Employee Of Bombed Research Site In Syria Says No Chemicals Released Is Proof None Exist

An employee of the chemical research center which was bombed by the United States, the United Kingdom, and France says that no chemicals were released during the strike that leveled the building.  That’s incredibly important proof that no chemical weapons we actually there, he said.

Said Said, an engineer at the Scientific Research Center facility, told RT Arabic that the very fact that no chemicals were released during the strike should serve as evidence that no chemical weapons program was run at the site. “You can see for yourself that nothing has happened. I’ve been here since 5:00 a.m. No signs of weapons-grade chemicals, he said. The researcher said he had worked at the facility for decades, and it used to develop medicine and household chemicals.

The West is alleging Bashar al-Assad, Syria’s leader used chemical weapons on civilians to justify military attacks on Damascus and Homs.  But interestingly enough, those strikes occurred the day before international investigators were scheduled to arrive to conduct a thorough inspection of the site.

The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) had visited the site several times and never found any traces of banned chemicals. Since Syria joined the Chemical Weapons Convention under a deal brokered by Russia and the US in 2013, the UN chemical watchdog repeatedly confirmed its full compliance with its obligations to dismantle and remove its chemical stockpiles. In June 2014, the OPCW declared Syria free of chemical weapons.

On April 12, even US Secretary of Defense James Mattis told the House Armed Services Committee that the US government does not have any evidence that sarin or chlorine was used, that he was still looking for evidence. Yet the bombing happened anyway.

We even provided them [OPCW] with a special place where they could collect and pack test samples taken during the inspection,” Said told RTThe inspectors would stay in the rooms on the upper floor and use the laboratory equipment, and the staff was cooperating with them completely.”

Being a civilian research center, the staff did not believe it would be identified as the primary target for an attack. As we work in civilian pharmaceutical and chemical research, we did not expect that we would be hit, Said told AFP. The allegations that that Barzeh was an integral part of Syria’s chemical program were totally incorrect,” he stressed, speaking to CBS News.

Reports by the UN’s chemical watchdog, the latest of which was filed just a month ago, suggest Said is correct, and there are no chemical weapons at the facility.  The report on the first inspection that was conducted between February 26  and March 5, 2017, says that “the inspection team did not observe any activities inconsistent with obligations under the Convention, noting that Damascus had provided unimpeded access to the inspectors “to all selected areas.”

The follow-up inspection, carried out in November, did not find any incriminating evidence either. The March 2018 report reiterates: As stated in previous reports, all of the chemicals declared by the Syrian Arab Republic that were removed from its territory in 2014 have now been destroyed.”

Its even worse than that, they knew none were there.

    1. There were no chemical weapons there.
    2. The US knew that there were no chemical weapons there
    3. If chemical weapons were there their would have been significant collateral casualties
    4. The US would not desire to be responsible for (3) and would have incinerated the bombed sites immediately upon bombing them to neutralize any release.
    5. The US did not do (4) because of (2)

Kevin2, one question I have about this whole Syrian situation. As I understand it, the original goal was to overthrow Assad so a gas pipeline could be run through from Qatar through Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Syria up to Turkey and then to Europe to reduce or eliminate their dependence on Russian gas. There’s still an ongoing dispute between Saudi, the UAE, and Qatar. Turkey is gradually falling into the Russian orbit although technically still part of NATO. Considering all these factors I would think the original plan is dead, just won’t happen. So what could be everyone’s ultimate goal in Syria now?

      • Kevin2 says:

I wouldn’t say its dead. If Assad was out/ Russians out the disputes would end between the opposing players as money has a way of smoothing out things. Turkey has no friendship with Russia but is only, like Italy of WWII, going with the perceived winning side. One also cannot discount the influence of Israel both regionally and within the US government in a desire to make Syria chaos dysfunctional like Libya.

On a bigger scale I believe the long term goal is to further the Islamic Fundamentalists who have a knack for internally destroying countries as can be seen in Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan. Governments composed of waring tribes pose no real military threat and managed with CIA type efforts. They are also in no position to effectively negonate with globalist multinationals or mandate the type of payment for their oil. The oil peg is maintained. Their destabilizing capabilities will migrate, with CIA, Mossad, MI6 help into both China and Russia who’s southern border is vulnerable. Think of it as metastasized political cancer rotting out nations.

The goal is probably war profiteering by military contractors, as Michael Scheuer explains:

      • CrackerJack says:

Ever since ‘nam every war or conflict has been for the interests of one or more of mostly these three “national interests”:
        1. Oil
        2. Drugs
        3. Banks

Vietnam was a front for drugs.
        Libya, oil.
Afganistan, drugs – opium for big pharma opiates. That’s why the CIA created the Taliban.
Iraq was all three. Nothing to do with WMDs, that was their lie to get the war support.
Syria is about oil and banking.
North Korea will be to enrichen the banking cartels.

The long-range, big picture, has always been and still is about The Greater Israel Project, “from the Nile to the Euphrates”. Delve into that, and you will discover the source of all the Mid-East troubles. City of London at the core, with a little help from their puppet friends…

TDBh, it reminds not of a chess game; rather, the game of ‘Go’. The Sunnis (SA and associated states on the Persian Penisula, Israel and their backing/alliances with the US, GB and France vs. Russia, Iran, Syria and the corridor that is now being used in Iraq are like a ‘t’. East to west, north to south. Each side is trying to ensure a line that the other cannot cross or control. Turkey is attempting to play both sides in this. It is still about pipelines, oil/gas supplies to Europe and the former Soviet Union.

