Cop: ‘If Obama Doesn’t Follow The Constitution, We Don’t Have to’

A shocking video shows a New Jersey cop responding to a complaint about corruption by asserting that law enforcement officers no longer need to follow the Constitution because it has already been decimated by President Obama.

Seeking to file a complaint about the Helmetta Regional Animal Shelter, Steve Wronko visited the Helmetta Police Department to air his grievances about the shelter falling prey to nepotism and corruption as a result of Helmetta Mayor Nancy Martin appointing her son Brandon Metz to head up the facility.

“I’ve made objections about what’s going on at the shelter over there,” Wronko tells the police officer, adding, “My first and fourth amendment rights were violated, my civil rights were violated.”

“Obama just decimated the freakin’ Constitution, so I don’t give a damn. If he doesn’t follow the Constitution, we don’t have to,” responds the cop, brazenly violating the oath he swore to uphold the Constitution.

The comment is self-evidently shocking, but it also provides an insight as to how corruption from the very top reaches all the way down to the bottom, providing law enforcement with a twisted form of justification for their unconstitutional activities.

At the end of the video, other police officers arrive to kick Wronko out of the building, with the cop who doesn’t give a “damn” about constitutional rights stating, “Either you get out or you’re gonna get locked up.”

“Maybe this instance, captured on film for the whole world to see, will serve as a wake up call to those who may still be asleep,” writes Matt Agorist. “Please share this so that it can help others to see the leviathan for what it is, a gang of thieves writ large.”

The only question that remains is if police officers feel they no longer need to follow the Constitution, should Americans be expected to obey the law?

Why is this a surprise in a police state of USA? Be thankful these cops didn’t open fire.

    • Unreconstructed Southron says:

      Proverbs 29:2 “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice;
But when a wicked man rules, the people groan.”

      • I so fucking hate cops, and I hope that when shtf, all patriots can easily see the F’ing X on them and hit their mark.

        • ponomo says:

some cops are ok….some are A holes.

          • Gods Creation says:

“””The only question that remains is if police officers feel they no longer need to follow the Constitution, should Americans be expected to obey the law?”””

Americans should be following Gods Law. If we were, this clown would be stoned to death in the streets. The really sad part is that the other cops did not disagree with this ass.

When we start to follow Gods Law again, if the same situation occurred a large mass of us peasants will show up and cast the first stone without sin, for we will have judged the matter righteously as Jesus requires.

How much longer can we wait for someone else to cast the stone? If you understand what Jesus was saying and why he said it, it should have been thrown long ago.

            • Gods Creation says:

As an aside, the “police” are not authorized to exist under the Constitution anyway. They are NOT Law enforcement, they are the revenue generating arm of the corp, referred to in the Declaration of Independence as a standing army.

          • clinthospo says:

I agree, cops you better watch your backs because the asshole ones make us mad at you good ones too since we don’t know who is a good cop or the bad cop. Good cops do right and reason with people the bad ones I don’t care what happens to you, I wouldn’t piss on you even if you were burning to death. Please (good police) if things happen stay at home and don’t go out on the streets at the beginning of the collapse. The bad cops will be eazy to spot (being scarcastic) since they will be trying to control everyone or stealing peoples crap. I hope you know you better realize people are going to open fire on your asses rather quickly I really do. It’s going to get nasty and your going to be slaughtered.

            • the renegade braveheart says:

clint, sadly, I have to agree. My message to the good cops is the same as yours. I still hope I can avoid a confrontation with any cops, but if any of them make a wrong move on me, they will go down. Once TSHTF, everything will change. It will be anything goes and no holds barred. The rules will go straight out the window.

            • Expat says:

              Nice rant. Not real realistic.
You do understand that the cops are now militarized with equipment not available to civilians? Cops are also organized. You are not. Cops also have the backing of any and all politicians who are dependent on them for security. That means the National Guard.
All of that exists now. You have what? An AR and a few mall ninjas here and there? some blogs like this?
Any fight with the cops would be like winning a drag race with a bunch of parts lying around the starting line?
You’ll get you face stepped on and 3 rounds pumped into you before you can holler What about My Rights! My Rights!

          • Sgt. Dale says:

Thanks. THIS COP IS A MAJOR A HOLE!!!

