they would NOT be confiscating any more firearms

    39. Truther says:

The fact that none of the 450 gun confiscation victims gave them the bullets first proves they were not a threat!

      • Rebel Son says:

        WORD!

This act is a declaration of WAR and until we wake the Fck up to this ,we are going to get slaughtered

dont violate my MY Bill of Rights and I wont have to kill you

sure I could die , I fckin plan on it ..Im not going into a cell

Im fighting this and if it kills me FINE!

those 450 cowards in Fla can SMD for not standing up

    40. Mark says:

So… start shooting them, as they appear.
      Problem solved.

    41. jakartaman says:

What the hell is wrong with this site – You post and submit and nothing?
Sometimes it works and some time it does not.

    42. Rick Anderson says:

There is only ONE answer to the government gestapo actions. Fighting them one at a time guarantees our defeat. We must begin using the same tactic as ALL of our enemies, both within and without the government, and the main tactic is to band TOGETHER in groups, the larger the better. If anyone, jack-booted government thugs, or “progressive” liberal pukes, show up to interfere with our lives, then, as a group, unleash HELL on them in such overwhelming firepower that they are convinced to leave us alone.

    43. But Trump said he’ll protect the gun owners. Trump also endorsed Rick Scot for the senate? ohh Mylanta…looks like the shit color hair is giving it in the ass to his supporters and they like it without a lube.

    44. Anonymous says:

Marc Slavo. The “NAZIs” didn’t do this. However, The Jewish Bolsheviks through the NKVD did, just like the Jew zionist-communists here.

    45. SpreadtheWord says:

Checkout KPLR11.com yesterday’s news where feds, military along with immigration raid an 82 yr old mans military surplus in Vandalia, IL

    46. TommyD says:

they are slowly taking the guns, state by state. In the NY city area we lost our guns rights in the 1930’s. You need a Permit to own a handgun. Consider yourself lucky if you live in a gun friendly state. But eventually they will come for you also.

    47. akvalmet30 says:

All of these successful taking of arms from the citizens by armed thugs with badges have one thing in common: No one has yet do deter them by laying down a volley of lead and/or killing them all where they stand. Yeah, that is probably a harsh statement, bit I don’t really care. Ever this happens at my house, I will definitely put my town on the map, and I live in FL too. Only thing is, once a person gets the notion to say no or put up a spirited resistance, the fight is on and they will literally keep coming from all agencies in or out of state as necessary to wipe you out, After all, the media is going to play them as the hero and us as the aggressor. Mr. Jew on the t.v. is going to capitalize on the situation and make White racism or the need for even more gun control as “his” central theme regardless. Seems like the only solutions are to hit and run or make on hell of a last stand. Just my .02

    48. Until y’all start making stacks of government dead this will only get worse. They declared war. They murder at will. The enemy HAS marched on the green and ordered the weapons and powder seized. If you think it is time to kill your rights and burry your dead with your guns. Why then just turn them in. You will never have the guts to use them and don’t deserve to own them. Fight now. Or lick your masters boot.
