CNN: If You’re Christian, It’s Your Fault That People Don’t Have Health Insurance

crossAs tens of millions stand to lose their health insurance benefits over the coming months, mainstream establishment mouthpiece CNN has been investigating why there are so many poor and under-insured Americans.

In an investigative report titled The Obamacare ‘scandal’ you haven’t heard about CNN journalist John Blake thinks he’s figured it out.

It’s not that the government has created an air of learned helplessness, or shipped jobs to foreign countries through restrictive legislation and taxes, or that Americans have seen their purchasing power decrease exponentially making it impossible for them to meet their basic needs.

And the Patient Affordable Care Act certainly can’t be to blame, even though the health exchanges don’t work, and people are being rapidly removed from their current insurance policies because of regulations set forth by the new law, or that those who do manage to sign up will see a tripling of their rates which will further impoverish them.

No, the problem, according to CNN, is the Christians; specifically, the Christian pastors and their churches in southern states who have apparently done nothing to address poverty or failed to push their governments to expand social health care services through forced wealth redistribution.

In an article on CNN.com’s Belief Blog, CNN writer John Blake says that, while famous pastors “preach in states where crosses and church steeples dot the skyline,” they do nothing about “the poor who can’t get the health insurance they would receive if they lived elsewhere.”

That refers, in turn, to the decision of twenty-five states not to participate in Obamacare’s expanded Medicaid funding. The states were allowed to opt out following last year’s controversial Supreme Court decision on Obamacare, which upheld the law as a whole but struck down the mandatory state participation in Medicaid expansion, citing the protection provided to state powers under the Tenth Amendment.

Blake covers different perspectives on the question of speaking out. But the premise of CNN’s article is that churches are to blame for Obamacare’s failures–not the federal government, not the Democrats who passed it, and not President Barack Obama himself. The thinly-veiled implication–a repeated theme in leftist critiques–is that Christians are hypocrites who care about personal salvation, but not about good works.

    Source Breitbart via Steve Quayle

If CNN and John Blake would have done their research, what they would have found is that if there’s anyone in this country providing community outreach to the poor, handicapped and uninsured, it’s faith-based networks, most of which are Christian.

In 2001 there were approximately 26,000 food pantries in America. Of those, fully 75% were operated by faith-based organizations. They were staffed not by government employees bilking the system for millions of dollars in reckless spending and outrageous benefit and pension plans, but by Christian volunteers. In fact, 9 out of 10 people working in faith-based food pantries in America are volunteers doing so out of their own free will, good nature, and need to give back to those who are less fortunate.

Moreover, with respect to health care itself, faith-based hospitals in America have been found to provide higher quality health care than their counterparts. These hospitals and the Christian organizations that support them raise hundreds of millions of dollars a year in an effort to assist the poorest of our society with their medical needs – again primarily through individual donations, not wealth confiscation.

Thus, while Mr. Blake et. al. make the argument that Christians don’t care about the poor, the facts prove otherwise. It’s the very people he criticizes in his ‘investigative report’ on this ‘scandal’ that are spending their personal time and money to help those in need.

And the kicker? No one had to write a law and force these people to do it by the barrel of a gun. They do it because they care, not because they were mandated to do so. Moreover, they don’t forcibly take the funds needed to operate these outreach programs from others. They get them in the form of private donations, from hundreds of thousands of other Christians across America who want to make a difference any way they can.

So, Mr. Blake, before you bloviate about how followers of the teachings of Jesus are to blame for the world’s problems, go take a look in the mirror.

If you’re going to cast stones, you may want to start there.

Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on how you view it, I have never had health insurance.
It was nobody’s fault but my own. I made my own choices.
Thanks to the ACA, it is assured that I will never have health insurance. That I can credit to Obama, Pelosi, etc.

Here it comes, the persecutions of the Christians. Happening all over the arab world, it spreads like manure over the planet. BO is an instrument of the beast and when I look at all the conformist f’s that are following this character like he is the second coming. Those whom follow BO also think perversion, drug abuse, living off the backs of others, political correctness, and the destruction of the Constitution of the United States of America is what is best for everyone.

Like I said in the previous article, the last five years the country’s, the world’s, morals, decency, common sense, and decency as a human being have gone to the way of the weirdo and the sicko. Attack those that believe in God when you are pawns to the evil. All too typical of the last days before the ultimate SHTF envelopes the whole planet.

How many hospitals have they built???
How many countries have they gone to, to minister with love, care and compassion???

The problem with this a-hole, besides considering the source (communist news network), is like I said in a previous thread, people watch it and take it as truth without ever checking the facts for themselves. Its a form of indoctrination and they are too stupid too see it.

                  Matthew 10:22

And you will be hated by all for my name’s sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved.

                  Peter 2:9

Then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment until the day of judgment,

                  Peter 3:18

For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit,

                  Luke 15:7

Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance.

                  Mark 13:13

And you will be hated by all for my name’s sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved.

                  Timothy 2:12

                  Iowa,
Scriptures tell us we are required to do both (Pay taxes and tithe). That was what Jesus was talking about when he said “Give unto Ceasar what is Ceasars and give unto GOD what is GOD’s”. “””””

WRONG. Jesus made the statement to avoid entrapment with the implication that NOTHING belonged to Ceaser and EVERYTHING belonged to God.

It is funny that things Jesus said while they were trying to entrap him are the most used references.

“”Let he who is without sin cast the first stone”” is another case of misunderstanding of Biblical proportions that implies you are no supposed to judge people, when the Bible actually says to judge righteously and to judge the accuser first.

These are two examples of Bankster interpretation of the Bible for the masses. Pay us your money and don’t judge us (because we twisted the words of Jesus to make it seem like you should.)

Gentlemen, again I thank you for the pleasure of your company. The harassment and persecution of Christians in this country is just getting started, sadly most pastors and church leaders are still in denial about it. They are not preparing the members of the congregation for the day when they are target of abuse. I do see a day when the state will murder those who are Christians.
But perhaps there is a bright spot to all of this; IF one is persecuted here in the FUSA, then one can assume that you ARE doing your Christianity right. Simple choice here; worship God or worship the State as god.

The persecution of Christians has been something most Christians in third-world countries are quite familiar with. It does appear that people have been emboldened to attack and persecute Christians in this country and around the world by the election of BHO.

The scriptures also point out that there would be many false-prophets who would arise before the Second Advent and many people would come under their influence.

It is an irony of our modern times that in spite of the instant availability and access to information, data, history, science, and knowledge, that there is an incredible dumbing down of people all over the world thanks to the help of the MSM.

Where jews lie about all this, christians will be telling the truth when blaming them for the above.

I forgot to mention that the censors on here are jews.