            • Feisty Old Broad says:

Sgt…..NOT all here are anti-LEO….I think at times people just take ONE idiot’s statements in an article and run with them….
Sad, actually…I know some mighty fine men and women within the LE Community and I would happily have them by my side….that includes YOU, Sir….

        • Be informed says:

Wonderful attitude, just because BO has totally screwed up everyone else should follow the tyrant and do what they know is wrong. Just proves that bad leadership goes right down the drain to all those below them. It seems to be that those that stick to their own principles and have a conscience usually make decent to good law enforcement officers. Those others that act like Twiddle Dumb like above are just not worth anything as police and not as human beings either.

          • Gonetoolong says:

Shit rolls downhill. Simple as that. Government officials have a new mindset and are power tripping all over the country now. The air of lawlessness abounds. It is sad to see but was totally predictable based on watching the highest law enforcement official in the land (Holder) do what he wants, enforce only the laws he wants. I know my attitudes have changed with respect to the law, IRS, and all other govt. agencies.

        • Feisty Old Broad says:

Do not tar and feather ALL LEO’s…..many have YOUR back….and believe in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights….and also continue to believe in “To Protect and Serve”…..although that has been mostly removed from LE vehicles….Those who KNOW will BE there when it truly counts….those who are puppets, sadly, will most likely not survive…..

          • I agree with you Feisty – I am utterly convinced the vast majority of cops are decent and honest people and do their best in a quite often thankless job. There are bad ones yes, always has been and always will be but I refuse to accept or believe, as some obviously do, that the police force in general is “bad”.

            • Gods Creation says:

The police force IS bad. The Sheriff is the only Constitutional protector of the People. All other “police” are just the corps standing army put together to harass and scare the sheep while extracting the most money possible.

Watch an old western. There were no police, only the Sheriff and sometimes a posse of Citizens to assist. that’s when the people controlled the MONEY and the LAW.

The police are the replacements for the People, established once the banksters stole control over the money.

              • clinthospo says:

I agree to that. Its not about safety etc anymore for the people. Its bigger than that. Its to fund the state judges, corrupt political deals under the table and to pay the unions. Cops only keep people in control to steal if they do anything wrong, and to keep their drug competition under control and to protect politicians. I would like to see an honest cop take down Obama or a Nancy pelosi. That would be a honorable police officer and it needs to be done.

            • Mr West says:

“I am utterly convinced the vast majority of cops are decent and honest people and do their best in a quite often thankless job.”

If this were true, we would have no bad cops. They would do the right thing and drive them out of the force.

          • WhoWuddaThunkIt says:

No Cops are going to be there for you, just like the Bible Babble, it will abandon you faster than any hoodlum can jack you up, and run away to brag about it. You need arm yourself and use your brain. Period!!

          • Chris45 says:

Thats a load of garbage. Every cop I’ve ever met is a tyrannical bully. I know I used to be one and hated it . As for as I’m concerned when SHTF evey badge toting scumbag is a legitimate target.

            • WhoWuddaThunkIt says:

Cops will earn my respect when I see them randomly beat the shit out of corrupt politicians and Taze them for no good reason, like they do to homeless people on the street today.

            • Chris45 – if you used to be a cop you would have met quite a few. So, if EVERY one you ever met was a tyrannical bully I respectfully suggest the problem is you, not them.

And I am not a cop, never have been and don’t have any family or friends who are.

          • Feisty Old Broad says:

WHY denigrate ALL those in Law Enforcement? I truly do not understand why so many are “tossing the baby out with the bathwater”…..ARE you all trolls? Or are you so very paranoid that you do not understand that MANY within the Law Enforcement community GET IT and do what they do because they are in a position to glean info with which to pass on??? There are, indeed, those who are power hungry, who wish to take out Their frustrations on others….agreed there…BUT MOST KNOW that which is rapidly coming OUR way, and those of HONOR WILL be WELCOMED within MY group….

            • the renegade braveheart says:

FOB, I do ‘GET IT’ and so do the retired cops in my family. There are still a lot of good cops out there struggling every day to do the right thing and I do sympathize with their plight. It is unfortunate that some here DON’T ‘get it’.