No shit,Sherlock. Zero Hedge reported all chemicals were moved to Russian bases which everyone knows the U. S. would not bomb. What a cluster f**k this whole thing is.

    I agree with the post.

Evidence from The First Gulf War, a large number of service members came back with symptoms of Chemical and Biological agent exposure: Plus radiation exposure from some munitions.

No reports of Chemical/Biological attacks but down wind from combat strikes and after the war, the destruction of chemical weapons cashe and being down wind.

    Gulf War syndrome.

Furthermore, if you look at the media from Syria regarding regarding the alleged chemical strike, how many people do you see in decontamination suits and being contaminated themselves as they attempt to clean up the victims?

Twin towers destroyed by controlled explosions and not by planes, unfortunately another building also collapsed without a plane running into it making this plane false flags less plausible.

It shames me to be part of the West which is run by the shadow war mongering government controlling their bunnies who are spineless to resist their tripe and propaganda.

The only question anyone should really need to ask is how much respect for Russia does syria and assad have? Apperently not much to do this on Russia’s watch. And to put Russia in this situation. I would think putin is plotting assads death as we speak. But I doubt that putin is plotting assad’s death, as the likelyhood putin thinks assad did this is likely very small.

Of course, we have to ignore the fact that previous attacks were attributed to the same false flag scenario. That terrorists have been caught doing this in the past. That we have proof of them practicing for this. Erase all that now! Blank out your mind! Thinking and reason not needed here, or allowed!

Obviously assad is a genius strategist to have the U.S., and Russia, seeing an oportunity to leave as syria wins the war, and alas, assad launches a chemical attack thinking it’s the cherry on the cake, only to have both Russia, and the U.S. digg in for more war. War! War! More war! War! War! War! The absurdities continue!

And then there are the we did it for north korea to see we mean business types. Yes, let us bomb another country to show this country we mean business. Nothing warmongerous about that.

18th dimensional chess! A chess move by a genius the likes of which we can’t even begin to understand. Hum … me thinks the bear walked straight into the bear trap.

And as the article indicates. Exactly what kind of “genious” thinks bombing a chemical weapons storage facility is a good idea. My limited brains would think that’s not such a good idea. Kinda like getting rid of a nuclear weapons facility by bombing it with nuclear weapons. I’m sure those nearby would be happy about that.

That’s the whole point of a proxy war. The real prize is Iran, and neither the Russians, the Chinese, or the West are willing to let the other have it. Better to fight in Syria, than the real jewel.

It will either escalate to global thermo nuclear war, or cooler heads will prevail. I wouldn’t count on the latter, and considering the Russian and Chinese revolutions were facilitated by the same Zionists which lobbied for the creation of the state of Israel, the motives of the west are equally suspect.

Look for a central banking, one world solution for all this, then the Devil can put his master plan into place, the subjugation and ultimate destruction of God’s creation, were it not for the sacrifice of one man, Jesus Christ. Israel is not the Israel spoken of by John in Revelations, rather it is the remnant of Christians who are God’s chosen people. I would look for the US to be surrounded by it’s enemies for Armageddon to be fought. We should be bringing Christians here to the US from where they’re being persecuted at levels never seen since the first century.

The 18th level chess move is that the spear of Islam being thrust into the heart of Europe is wielded by the Zionist. Then one can begin to understand the complexity of what freedom loving people are up against. How does one counter the Zionist? One mind at a time.

The real result would be, then, that the Deep State snookered(?) Trump into going along with another of their ruses to actually attack Free Syrians in order to destroy their heroic attempt to rid Syria–and the Middle East–of big oil’s colonial governor thereof, Assad. Or, did Trump snooker the Deep State–against their man Putin’s dire warnings– and actually hit (and, it looks fairly like “incinerated”) a real chemical weapons plant? The “rebels” (Free Syrians?) seem to say that it’s good but, they’d like to have had Trump sooner when he could have been their artillery corps to help them earlier against Assad…. It’s up to Trump to make good of it or, to let the Deep State use it for their evil.

Any evidence this guy is actually an employee there and not just a (maybe fictional) propaganda agent?

People in the West are too gullible and fall for everything they are told, preferring to reinforce their preconceived beliefs by accepting anything and everything that supports them as true without bothering to find out whether or not it is.

  11. Chris Bridges says:

The “intelligence” justifying the strike on the “chemical weapons” plants was no doubt supplied by the ever helpful Israeli intelligence services. The whole world knows this was baloney and they are laughing at us.

if you know absolutely nothing about chem facilities – and especially lab & research centers – ALLLLLL kinds of equipment that’s firmly installed and not readily moved – collapsing that building hurt them BAD – no matter you read – especially with an embargo for that kind of technology in place ….

      Illini Warrior

They weren’t chemical weapons facilities. There was no release upon bombing. The US knew it as they did not follow up the attack with incendiaries to neutralize any potential release. I

Why does the US arm ISIS?

  13. Naya says:

None were there because we warned them using the de-conflict ion hotline. The US always uses that hotline for ALL air strikes so we don’t hit Russian troops. It’s not that hard to find out where chemical weapons are made. Much harder to find the actual weapons. I