Reminds me of an issue I had once. I got a metal shaving in my eye and was 75 miles from a regular doctor and had no insurance. There was a clinic about 40 miles away though so I went there. I explained I had no insurance but could pay in cash and they did all kinds of stuff (dye in my eye, probing, etc.) They concluded it had burrowed into the flesh surrounding my eye and gave me antibiotic ointment and some other thing and sent me home. TOTAL CASH COST… 20 dollars! If I had insurance it would have been 300 probably. OK now for your prep/health tip… making your own medicinal herbs is way cheaper and more organic than store bought. One thing to keep in mind is when you order herbs BE SURE to order powder form if it’s available! Otherwise it is a pain in the arse to grind it up in a small coffee grinder. Thank you for all the useful urls/sites. As one who practices modern medicine, I am still fond of the advances that have been made in pharmaceutical products and in the advances in medical and surgical care. The cost of health care and medical technology is alarming and has spiraled way out of control and the more we can all do for ourselves the better off we will be. Don’t wait until the last moment to introduce yourself to some unknown doctor. The more you know him/her and the more he/she knows you the better off you will be. I am a big believer in natural and herbal remedies but unfortunately many of these remedies will not touch many of the more serious illnesses that afflict our society. On the other hand, if we only ate properly and watched what we eat, a lot of the illnesses afflicting modern society would be much less common and less of a drain on the health budget. Again, Genius, thank you for the references.

Ever wonder why there is so much Osteoporosis when we consume so much dairy? It is because the blood sacrifices everything, even bones, to keep its PH alkaline. Do you remember waking as a kid and flying out of bed to start the day? It is called metabolism and you can get it back. If you are a constant user af antacid tablets, now you know why.

Am wondering why so many thumbs up for FP’s comment. Surely a follower of the Lord and Savior would not agree to the toilet scenario. Perhaps prayer for our leaders is something a CHRISTian would be prepared to do? Let’s allow those who disdain Christ work with toilets. Or better yet, let us work towards showing them the ways of Christ so that they too may be saved.

You’re wondering why so many thumbs up to FP’s comments and suggestions? It’s BECAUSE they’re followers of that Lord and Savior. The fact that FP suggested his toilet scenario and all those “Likes” got clicked proves that he and they are Christians. That’s a perfectly Christian perspective and attitude they’re displaying. Christians “think” they’re all “once saved, always saved.” That right there gives them license to lie, cheat, steal and murder. As long as they have their Lord and Savior they’re going be just fine! It says so in the Bible. At least that’s how they choose to interpret it. And after all, that’s all that matters… how a Christian interprets it. It’s all about picking and choosing the verses that are convenient at that moment, to back up and support whatever sins they’re committing today. For tomorrow’s sins they’ll simply pick and choose, and take out of context whatever verses support tomorrow’s sins. See how awesome their Jesus is?! He paid for it all! That’s what “once saved, always saved” means!! Who in their right mind would turn away from a promise like that? Commit all the sins you want! Sin like there’s no tomorrow! Sin even more than you sinned before you “found Jesus!” Because that’s the whole crux of the matter. Once you have Jesus in your heart, nothing… and I mean NOTHING can pluck you from the father’s hand!

It must be true because every Christian I’ve known personally has lived up to it. In fact, now, whenever I meet a person for the first time and they introduce themselves as a Christian, I thank them. The reason I thank them is because now I can try to be on guard for their lying, cheating, stealing and murdering. I haven’t actually seen one murder yet. They must be really good at covering their tracks on murder. But all the other sins… they commit those unabashedly without even batting an eyelash, right out in the open! It truly is amazing to those of us who haven’t been sold on the “once saved, always saved” policy.

It was an obvious answer to the question and that’s why I asked if it was a TRICK question because no matter how hard non-Christian Romans TRIED to eradicate Christianity, it could not be erased…and Catholicism with Rome as its base (i.e., Roman Catholic Church) was the result and has been the result for 2000 years — still going strong — so let’s see how well Obama does trying to eradicate Christianity.

I know people believe the Catholic church is in decline for various reasons (AND I could less about anybody’s thumbs-up/down approval, but I will try to light a “candle for knowledge”).

Let me state also that I am not Catholic; however it would be ludicrous for anybody to discount their numbers. There are roughly 1.2 billion Catholics in the world (almost equal to the number of Chinese of 1.35 billion…to give you mathematical perspective).

And just because American has lost its grace with God does NOT mean that the same is occurring throughout the world.

“Latin America accounts for 483 million Catholics, or 41.3% of the total Catholic population. Of the 10 countries in the world with the most Catholics, four are in Latin America. Brazil has the highest Catholic population of any country. The figure was put at 123 million in the last Brazilian census and as high as 150 million in 2010 figures compiled by the World Christian Database. Italy has the most Catholics in Europe, with 57 million, while DR Congo has the biggest Catholic population in Africa, ranking ninth in the world with almost 36 million.
                Global shift

Since 1970, Catholicism has seen a global shift southwards – the proportion of Catholics living in Europe has declined, while Africa has seen a growth in the number of Catholics – from 45 million in 1970 to 176 million in 2012. Asia has also seen a growth in Catholicism and now represents almost 12% of the total Catholic population in the world, or 137 million people.” (BBC News World)

Now I am going to point out the obvious: It truly does not matter whether you are a Baptist or a Jehovah’s Witness or a Catholic or a Protestant…do you really think Obama and his henchmen are going to differentiate between any Christian religion? Or religion at all, for that matter?

Christians might want to start looking past each group’s differences and try to unite. The old adage, “United we stand, divided we fall,” has never been so profound as in this present day.

My conclusion is that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God; Nature’s God, through whom, all that is, both visible and invisible, was created.

It is impossible to either separate or eliminate the Creator from His Creation. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. In Him I live, and move, and have my being.

He is revelation and His gospel is life itself. Life multiplies itself in every possible diversity to glorify the Father. It is impossible to suppress Life. Therefore it is impossible to suppress Christianity.

The fact we haven’t had anyone go ballistic is really quite amazing actually. I posted on a story a while back expressing the need for restraint and I still believe we need to wait for the government to take the first shot. It sure is getting harder everyday to be patient. I’m doing what I can to push the left. I think this may work since their brains do not function properly and they seem to go over the edge very easily. With any luck it will bring on the desperately needed “reset” quicker.

AngryJew, Christianity and your faith are under attack somewhere in the world every day. Did you know that both Jewish and Christian communities in Islamic nations suffer persecution every day? Both communities are suffering a very gradual genocide, especially Christians. There are fewer Christians in the Middle East now than in the last 2000 years. Even Catholics have suffered persecution to some degree especially in communist nations. My late wife was from Cuba and came from a well-educated Catholic family. She lost half of her family to Castro’s butchers. She has experienced the horrors of communist tyranny firsthand. It’s times like this when I wish she was still alive to speak of her experience. I decided long, long ago to stand up and fight tyranny. my wife’s spirit is still within me. Sometimes I can hear her say to me, “Baby, don’t let what happened to Cuba happen to America.” On occasion, I do rant about certain subjects on this forum. That’s only because I’m against evil, I’m against communism. I only say the same things my wife would’ve said had she lived to encounter the internet. She would’ve loved it and I know she looks down at me smiling with approval. I don’t apologize to anyone for who I am or what I believe in. People can accept me as I am or reject me. It is their choice. I don’t change anything about myself for anyone, regardless of their motive for wanting such change. It’s been my experience that such people are not to be trusted. braveheart

            • Unfortunately for most people in the world, we don’t understand who is the catalyst (and enemy) of decent citizens of the world. But THEY know:

“Some call it Marxism — I call it Judaism.”