            • Certainly a hot topic huh Feisty? Speaking personally my experiences with police in both the USA and Australia for over 60 years has been overwhelmingly favourable. I do admit I have met a few along the way I didn’t think much of at all but I have never stopped eating apples because I found a worm in one!

Guess some of us will just have to agree to disagree.

            • “Why denigrate ALL those in law enforcement?”

You simply don’t get it do you? As God’s Creation said, there is NO mandate for a standing armed force in the Constitution.

ALL police are appointed and not elected so the people have no say. They are oppressors of all free men, enforcing unconstitutional corporate edicts. They kidnap, steal and murder under the color of law.

Yes, when they pull you over and force you to submit to a search (no warrant required in my state) that amounts to a violation of your natural rights to travel the roads freely. When they kidnap you and imprison you for a victimless “crime” of possession, that is a violation of your natural rights. When they claim asset forfeiture in the name of colored corporate law, that is plain and simple theft.

It’s too bad so many people gladly give up their natural rights because they are told it is “legal”…a term invented by lawyers in the employ of the Deep State.

              • Feisty Old Broad says:

jrs….I have NEVER in my life had a bad experience with the police, sheriff, even the highway patrol…..have never had anyone within the LE community “search” my vehicle for any reason….hmmmm…. makes me wonder at your vehemence AGAINST them, revenge perhaps…?

            • Mofopopo says:

The anti police sentiment is amazing. People watch too many videos of the jack ass cops and have no idea what we do on a daily basis to help the majority of people in society.

          • The_Dr_Is_Real_In7 says:

Yes, the litmus test is if they belong to the Oath Keepers. These are LEO, ex-military that are sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution, and NOT fire on or try to disarm law-abiding citizens.

          • Hard Justice says:

How many cops have come forward and have chastised their departments with the exception of Serpico? NONE! How long ago was that? How much has changed since then? How much tyranny is running rampant? Their (COPS) only concern is keeping their paychecks and golden pensions. Money holds no honor.

They’re thugs for hire, I have no allegiance to no one, no nation and no rule of law which they don’t follow anyway. The laws only fall on ALL of us, but none on them.

Like Gerald Celente said, its not Justice, its spelled “Just Us” there is no justice for us, but only for the system.

Sorry, I’m not harping on you personally, its just you’re a good person alot of people think a uniform makes one a good person. We are judged by our works.

Evil exists and we are witnesses to it. 🙁

            • Feisty Old Broad says:

“I have no allegiance to no one, no nation and no rule of law which they don’t follow anyway.” If you have NO allegiance to this Republic, you are not a Patriot, and not worth the attempt to assist you in ANY way….sadly, YOU are INDEED on YOUR OWN…

      • Anonymous says:

To all police officers in the USA that feel the Constitution no longer applies or is needed in their daily work. Please feel free to Quit your job and move to North Korea.

Yes, indeed, Gone….is that the first rule of bringing down a Nation? Division from within? That is exactly what you are seeing here, albeit in a smaller venue….those who are totally Against ANY within Law Enforcement…..interesting to note, I have not heard much against the military, who will also, have choices to make as well….

      • sixpack says:

I think the bad cops will quietly open season on the good cops right off the top in SHTF, therefore eliminating the opposition ASAP. I’d caution every good cop out there to never turn your back on your alleged “colleagues”. Criminals can wear badges too.

    • Mofopopo says:

You sir are ignorant. Many Police see what our society is becoming and are preparing as well if not more so then most on pages such as this. You would be wise to befriend some as it would be beneficial to you and your family. WISE UP!

    • JJsan says:

Ok, first, yes, cops have to follow the constitution. Period.

I wanna see the whole video, not just some bullshit clip about how the kid complains his rights were violated then a blip about how this guy doesn’t have to follow the constitution. This is a typical PETA and activist tactic. The cop was obviously complaining that dear leader is shredding the constitution and they are cutting and pasting snippets of what they want you to hear. The article is from infowars (I liked the Obama deception and other movies), and I have been done with Alex Jones and Gerald Celente whining for some time. I think they have a point and are correct in many of their long term goals and objectives, but they grasp at everything and edit too much. Show the whole video, and let’s all make our minds up from all the facts, not snippets here and there.