(The American Bulletin, Rabbi S. Wise, May 5, 1935)

“The Communist soul is the soul of Judaism. Hence it follows that, just as in the Russian revolution the triumph of Communism was the triumph of Judaism, so also in the triumph of fascism will triumph Judaism.”

(A Program for the Jews and Humanity, Rabbi Harry Waton, p. 143-144)

The American Hebrew September 10, 1920:

“The Bolshevist revolution in Russia was the work of Jewish brains, of Jewish dissatisfaction, of Jewish planning, whose goal is to create a new order in the world. What was performed in so excellent a way in Russia, thanks to Jewish brains, and because of Jewish dissatisfaction, and by Jewish planning, shall also, through the same Jewish mental and physical forces, become a reality all over the world.”

“The Communists are against religion (Christianity), and they seek to destroy religion; yet, when we look deeper into the nature of Communism, we see that it is essential nothing else than a religion (Judaism).”

(A Program for the Jews and Humanity, Rabbi Harry Waton, p. 138)

“The Jews welcome this revolution in the Christian world, and the Jews should show an example. It is not an accident that Judaism gave birth to Marxism, and it is not an accident that the Jews readily took up Marxism: all this was in perfect accord with the progress of Judaism and the Jews.”

(A Program for the Jews and Humanity, by Rabbi Harry Waton, p. 148).

“We have exterminated the property owners in Russia. We are going to do the same thing in Europe and America.”

              (The Jew, December 1925, Zinobit)

“The world revolution which we will experience will be exclusively our affair and will rest in our hands. This revolution will tighten the Jewish domination over all other people.”

              - Le Peuple Juif, February 8, 1919.

“The governments of the peoples included in this world republic, with the aid of the victorious proletariat, all will fall without difficulty into Jewish hands. Private property will then be strangled by the Jewish directors, who will administer the state patrimony everywhere. Thus the promise of the Talmud will be fulfilled, that is, the promise that the Jews, at the arrival of the Messiah, will possess the key to the wealth of all the peoples of the earth.”

              - Baruch Levy, in a letter to Karl Marx, published in the Rothschild controlled La Revue de Paris, June 1, 1928

It is true the bible is not ‘quoted’ in the constitution. Most likely because the majority of the founding fathers had seminary degrees and were pastors of churches in the colonies where they resided. They most likely didn’t see the need for it because to them it was a standard way of life. What they did fear was a government take over of religion, that is why the pilgrims set forth on the Mayflower, because the King was controlling the Church. THAT is what was intended as separation of Church and State. Not that you should not include Church in State. In fact, since the beginning of the very first congress, they always opened in prayer.

As for whether or not the US was founded based on Judeo-Christian principles, try reading the Mayflower Compact.

Although after having read much of various writings by many founders I do not recall reading ANY mentions of Any such “Jewdeo” christian or “Jewdeo” Anythings.

Perhaps thats due to the high intellegence of every founding father of our nation, and would explain why they Knew that Christianity and Judaisim do NOT mix, never did mix and never will be able to mix. As its akin to a mixture of Oil and Water….And also the two are exact Opposites. Of course even a few moments of Talmud readings will fully explain and expose enough reasons as to why judaisim and christianity are such polar opposites.

Yep a little talmud research reading of its many anti-christian and anti Jesus verses combined with a true Will to Know factual Truth on the issue is All it takes to awaken slumbering minds.

We must be careful to avoid the “blaming the victim” ideology that plagues our society and expose the Scapegoating on which people like Chris Christie have used to build his governorship and position himself for national office.

Really, after you take away all his scapegoating, what has he really accomplished?

Blaming the victim and scapegoating are evil = destructive

Hungry, malnourished people depend on us to advocate for them against the tactics of the self-righteous masquerading as innovators. I know the difference between and innovator and a destroyer.

The earth has long had the capacity to feed 10-billion people (see the books written by Frances Moore Lappe) but the problem is that poverty is a symptom of underdevelopment which our capitalistic system creates through creating dependent relationships by which other countries must abide.

Thus, others just get the crumbs, instead of being able to have the means to free themselves from a cycle of degradation, poverty, and hunger. This is what Theologians call “social sin”.

In the meantime, they attempt to slow-kill us through GMO food which no politician in the country has the testicular fortitude to stand up and legislate AGAINST– the last one was the man who was shot down like a dog 50-years ago yesterday afternoon for having the courage to stand up to the privately held “federal” reserve, tell off the CIA, withdraw ALL military advisors from Vietnam, and inform the Joint Chiefs he wasn’t going to launch nuclear weapons against the Soviet Union, which is why you and I are alive today.

Genius, Thanks for the reference. I read it and came to the conclusion that it is an anti-vaccine website, so, of course they are going to be pushing their agenda. They have an ax to grind and it may be legitimate but circumstantial evidence isn’t enough, we cannot call it evidence based medicine.

There is so much in science and medicine that we don’t know. Our capabilities advance yearly (almost hourly)but we have barely scratched the surface in understanding biological mechanisms at the genetic, molecular, proteonomic, and metabolomic levels.

There are many things that are harmful to the body and I will be the first to say that we may be giving harmful medicines that may someday be banned. Water can be harmful in certain settings, think of the many people who drown over the course of a year. But there are many more who drown in their own fluids, pneumonia, flu, heart failure, pulmonary edema, etc., etc, that we never really hear about in the media.

In over 30 years of practice, I have yet to see someone who died or was hospitalized from a vaccine, I agree, that is only circumstantial evidence. I do not deny that allergic reactions or complications don’t occur or haven’t been reported in the medical literature. I too felt some aches and pains after my most recent flu vaccine.

I do not say that we understand the MOA on everything completely. But, I dare say, that the flu vaccine has saved more lives than can be imagined. Developing immunity is a natural response. All of us have developed immunity, without the ability to develop immunity we would all be dead.

Vaccines are a way of helping a non-immune person to develop immunity. It is the ultimate in prepping and protecting the body from some potentially dangerous illness.

Doctors deal in harmful poisons called medicines. Just about everything in medicine is a poison. Even everday medications like asprin and acetomenophen are poisons. Like I said above, even water is a poison.

Choose your poisons wisely. Some may kill in high enough doses while at the same time protect you or help you in small quantities.

All your weapons, knives, axes, bows, guns, explosives, will not protect you from that small itty bitty virus that comes at you like a ninja when you are least aware. You might be able to blow someone away at 500 yards but not be able to do diddly squat to protect yourself against that unseen virus, bacteria, fungus, protozoa, parasite, venom, or toxin. If you are not protected from the inside, don’t worry, they will eventually find a way to get fresh meat!

                Stay healthy. Protect yourself. Vaccinate!

What stops me from getting a flu jab is the fact that big pharma has been caught many times putting LIVE viruses in their vaccines. Add adjuvants, thimerisol, mercury and lead and I’d rather take my chances without the vaccine.

Not to mention the fact that viruses mutate so quickly that by the time you get jabbed, the virus you were worried about has already mutated into something different.

Too many people, especially children get sick within 24 hours after the jab and die. In India, tens of thousands of children paralyzed for life after getting Bill Gates’ polio vaccine.

The bulk containers of flu vaccine contain mercury as a preservative. If you check, you will find that the amount of mercury is much more than the government says you’re supposed to ingest. I know mercury is poisonous. I know I have never had the flu in my life. None of my ancestors have ever had the flu. My grandfather helped dress dead people in 1918 and never caught the flu. He was handling one flu victim after another.

I would rather take my chances on catching flu rather than being shot with a known poison.

I already have that stupid monkey virus from the polio shots back in the early 1950s when I was too young to do anything but yell and struggle. It took three people to hold me down even then.

          Is mercury poisoning enough excuse?

          laeagle,
I know many of my fellow health care providers see vaccination as an important preventative but I have mixed feelings about the vaccines.

One concern is the high percentage of vaccines that don’t work. Last year’s flu vaccine was only 50% to 75% effective. A small percentage of people vaccinated end up with side effects, some of which can be severe. I can understand people not wanting to take the risk.

I have never been vaccinated for flu. (I’m just a wimp about getting needles stuck in me- I’d rather be on the other end.) Until the last few months, I was actively practicing primary care and emergency room medicine. In the many years of being exposed to lots of patients with active flu, even coughing in my face, I never have gotten the flu. I attribute that to frequent hand washing, avoiding touching my eyes, nose, and mouth with dirty hands, and living a lifestyle to promote my health and immune system.I also come from an ornery family that tends to go on the defensive when under attack and I think my immune system tends to be defensive too.

People think that these germs are roving around out there looking for people to attack but the germs need a fertile ground to grow on and it is not very difficult to take steps to make the body a less hospitable place for an infection without resorting to vaccines.

            • Merree says:

I have seen some of what she has written and I have done some investigations of my own. As I mentioned, I have mixed feelings about vaccines. When I was a resident I helped care for an infant with pertussis and he nearly died from the illness. It was a horrible thing for an infant to endure. People die horrible deaths from many of the diseases that vaccines protect against and I prefer that my patients don’t die from preventable causes.

              However, I have some concerns.
First, it is clear that pharmaceutical companies frequently report biased results. Last year’s flu vaccine was a great example. It was touted as an effective vaccine but, in reality, it turned out to be only marginally effective, especially in the elderly.

There have been numerous cases of pharmaceutical companies hiding information or altering information and I am at the point that I look at everything they produce with a skeptical eye. Sometimes I go to the websites built for personal injury lawyers to look at what they are reporting to lawyers for upcoming lawsuits. In one case, I noticed the legal actions and stopped using a drug an entire year before warnings came out in medical journals and two years before it was withdrawn from the market!

There are two concerns I have about vaccines that I have asked about at medical meetings. I have never gotten a straight answer on either one from the experts. They either claim to not know what I’m talking about or to just say, “don’t worry about it” without telling me why I don’t need to worry.

The first concern is the history of contaminated vaccine with simian virus. I have asked for details about how vaccines are manufactured and how they prevent new episodes of contamination. I have never gotten a explanation that goes into enough detail to reassure me that this is being addressed. This worries me.

The second concern is the possibility that some people have a genetic makeup that reacts poorly to vaccines, especially when many are given at one time. We do not have a way to predict who will have a harmful response and very little research has been done on this problem. I suspect that there are genetic subtypes that do not handle vaccines the same way as the majority of people and these vulnerable groups may be the ones that are having the severe reactions. I do not know anyone investigating this, especially with an eye to preventing future problems.

There are many doctors that I ask about these things and I get a very adamant visceral and very hostile response. They do not seem open to any dialog. Any time I come across such a dogmatic response, I feel somewhat alarmed because it appears that these issues become ones that will eventually disintegrate because they are not taking account the flaws in the system and working to reduce them.

                  Braveheart,
I have had many people tell me about becoming sick immediately after getting a vaccination. This is another area where other physicians (experts in vaccinations) will say this is just a mild reaction to the vaccine and not a serious illness. However, I have seen people who have become very ill after vaccines, getting colds or even influenza.

One reason may be that the person was already ill and the vaccine did not have time to work. There is an incubation period of one to several days for an infection. The vaccine does not take effect immediately- it can takes up to a week or so to provide immunity. This leaves an overlap period where someone could become ill but it is not due to the vaccine or its ineffectiveness.

Another potential that makes sense to me is that the vaccine causes the immune system to gear up to react to the vaccine and this stresses the body as much as an actual infection. The body might react to the vaccine with all the resources it would use to fight an infection, including fevers, fatigue, and other symptoms. In effect, the vaccine may be creating a pseudo illness in response to the vaccine particles. I do not think any researchers have ever investigated whether this goes on but it would make sense to me.

The third possibility is that the vaccine triggers the immune system which stresses the body and makes it more vulnerable to other infections. Essentially that, while the body is responding to a frontal attack from the vaccine, other infections can attack from the flank and gain ground when they normally would be repelled. I do not know if anyone has ever investigated this possibility- I certainly haven’t seen any research on it.

And… he’s also right about households not raising their children right in the Lord. If they did raise their children to be right in the Lord, the churches and their members would not be participating in all this satanic crap I mentioned. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The day is coming when Christians will be hunted down for execution. Jesus predicted in Matthew 24:9 –
“Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.”

In this passage, Jesus was talking about the end times. We know that we live in the end times because the key indicator is that Israel has again become a nation. Jesus said that the generation which sees Israel’s return will be the last generation of the age.

Not much of a prediction. It is fairly common for religions to butcher each other, this has been known for thousands of years.

        Pagans butchered the Christians.
        Christians then butchered the pagans.
        Muslims butchered the Christians.
        Christians butchered the Muslims.
Muslims and Christians butchered the Jews.
The Jews and Christians are currently butchering the Muslims.

First explain yourself. This makes absolutely no sense at all.

I am not secular. And this wouldn’t be an insult anyway considering secularism has nothing to do with butchering anyone. It is simply a way of life without religious influence.