Red thumb me all you want, I don’t care. There is no difference between this crap and the MSM lying and showing half truths and leading you down their own special road…..

      From the financial news…
I wonder what they KNOW that we don’t…

Banks braced for large deposit outflows

“US banks are steeling themselves for the possibility of losing as much as $1tn in deposits as the Federal Reserve reverses its emergency economic policies and raises interest rates.

JPMorgan Chase, the biggest US bank by deposits, has estimated that money funds may withdraw $100bn in deposits in the second half of next year as the Fed uses a new tool to help wind down its asset purchase programme and normalise rates.”

“Other banks including Citigroup, Bank of New York Mellon and PNC Financial Services have also said they are trying to gauge the potential effect of the Fed’s exit on institutional or retail depositors who might choose to switch to higher interest accounts or investments.”

Why Is The US Treasury Suddenly Concerned About “Loss Of Market Access”

Here is what the TBAC finds: “Historically, Treasury has only had enough cash to withstand a loss of market access for approximately 2 days.”

    • Navy Vet says:

In other news, the US Treasury in a recent meeting had this is a topic of discussion:

“How does the Treasury cope with suddenly losing access to capital markets.”

      Something sinister this way comes.

The Marine was conscious and alert and as first aid was given to both men, the squad leader asked the injured Marine what had happened.

The Marine reported, “I was heavily armed and moving north along the highway here, and coming south was a heavily armed insurgent. We saw each other and both took cover in the ditches along the road.

I yelled to him that Saddam Hussein was a miserable, lowlife scum bag who got what he deserved.

Personally….I hope if I ever get into a firefight, the people I’m shooting at are as unskilled as some of those guys were. Most of them couldn’t hit the side of a barn if they were inside the barn. And some of them were downright dangerous to anyone standing around them.

I’m also reminded of an incident where a “bad guy” faced off against two cops. The “bad guy” fired four rounds from a .44 magnum and hit both officers twice. The cops emptied their 19 round 9mm mags and hit the bad guy once.

There is no glue that holds it together
other than the consent of the American

the common citizenry and complacency is
the rule of the day, the Constitution in

Hey moron complainer…..there is a forum for filing a claim of constitutional rights violation. Its called the US court system. Pay the 50.00 filing fee and hope a federal judge doesn’t throw out your complaint against the dog pound. NOT EVERYTHING IS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS VIOLATION!!!!!!

The poor cop blurted out what everybody is already thinking….Unfortunately, the cop will probably lose his job because he isn’t supposed to say those things……even if they are true.

I actually want that cop on my side.

        • Cellar Spider says:

          Follow Up:

The Helmetta Regional Animal Shelter is a private entity that runs by donations. The MORON making the complaint doesn’t seem to realize he HAS NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS when dealing with a private entity.

No one ha s to listen to him, no one has to acknowledge him. Heck, they can have him removed from the property just because he (the complaining moron) is a moron.

Constitutional law does not apply to private entities.

RIYADH (Reuters) – A Saudi Arabian man suspected of having contracted the Ebola virus during a recent business trip to Sierra Leone died early on Wednesday in Jeddah, the Health Ministry said.

So, it looks like this thing is definitely loose in the wild.

On another note, there were seven people being tested for Ebola in NYC as of two days ago. Six have been reported as negative. The condition of the original suspected victim, a man, who was immediately put in isolation, is being reported as “still waiting for test confirmation”.

Which begs the question, if the man in isolation was the FIRST suspected case and six other subsequent cases have been cleared, why are they “still waiting for confirmation” of his test?

Now I could be wrong, but this news doesn’t pass the smell test.

      • Navy Vet says:

Update, the original case of the man suspected with the disease was just announced on cable newsas negative.

        • sixpack says:

So, how many people have been isolated and tested NEGATIVE for Ebola, versus the number of people isolated who were actually infected?

I’m trying to gauge the hysteria versus fact here.

        • Sierra Dave says:

I’m wondering if they will lie about infections until it’s as obvious as the nose on your face that we are having Ebola spread.

All to keep the panic low for as long as possible. Kinda like them printing money to keep the financial system going until it too collapses.