            I sure am not Marxist.

              AJ-

Am probably going to be banned for this post, but here’s the real deal…

Your tribe’s current belief system is responsible for the overwhelming bulk of humanity’s social, economic, political and sectarian woes, period!
              Throughout recorded history, mind you.
..call it ‘influence peddling’, writ large..(or sans that, pure/refined Babylonian religion based evil).

Am referencing from the beginning(see Genesis) to present day..also reference the Edomites and the Canaanites, from whom the O.T. pharisees DNA originated(they were NOT of Abraham’s seed), only to be continued and propagated via the seed of the Khazarians.
              -(again, devoid of Abraham’s seed.)-

Thus per modern-day definition, you’ve defined yourself as belonging to the 13th tribe(see Arthur Koestler’s book).

              ———————————————————-

I think, RV’s reference to the words secular-humanist-marxist, isolates and identifies the tribal perpetrators, bent upon destroying Western(Christian) Civilization and the usurping of the Gospel of Jesus Christ..of whom is the foundation upon western-civ rests upon.

Now its on global display, for all to observe and take note of. -(if one cares to)-

              ———————————————————-

Just so you know..the teachings(IMO), found within your tribe’s holiest book, the Talmud..is not only anti-human.

..it is anti-GOD(the Father, the Son & the Holy Spirit), as well.

              ———————————————————-

Hope this helps you realize that, there is a real life alternative, outside the lies and perversions of the Talmud and its insane Rabbinical authors..

..your ancestors demanded he be murdered/innocently crucified.
But, he rose from the dead, defying their wanton blood-lust(see Mammon).
..and I don’t think he takes too kindly to what your rabbinical scholars wrote about him & his mother.

-and FYI..he’s coming back one day and this time his mission is different from his first one!

AAJ: heres where you are Wrong on Your religion and debunks what you said IE “If Not for Your religion Christians would Not have Theires!” YOU have it Backwards!

                  From: Jewish Rabbis Own info.

Further, the rabbis freely stipulate that Judaism is POST-Christian and NOT derived from “the Hebrew Bible.” Here are a few of dozens of admissions:

“This is not an uncommon impression and one finds it sometimes among Jews as well as Christians – that Judaism is the religion of the Hebrew Bible. It is, of course, a fallacious impression. Judaism is not the religion of the Bible.” [Rabbi Ben Zion Bokser, Judaism and the Christian Predicament, New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1967, p.59, 159]

“The Jewish religion as it is today traces its descent, without a break, through all the centuries, from the Pharisees. Their leading ideas and methods found expression in a literature of enormous extent, of which a very great deal is still in existence. The Talmud is the largest and most important single member of that literature, and round it are gathered a number of Midrashim, partly legal (Halachic) and partly works of edification (Haggadic). This literature, in its oldest elements, goes back to a time before the beginning of the Common Era, and comes down into the Middle Ages. Through it all run the lines of thought which were first drawn by the Pharisees, and the study of it is essential for any real understanding of Pharisaism.” [Universal Jewish Encyclopedia, Vol. 3 pg. 474] (IE: All them Pharisee Rabis Learned and Adopted in and From Babylon and babylonian satanic evils etc, then after 70 yrs Returned with that babylonian teachings and rest is history.)

PHARISEES FIRST, THEN THE TALMUD, THEN “JUDAISM.”Got it?

“The Bavli [Babylonian Talmud] has formed the definitive statement of Judaism from the time of its closure to the present day.” Rabbi Jacob Neusner, quoted by Norman F. Cantor, The Sacred Chain: A History of the Jews, page 112)

The Talmud was first written TWO CENTURIES AFTER Jesus Christ’s Incarnation, Passion, Crucifixion, Resurrection, and Ascension. The Talmud “closed” FIVE CENTURIES AFTER Jesus.

PHARISEES FIRST, THEN THE TALMUD, THEN “JUDAISM.”Got it?

I understand that at least publicly, your stated faith resides/is based upon the Torah. If that is the extent of it, then good for YOU(honest)!

Being a Christian leads to a changed life. You’re not a Christian because you go to church or because your parents were Christians.

I’m a Christian because I repented of my sins and accepted what Jesus did on the cross as payment for those sins. And because I accepted Jesus Christ as Lord. If you follow God with your whole heart He will change you and make you into a different, better person.

Someday the Jews will acknowledge Christ:

(Zec 12:10p NIV) “They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son.

To deny and ignore the prophetic scriptures is to discard a great part of the scriptures themselves starting in Genesis and ending with Revelations. Just about all of books in the Bible have some prophetic messages. One ignores these at their own risk. We cannot cut and choose the scriptures we like and ignore the rest, even though it happens a lot. Thus the prophecy was for them, not people 2,000 years into the future. Scripture also needs to be viewed in the light of logic, with nothing which is not implied by it added. Not the mumbo-jumbo taught in dispensational churches, or Dallas Seminary.

Most faced physical persecution and social hatred. Several were killed for their faith. For the next 300 years that was the lot of many Christians. During the second 300 years onward, it was a less of a concern within the Roman Empire, but the faith grew beyond its borders. Throughout history there has been persecution; from harassment and official limitations upon freedoms and ability to gain a livelihood to outright executions. It hasn’t stopped and just because it’s now becoming more prevalent in the USA its not new.

The total decay of the society is unbelievable. It is like the masses are getting infected with the evil bug. So many now are turning to what is wrong and wicked. You look at what children are exposed to now. Dolls that look like little sluts. Music that promotes evil and worship of whatever the devil is to them. Music videos show sick acts of tramps waving around their VD infected asses with their tongues out like lizards in heat. Why would there not be attacks on Christians or anyone else that wants to live life correctly with a conscience.

It use to be that people wanted to teach others to be kind and fair to others AND that freedom was worth it. No more. I watch music vidoes from decades ago and you can see the betterment of people back then. I was watching one video made about 25 years ago, something you all probably have heard many times. It is Toy Soliders by Martika. I think she was about 19 years old when she made this video about what happens with drug addiction. This music video is trying to save people not to kill themselves with dope. The end of the video shows Martika with a rose by a grave “saying with this symbolism that doesn’t happen to anyone”.

Now sluts and faggots promote drugs and perversion at every turn and do the whoring work of the evil one. None of these losers have any talent either, that miley siren worm has one of the worst shrill voices like fingernails on a chalkboard. Others sound like a cat howling caught in a jumbo size rat trap.

Check out an age of excellent music lost in a bygone era with this one music video by someone (Martika) that could actually sing, what a really nice voice she had, and have some meaning behind it. She wrote this because of a friend hooked on cocaine.