The Nigerians DEMAND our experimental drug?!!! WTF???
I guess the local witch doctors beads and rattles are not
working. Another variety of the gibbs me dat mentality from Africa. Ok send them some sterile water with food coloring in it, lable it as “Free Gibbs Me Dat experimental Ebola drug”.

    • Slick One says:

After some thought I think we should give the Nigerians the experimental Ebola drug. I mean if they are demanding it,(as our own nigerian people demand EBT, SSI Disability checks, AFDC, SNAP,Section 8 housing…), we are supposed to give any Nigerian anything they desire to keep in line with the Obama gibbs me dat doctrine.
So we should send the Nigerians,(Remember they DEMANDED our technology to save them as their own witch doctors can not create an experimental Ebola drug), vials of sterile water, food coloring and the HIV virus… If we are all equal then why cant their verison of scientist, the local witch doctor also come up with an experimental drug to cure Ebola? Rant over.

Warchild, I’ve been doing the same thing since the 80s. It’s the biggest shame what LE has turned into. That video was just another example that today’s breed of LEOs, under federal influence and control, cannot be trusted by the public. They claim to be above the law, so I don’t feel any obligation to follow any unconstitutional laws either. They don’t really have a leg to stand on anymore. a certain percentage of police work these days has no legitimate basis whatsoever.

        • Be informed says:

@ braveheart. Like you said before, things use to be predictable to an extent, like what the Soviets use to do. Now we cannot trust any law enforcement, we can just hope that this individual is fair. There are good police that know the word justice, just fewer of them as a generation ago. Signs of times of rapid decay of society, especially the human spirit.

I read some where in the last day or so that there have been 400 NEW Federal crime laws passed since 2008.

How is this possible with the supposed grid lock in Congress, especially the Senate, who haven’t even allowed a vote on any law in the last several months?

I know that Obozo has fired up his pen, but even he is not that prolific.

Or is that they’re passing new crime law to further tighten the screws on the citizens.

It’s impossible to figure out how many federal laws are out there. In 1998 the federal bar association did a law search and decided there were between 10k and 300k federal laws at that time including federal regulatory offenses!!

It is fact that at any given moment, everyone is guilty of a federal crime..

What are these F-heads thinking. How about nulify stupid laws. Like what else is left to regulate legislate and decimate? I say scrap the whole mess and start over. Same with cities and ordinances. A person can hardle take a shit without somebody measuring the turd to see if it is within the code size. That’s where we are headed. And most laws designed to raise revenue for the State. The bigger the city which you like the more laws you have to contend with.

Moments later the teacher sees Leo gazing out the window. She asks Leo to use “beautiful” in a sentence. Leo says: The trees are blooming and they are beautiful.
The teacher reminds Leo to pay attention in class.

A few minutes later, the teacher sees Leo again staring out the window. Somewhat agitated, the teacher asks Leo to stand up in front of the class, and use “beautiful” twice in a sentence.

Leo started to squirma fidget, and became nervous. Then, he got this surprised look on his face and said that yesterday his 14 year old sister came home from school yesterday and told my parents that she was pregnant!

The teacher, now fuming, raised her voice and asked what has that got to do with me asking you to use beautiful twice in a sentence?

Then Leo explained after my sister said she was pregnant, my father said: Beautiful, fucking beautiful!
    And Leo sat down.

How do we turn this around? Venting anger that everyone upon the site agrees with changes nothing other than letting off some steam; most everyone reading this site is going to share that same anger. The call to arms isn’t going anywhere; they’re better armed and, without nationwide revolution, will have what passes for law on their side. The idea that voting in change doesn’t seem to be headed anywhere also. I don’t know, but that has to be a solution other than merely venting in the comments section, sitting by while justice and individual rights are decimated, of hoping for a revolution. What specific action can be taken – today, right now to indicate that there remains a belief amongst some that the Constitution remains inviolate. I wonder what action the original protesters would suggest – I don’t see the Boston tea Party as violent, yet the point was made and was one catalyst for change. I am not so naive to beleive that “dumping tea” will suffice given the current level of angst, but the comments are getting repetitive and hollow. We need a leader for change; how will step up?

    • the renegade braveheart says:

Tired, we are headed toward either a revolution or 2nd civil war in this country. Ron Paul was the last chance we had for PEACEFUL change and that has been lost. As far as LEOS being better armed, they don’t have then numbers to take on 100,000,000 gun owners in this country. the ballot box has failed so now it has to be the cartridge box.

      • Navy Vet says:

Brave … there may be 100M gun owners in this country, but how many will commit to fighting, if it comes to that.

One of the self styled “originators” of the current Patriot movement, has written many articles about the actual number of people that participated in the American Revolution. His research and articles state only 3% of the colonials actually participated, at any level, never mind actually took the field against the Red Coats. At that level of participation, 3%, whittles the number of people who might take up arms down to 3M.

If that participation level holds true in the anticipated festivities, personnel wise there’s a pretty even match between LE at all levels and military/nat. guard which would comprise .gov forces. Some of todays .gov forces would go over to the citizens, but no one knows how many. Let’s say, for discussion purposes, 30% of the now .gov forces defect to the citizens. That gives you about 4M citizens against 2M .gov who are better armed, equipped, supplied and have extensive command and control and intelligence capability that wouldn’t be available to citizens. Then there’s the heavy weapons that .gov has; planes, helicopters, tanks and especially artillery, that would only be available to citizens if they liberated them just before things got real or were brought over by the .gov defectors. So a semi-conventional stand and fight conflict like what was fought during the revolutionary and civil wars would be, in my estimation, in .gov’s favor.

The best chance to defeat the .gov forces would be to fight with unconventional tactics, guerrilla warfare if you will, especially in the early engagements, to atrit the.gov forces to a level that they either could be defeated in a pitched battle or just make the tactics different, like attacking their bases, as they have less personnel to effect both control of the general populace and fight the guerrilla’s. This strategy would, of coarse, take time and serious commitment on the part of the guerrilla’s, not to mention contributions of material from the populace to keep the fight going.

It doable, but it won’t be easy or quick.

        • the renegade braveheart says:

Navy Vet, I have no illusions about ALL gun owners taking part. If we just get 10%, I think that would be enough to turn the tables on the .gov. You do make some excellent points.

      • WhoWuddaThunkIt says:

        Vote from your Rooftops!!

    • WhoWuddaThunkIt says:

Yeah, if you dig into the history Boston Tea Party, it was organized by Patriots who never got caught, to prove a point of defiance of the Crown. After they made their point, Ben Franklin actually stepped up and offered to pay for the ruined Tea if the British would get rid of the tax on it.

Imagine today all the items that are taxed, than can be spilled and dumped. Once the revolt is out of the bag it will be hard to stop it. Hell, just look at the LA riots. Time 10,000 cities in America.

Folks I still carry a badge and the commit made by the NJ cop might be how he feels BUT you should not enforce laws by how you feel. There has to be a PLUM line by which we govern and live our lives and enforce the law and that is the US constitution and Bill if Rights.
If what the NJ cop said is true them we have regressed to a lawless society and rule of force is now the law.
I personally have talked to a NJ State Police Representative and asked him about the fedeal law allowing out of state police officers to carry concealed. His response was he was aware of the federal law but said “Our AG (attorney general) does not recognize that law” and I would probably take the ride(be arrested).

Now this is a fedeal law and their AG refuses to respect it …. So with this type rogue leadership consider the source.

After reading all the commits I know how many of you feel about the police and I cannot blame you for your hatred and distrust BUT some of us are stil trying to do the right thing…..

It comes down to this what will you use as your plum line seperating good and bad /right from. wrong.

    • the renegade braveheart says:

Retired, welcome aboard, and let me clarify my position. You sound just like the “old school” cops in my family, so I can tell you’re a good one. I’ve always been able to trust people who serve in your chosen profession with honesty and integrity. I have no problem with good cops. But you have to admit that the militarization of civilian law enforcement had brought about some tragic results for both sides. Federal funds for LE go way, way back to the 70s with a federal agency, now defunct, known as the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration [LEAA]. The original purpose of the program was to get LE from local to state levels under federal control and one day form a National Police Force. Federal brainwashing of local, country, and state LE goes way back even before 9-11 or the creation of DHS. The mentality of the new breed of cops is nothing more than the federal attitude that has existed toward the American people since the Lincoln Administration. This “US VS. THEM” mentality has already cost a lot of lives on both sides, albeit more civilians than cops. I DON’T WANT ANY CONFLICRT TO BREAK OUT BETWEEN LE AND THE PUBLIC. With 100,000,000 gun owners in this country, your fellow officers don’t stand a chance. That’s why LE’s anti-public mentality needs to change before any more tragedies take place. the excessive use of force has got to stop. someday, somewhere, someone will be confronted and attacked by a rogue cop and just won’t take the abuse. It’s at the point people are fed up and are about to snap. Victims of excessive police force have already decided they’re going to start fighting back in self-defense and that is their right. I just wish more incidents could be prevented. I still trust cops like you because I can tell you have a good head on your shoulders and have handled situations far more sensibly than the ones who have accepted the DHS propaganda as gospel. I, for one, hope I can stay out of such a fight. So far I’ve managed to do so. But if I’m attacked for no good reason by one, I will resist and that’s my right, but I’m still hoping for the best. Take care.

      • Retired says:

You are right, I think things are getting out of hand. Reference the militarization of the police I think at least for all the hardware going to small departments its simpley pre-positioning of equipment for the federal police (DHS) people move faster than heavy hardware.
Many of us side with many of the beliefs published on this web site.
Right is right and wrong is wrong no matter what side of the badge you stand on and everyone should be accountable.
Most on this site do not need protection but to many the laws were a shield for the ones unable to protect themselves.
I expose myself as a cop only to try and let people know some of us still care.

The police can only enforce the laws only as long as the people allow us to …

@ Barn…you are so right! We live fairly close to the Jersey shore and have gone there for over 20 years, sometimes twice a year. Three years ago we were walking on the boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey and came across an old lady sitting on a bench with her little dog. The dog couldn’t have weighed more than five pounds. As we were petting her little critter and having some neighborly conversation a woman cop rolled up on her bike. Rather rudely, I thought, she told the old lady to leave the boardwalk with her dog as dogs were not permitted on the boardwalk in June. The old lady said she was walking off the boardwalk but just needed a rest and she would leave. I couldn’t believe the cop was being such a bitch. Truly, a bitch. I told the cop that the woman and her dog were not hurting anyone and were no threat, why not just leave her be to catch her breath for a moment. The bitch cop told me those were not the rules and she had to leave now. I told her, so what? Don’t you have a mother or grandmother? That, apparently gave her pause for thought. She said yes, she did. I asked her if someone treated them that way would she feel indignant? Leave the old woman be for a moment. The bitch left on her bike. Fuck the Jersey cops.

  31. It is a shame when the people you trust to defend you are willing to turn on the Constitution. The very backbone of our country. I know not every cop out there is corrupt. I have seen some refuse to arrest peaceful law abiding citizens, or support anti-constitution laws however they may be in the minority.

    • Warchild Dammit! says:

I never trusted nor expected the police to be there to defend me,they would have to have someone 24/7 to really be there to defend me and that is only if they also really cared about me.

    • the renegade braveheart says:

Cole, excellent points. When all of the retired cops in my family attended the academy, they were taught, “Cops are not supposed to be corrupt.” That has been lost with the federal takeover of local, county, and state LE. With the DHS grants and the War on Drugs before that, corruption in civilian law enforcement is at epidemic and unprecedented levels. I have almost lost hope for them.

Anarchy is coming, but to say “Vive le anarchie” is so shortsighted it’s almost criminal.

Suppose the SHTF tomorrow. Suppose all communication from DC is cut off. Suppose all communication with your state capital is cut off. What’s next?
There’s still an intact, viable Sheriff’s Department or Police Department which will declare itself in control. It will temporarily enlist whatever local National Guard or US Reserve unit is nearby.

There will be LEO or military at every bank, grocery store, Home Depot, Outdoor/gun store in your county. Martial law and curfews will be put in place immediately.

There will be looting, robbery, rape and murder of private citizens on a massive scale, but the new Surrogate Government will be unavailable.

Your wife and daughter will be raped. Your son will be kicked to death in front of you. Your house will be pillaged and burned. The last thing you hear will be the panicked screams of your children and the last thing you see will be your wife’s bloody, unconscious face.

This is your “anarchie”. And you’re for this? Is this what you’re looking forward to?

Take a look at a castle. Any castle. Now break down the key elements that make it a castle.