Why not just put it back where it came from. Where is the rad data to show a detonation? there are monitor sites that are Not gov. I also know that 90% of the shit posted on BIN is BS. The recent article on this site about schools was manipulated as it was from a Indian Reservation which has its own laws. So I question the source and details before I voice a opinion. @ Yental. Today (nov25) I did some checking. Different sites report it at about 300 miles off shore with a depth about 13km (about 8 miles) deep. It is strange that the military generals and admiral were fired the same day, which should just be a coincidence if we had a American president instead of a HNIC. But everything I read from independant sources have nearly the same depth. I dont know what the seismic effect would be in the water to the depth readings. If you can find a elevated gamma reading archived for the 1-7 days after by folling the jets stream to land, by all means post it. I will check the radiation network to see if they have a archive.

When President Obama was elected he did say in front of the cameras a few days later that America was not a christian nation.

He said in a speech in Egypt that there was no more beautiful sound than the muslim call to prayer.

When he went to Notre Dame for a speech, all the references to Jesus,Christianity and the cross covered. He says he is Chrislam. It is a new movement combining Islam/Christian into one religion, saying you can be a Christian and a muslim at the same time. In some churches they are giving Muslim Imams equal time in the pulpit ministering……a big mistake…… A person cannot love/serve two masters. He will love one and hate with other.

Case in point: If you attempted to bring in another person into your marriage and you told your husband/wife that this person would make up for the times you had a headache or spice up the love life, 99 per cent of you might end up with a abrasion on thy forehead or butt….. Definitely a rejection….. You have to choose, choose wisely as someone has said……

It has been reported that Ted Turner has always been a critic of Christianity or he didn’t believe in God. Not surprised that CNN would be the launching pad for the anti-christian attitude that is taking hold in the world and now here.

If anyone is interested, take a look at http://WWW.PERSECUTION.COM. Remember, HITLER and his gang of murders begin their Anti-Jewish assault by blaming the ills of the country on Jews……… They took their property and sent them to death camps in disguise of relocation/labor camps. We have Fema Camps. We don’t have ovens, but we have guillotines. We have railroad cars with shackles ready for use of transportation of non desirables to those Camps.

I would not be surprise that as more Anti-Christian attacks come form the liberal media that soon after, we could see terrorist strikes on US churches by Muslims and other extreme groups as we see happening overseas……

just my two cents worth …….

The DHS and FBI allowed them to set up terror training camps all over the nation back during the Bush Jr. era. that’s a classic example of the ‘war on terror’ being false. Why were Muslims still being allowed into this country after 9-11-2001? If we were in a real ‘war on terror’ against them, why do we accommodate them on anything? Why are there so many Muslims in the government, especially at DHS? Why does Obama have some Muslims as advisors? Google everything I’m saying and check it out for yourself. Muslims will eventually try to take our country. If I encounter a Muslim, I will help him find his beloved Allah.

@ JugHead. One thing I have heard over and over again throughout all religions is that the evil one and those that work for him are easily fooled and seduced by their desires and wants. Even the most educated person can have the wool pulled over their eyes if the wicked one is giving them something that they need or want. This is why people have to realize the difference between a fickle person or sheep and a conformist. This government has an unusual number of non black conformists that will back BO and the adminstration to the hill and beyond. This is what makes BO associated with something a lot worse than most realize.

There is something I call EVIL MAGNETISM. The really awful dictators have had this to trick people into believing anything. Hitler had the ability to get into people’s minds and not only be one of the people, but be a master of deception and become a hardcore conman. It is one thing to hoodwink a person into paying a junk lemon car, and another to fool millions or tens of millions into going down the wrong path. It takes so true wickedness for this or some higher evil power pulling the puppet strings.

Almost everyone here can see what is happening, we have free minds. The common person though is easily swayed by waht sounds good, and is too mentally lazy to think something though. Or worse they are in such a state of denial that they listen to what sounds like the golden path because they cannot face what is really going to happen.

Then there is the HALL OF MIRRORS and ILLUSION. With the stock market, you can have a 500 trillion dollar debt and the Dow Jones at 100,000 and everyone dancing around like fleas on a hot brick. The MSM only focuses on the 100,000 number, not the 1/2 quadrillion number. Not until that debt explodes and it cost $1000 for a stick of gum does anyone see the smoke behind the mirror.

DOOM and GLOOM is what the common idiot calls all of us that prepare. They say we are nuts for preparing for a government collapse or war, or something else. That other something else is what makes the non-prepper a true retard. You would think after seeing these diasters again and again that more than 1% of the people would prepare just in case their local area got hit. How dumbsh%^ can these fools be to not understand what it is like for a city or region to be without power for days or even weeks. Even after someone suffers through this they still haven’t learned their lesson.

Many scientists warn that these long lulls in calm periods lead to stagnation in people and can lead to almost extinction because of the lack of enough people preparing and readying themselves. That 1% could do lower. I personally have seen less and less people showing any seriousness in preparing. RICH99 is an example of this as RICH has said that after awhile of nothing happening you lose interest in the day you will need what you need. Many preppers feel this frustration that all their supplies are going bad. People though must see what is happening in this world and remain vigil no matter what. Still we are seeing less and less people that are committed to being ready. This personally concerns me a lot. The disease of idiocy is taking over and you are right, it pushes you to boiling over because you can see just how wrong everything and so few of the population is listening or even willing to.

Being unprepared is a product of the new convienience lifestyle, stores everywhere, fast food, instant microwave meals, etc. I live in a mormon area and I bet 90% or better are not prepared. Sad to see the skills of the old prudent ways are dissappearing fast. Welcome to the new idiocracy…

@ braveheart and OutWest. You know back after 9/11 you went out and stocked up, but it didn’t feel like something immediate was going to happen. After the 9.1 tsunami in late 2004 and then 9 months later Hurricane Katrina and the rest of the hsuper hurricanes, it didn’t seem urgent. During the Israel war with Hezbollah it didn’t seem like time yet. Not after Russia whacked the crap out of Georgia. Not even after the 2008 economic collapse did it seem like this was it. Now after the recent events in the past year or so, it seems a lot closer. There is a hidden deep seated need to go get more to stock up on. Like a squirrel or ant sensing a terrible winter, and the need to make sure there is enough.

For me it is not the economy, and believe it or not it is not earthquakes or volcanoes going off either. I still feel that war or a super virus is the most likely mega SHTF event. I don’t feel as strong with an EMP from the Sun, but that one is certainly possible. It is just a hunch, but I think one day we are going to wake up or be wide awake and see it beginning without warning. Could be a manmade EMP, an act of war. Could be that Andromeda type virus that gets loose and kills 90% or more and is unstoppable. This is what knaws at me the most, and actually is probably the most likely catastrophe to hit the world as both are way overdue. Do you or others have a hunch on what the true SHTF event will be?

It looks to me like obama needs a war in the
worst way, for the very same reasons FDR did.

This deal with Iran is setting up to be the
same strategy FDR used. Foment hostilities
between Israel and Iran, let them get mired
down in a knock down drag out entanglement,
then ride in to assist our ally Israel.