They haven’t changed in a thousand years.

1: Location. A site on high ground that commands the territory as far as the eye can see.

2: Protection. Big walls, walls strong enough to withstand a frontal attack.

3: A garrison. Men who are trained and willing to kill.

4: A flag. You tell your men you are soldiers and that’s your flag. You tell them nobody takes our flag. And you raise that flag so it flies high where everyone can see it.

Now you’ve got yourself a castle.

The only difference between this castle and all the rest is that they were built to keep people out. This castle is built to keep people in.

Everyone needs to go to YouTube and look at the full length video. It seemed to be that the guy was provoking the cop.

    • Npgh says:

@ Agent…not to be argumentative but so what? Do they not try to provoke us? If the guy was trying to get a rise out of the cop then the cop should take the “high road” so to speak and not react to morons…if that’s the case. Moran are everywhere…do they not aggravate you on a day to day basis? How often do you ignore them? I’m guessing often and probably often everyday. The cop needs to have the ability to discern and make the better judgment and if he can’t do that, then he shouldn’t be a cop.

      • Agent Provocatour says:

HELL ! I’ll argue with you !Did you even look at the full version of the video? It doesn’t seem so. The cops have a duty to follow up on any complaint which was the case. There is more to it IF you took the time to check into it. But it’s more fun and easy to just shoot your mouth off .

“Yeah, the fact that he’s from Kenya,” Jansing agreed. “And that fact that when he was elected there were expectations from the African continent that he would do great things for them. This is a concerted effort by this administration to get American companies to invest.”

A great power, beyond the scope of many, rejected by those who embrace ignorance in lue of freedom for the simple reason of in seemingly unincumbered bliss grows in its abilities, and it’s secrecy. Throughout the time, albeit short, of mankind there have been those of great intellect and insatiable appetite for dominance that have, consistently, moved against all moral direction in their great quest, a quest of supreme lordship, a quest to conquer and consolidate. My friends, it is indeed a time where the shadows begin to take shape in a third dimension, a dimension more readily identified by those who question, and those who reject. It is an active aggression that permeates from this entity, expanding its sphere through the means beyond equal eyes. The idea, in and of itself, is cancerous – and as such stands to reach one, simplistic objective – to kill the host. America, a country founded on the principles of justice and equality, a unified nation once wrought with liberty has become a crippled and sickly body. Where there was justice, there is now corruption. Where there was once liberty, there festers fear and greed. The grand experiment, as it has been called, through the fault of wicked variables – has failed. To preach resistance is brings with it dangers, dangers we all must face. To demand change conscripts eyes and ears of this, the grand predetor. The lives we once had, filled with hope must be reevaluated to accommodate that which every man fears, death. The concept of freedom is foreign in its native land, this day – and the sound of liberty is no more than a whisper that is only heard by those with open ears. There seems to be very few who will meet this beast, even fewer who will attempt to slay the creature, but it only takes one to throw the spear.

God’s providence through prayer, combined w/legal action, are the Christian’s tools of defense against tyrannical government.

When governments become absolutely despotic, it’s time to move somewhere else, or suffer like Christ and his apostles did, while persisting in obeying God’s Law (the 10 Commandments).

Caveat: God will “cast into the lake of fire” on judgment day ALL the military and law enforcement in America, esp. the Sheriff, b/c they have refused to fulfill their oath of office under fundamental law: To PROTECT us peaceable Christian Americans from cops like in this video. They swore an oath to protect us from all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. This l.e.o. is a domestic enemy.

Equal protection under the law means it applies to everyone or it applies to no one. Perhaps officer Farva should try to understand the unintended consequences his attitude could crate and remember that he swore an oath to support and defend, just like the One did. Better to die with honor than to be a collaborator. If a collapse occurs, officer Farva will be out numbered and shit outta luck.

  59. Unfortunately, there are those who do not take their oath as seriously as others. But, there are many more who do. I believe many treat everyone with dignity and respect regardless. It is difficult in some cases though not impossible to remain detached from the situation and remain professional and appropriate. The officer in this situation was not, and he handled it poorly. It is hopeful that when his superiors see the video, they will take action to prevent future incidents from occuring. It is a blackeye to LEO’s everywhere.