This way, BHO has his war on foreign soil
without being the perpetrator in the event.

This is how FDR got his world war on European
soil, by riding in on a white horse to the
rescue of Mother England, thus keeping the
battle away from our doorstep at home.

I think it was kissinger that said we will create a crisis so big that the people will be begging for UN troops to save us. Aldous Huxley had a lot to say too. Recent history is full of in your face warnings about the plans for the world but the sheep just ignore it. Read the report from iron mountain, Huxley’s a brave new world, UN agenda 21, the protocols of the learned elders of zion, the list goes on and on. It all fits perfectly and anyone with eyes can see it is coming to fruition. The govt. does NOT represent you and is completely owned and controlled by these freaks. Yet the masses continue to look to the govt. for solutions which they will get, but they ain’t going to like them! Fred, I’m the secretary for my church. I write all the checks. We give away 10%/mo. to charities. After that we barely have enough to keep the lights on. If all we cared about was money, we’d just keep it for ourselves, but we don’t.

You say that people hate Christians because of “death and destruction in his name. ”
I disagree. No war in the modern era has been fought in the name of Christ. I agree with Jesus – men hate the light because their deeds are evil.

You say that man only needs God out of weakness. You fall way, way short – men need God for life itself. I’ve heard the old excuse, “God’s just a crutch for Christians. ” Wrong. He’s much more than a crutch, he’s my very salvation.

One more thing – if we’re all just “delusional”, why are you so angry? I’ll tell you why – it’s because while you followed God in the past, he refused to be a Santa Claus to you. He didn’t give you everything you wanted, so now you’re going to show him, aren’t you? You’ll just refuse to believe in him. Can you see what a spoiled brat baby that makes you? Go read a book on the Inquisition; it was motivated by politics, not by of a true expression of Christ’s teachings. Jesus told a parable about a wheat field that was planted over with weeds, called tares, by an enemy of the field’s owner. This was a picture of “the Kingdom of Heaven” and the bottom line was that the church will always have imposters scattered among its members and God won’t sort it out until the end so as to spare His people as much trauma as possible (see Matthew 13:23 and the following verses). If someone claiming to be a Christian does things not in keeping with the teachings of Christ, it doesn’t mean that Christianity is a lie, but that a lie is being mislabeled as Christianity.

We were part of a “christian” church that we liked very much. The sermons were beautiful and and uplifting. The pastor was articulate, approachable and VERY likeable. The church was active in the community, had many children’s programs and encouraged participation by the congregation at every level. And then it happened. The pastor at the close of one of his energy filled and uplifting sermons thanked the congregation for buying he and his wife BRAND NEW CADILLACS. That was the moment we realized we had been duped. $90,000+ that could have gone into programs for the community, but what was even worse was that most of the congregation was apathetic to the whole thing. We never returned to that “church”.

Fred, A master’s degree in Theology is just enough to make it dangerous. I’m sure you’ve heard the expression, “A little knowledge is a dangerous thing”. For an ‘educated man’ you are not doing a very good job of articulating your points. That is a problem with many of the schools today that give out diplomas to whoever can pay for them.

The ‘Word of God’ gives life and is alive, it is a living word, and is definitely more than just a bunch of words on a piece of paper. The ‘Word’ teaches us about the depths of man’s utter depravity, and certainly it appears you are aware of this, but, it shows God’s ultimate solution to dealing with that depravity or sickness as well. Everything rests on your response to that solution.

I think you are overblowing it when you say “everybody hates christians’. Really, what is there to hate when someone comes to you with love and good will? Why was Jesus hated? What did he do to deserve a cruel death on the cross? Why do you hate Jesus? What did Jesus do to you?

I hope and pray that you will not take offense by the many responses to your postings. This is an opportunity for you to look really deep inside of yourself and figure out if you can become a part of the solution and not the problem. There are many wise and thoughtful people on this site and most want only to help you. There is incredible darkness out there and it will only get worse before it gets better.

We will all be needing each other if we are to get through the coming hard times. I remember how we use to cross rapids that were impossible to cross on your own. We would together cross in a line, parallel to the river, holding on to a long pole. The strongest and the tallest person would be at the top, he would break the rush of the rapids, while the rest of us grabbing on to the pole would provide the stability and support of the pole from below. If someone slipped on a rock, they could regain a foothold while holding on to the pole. The method was effective and allowed the weaker and shorter persons to get across safely. We never lost a person on any of our river crossings.

You should visit my church. We have a budget, and you can see where the money goes. Most of it goes to charity.

We buy coats for children every winter. We buy school supplies for a local school every year. We take our turn with all the other churches in town at the food kitchen. We give food to the food bank. We have a benevolence fund to pay electric bills and rents for people who come up short. We sent a team to help repair and rebuild after Katrina and Sandy. We are probably going to send a team to the Philippines. We have paid to have wells drilled in northern India. There are multiple teams from our church in Thailand teaching, helping the poor, and starting churches. We send Christmas boxes to kids all over the world through Samaritan’s Purse. We just had a group go to West Virginia to help people. We sent a large truck load of clothes and household goods and had a yard sale where everyone could get what they needed free.

You should come to the south and join a good church. Join in one of the many charitable organizations and you can help others.

On the so called BO deal with Iran. First Israel says it is an early Christmas present for Iran. Next it gives Iran enough time to fully develop the mass production of nuclear weapons like what happened in Pakistan. It is not about one nuke, it is about lots of nukes. It allows Iran to look like they are the good guys in the international community and Israel the bad ones. It allows sanctions to be lifted without giving up anything. Winner: Iran.

Israel can be right or wrong, it doesn’t matter. It only matters if Israel feels that it must strike Iran and the end results for the entire world. This is the whole burrito, will Israel strike Iran during the next New Moon window or one of the following 10 day windows. Will Israel once again go after Syria like the previous New Moon window? Israel will not announce ever a planned strike. This is why everyone should continue to be on alert during each month’s New Moon for the breaking news all out war has erupted over there. The next New Moon window is Nov.27 to Dec.7. The next one is Dec.27 to Jan.6.

One of the advantages Preppers/Survivalists should always take is to be ready for a SHTF event before it hits, and before the masses know about it and swarm the market places like locust.

Here’s my geo political take on this..

Israel will not strike anywhere or any one without U.S. approval..public or private..

Israel is our well paid and well armed proxy in the entire middle east..

The State dept will broker their deals with Iran and Syria as they sit fit…as there is always a hidden agenda in play.

Obviously there was collusion amongst the players to broker a deal involving petro dollars..as most of the industrialized nations are hedging against the petro dollar as the reserve currency..and Iran,Iraq,Syria,Egypt, and Libya were all trading outside that realm of western currency…witness the destruction of Libya,Iraq,Egypt as consequence..then the sabre rattling recently against Syria..and now Iran..hmmm.

        As usual..follow the money..period.

        Syria and Iran capitulated…

        Israel is bluffing..

I worry not about foreign entanglements but the nefarious entanglements occurring right here within our borders…

@ possee. Your opinion is worth way more than 2 cents. I have found people are way too unpreditable and trying to figure them is beyond difficult. I so much prefer trying to figure out earthquakes as geophysical follows the same patterns decades after decades. The ONLY pattern I see with Israel is that they attack others during the 10 day New Moon window.

I just know that wars start because of money and natural resources more than anything. I linked something waiting for moderation about China and Japan on this. Syria still remains the junction point necessary for a natural gas pipeline from Qatar and Saudi Arabia to Europe, and from the south that Israel desperately wants as Israel has offshore natural gas resources. Russia of course wants to retain the natural gas monopoly to Europe for not only trillions in revenue but also for political clout over Europe. Iran is more than nuclear bombs, as they are part of this natural gas equation by supporting Syria and shipping their own natural gas to Europe customers.

This is where the complexity comes in. It takes about 12-20 nukes to destroy Israel. That means that Iran must have double or triple that to actually destroy Israel based on the reliability on detonation and delivability of the nuclear weapon. 24 to maybe even 50 or 60. Mass production of nukes is what Israel is afraid and from Hezbollah being given the extra nukes. Hezbollah has chemical and biological weapons, to finish the triangle of death, nukes. Israel is worried about Iran becoming another Pakistan as nuclear weaspons can be produced within 24 days when these nuclear plants are fully operational.

Forgetting about nuclear weapons. The U.S. as you say CANNOT let the petro dollar die, but it will because of OPEC countries doing what they have to secure their own financial stability and security. The U.S. dollar is a bad risk. Attacking Iraq and Libya was based on the petro dollar as you know. Iran is the foundation of the U.S. dollar being dumped, and the U.S. must find some sort of excuse to find a way of stopping iran and other countries from following suit on stopping the dumping of the U.S. dollar. Use Israel is one of these ways. Also some false flag attack of course traced back to Hezbollah and/or Iran.

I totally agree with you over the money factor in the Middle East. I also agree that Iran wants nukes desperately. Countries that have nukes are almost immune to “regrime changes”. Case in point North Korea. If hussein had been able to produce a few nukes he would still be bottled up over there and sactioned to death like North Korea. Losing 100,000 American troops or more in a ground invasion of Iraq would never have been accepted if hussein would have had nuclear weapons. These despotic rulers are not stupid, nukes mean an ace in the hole, more like 4 aces in the hole.

Israel doesn’t want to lose their own monopoly of nuclear weapons in the region. Iran gets more than a few nuclear weapons, and so does other countries in the region like Saudi Arabia, Epypt, Algeria, and maybe a couple of others like Syria. Nuclear weapons protects the tyrants. IF Libya didn’t give up all of its chemical wepaons, the nerve agents, qaddafi might be still contained.

Israel and others are correct, Iran absolutely wants nuclear weapons. It makes sense. What gives other countries the right to possess nukes and other countries not? It is like the 2nd Amendment rights of the citizens to protect themselves. It would be like the government is allowed to have firearms but not the people. Same holds true with nuclear weapons as they are nothing but tools of self defense. The miserable un’s 5 permanent members of the security counsil are all the first 5 to obtain nukes. Iran and other countries that seek nuclear self defense are sanctioned to death if they back out of the nuclear deal like North Korea did, or attacked.

Why would a country not want to have nukes to protect themselves? To me at least this is hypocritical to allow some countries to have hard core self defense and others not. It is just like the gun control, with control underlined, self defense means someone is less likely to be bullied and controlled.

IF, and that is a big fat IF, countries and people treated others with fairness this planet would not be so f’ed up. IF people followed a simple adage, treat others how you yourself want to be treated, this world would not be going into some future wholesale die off of the human population.

No, you probably aren’t the cause of Obama. However, there is truth in that “You can fool all of the people some of the time” and that was what was done.

Democracy is emotionally based so what we now have is all emotional as differentiated from rational evaluation.

Remember that those same pastors rally around the flag with that “Onward Christian Soldiers” mentality. TPTB like that. This tells me a new purpose is being planned for the use of the military that will not be supported by these churches which already do not support socialism.

We will be awakening soon to headlines that the world as we know it is gone. When that happens prepared or not there will be no more time to get extra no way, if you are not with your group or BOL (95%) chance you won’t get there. For the majority of us we will be on our own. My advice is be prepared for that scenario. No matter how much we prepare it will not be enough, so get the mindset that you will survive as long as possible, as for me when it looks like it is truly over they will not get anything I have left. Prepare to make your stand, and may GOD have Mercy on our Souls.

Problem is there are a bunch of idiots who follow along and take in everyone elses opinion. Theyre too lazy and dumb to know enough to make their own opinion. We were just complaining about the sheeple a few days back here. Its when you get it all churning and its said over and over again that an opinion gets drilled in. Then idiots think its the way it is. They dont question or think on their own. Theyre the ones w/ the tv on all the time letting someone else do there thinking.
One persons opinion isnt much. The group of those w/ the same opinions when it gets loud. Before you know it, it becomes a big voice.
Those w/ religious beliefs far outnumber athiests but who pushes and bitches the loudest?
Same goes for the libtards. Lefty nutbags are a minority but they scream and play dirty so they get the attention. And they get so much attention we think its the absolute because its said over and over again. Thats the irony of it all. Its a sham. So dont ignore the small shit, flush it because if it collects it becomes big shit and we all know what thats like.
Maybe its better to have bs pieces like this than some nasty Obama order to raise hell over. He will probably wait and do that on Tuesday since everyone is preoccupied with turkey and the trimmings. Me, Im going back to put the doors on the cabinet I been making this weekend.

When I was a kid in the 60′s “health care” was how well we took care of ourselves. Doctor? What doctor?!! Heck, we rarely got sick and if we did Grandma would whip up her chicken soup and we would spend a day or two in bed to get over whatever we had. If we got injured on the farm most of the time we took care of it ourselves. Everything from cuts and small broken bones were no big deal. I went to the doctor twice when I was a kid, once when I broke my right arm and another time when my right hand was smashed between a truck and a barn during hay baling season. Whoop tee do! We didn’t have health insurance! We paid as we went and it didn’t cost us an arm and a leg. The government has destroyed the health care system for the past 50 years by regulating it to death and now has driven the final railroad spike into it’s heart. The U.S. is doomed under ObaMao and his democommies and RINO’s! Lock and Load people! It’s coming soon!

I remember back in the 1960s I was in the doctor’s office for a physical. While I was waiting, an older woman came in with a cut finger and wanted to see the doctor immediately. The old doctor came out, looked at her finger, and asked “Don’t you have a cut doctor?” Then he sent her away.

Perhaps we a missing the forest because of the trees. I think they want to ultimately institute a Church tax or something like it. Look it up. They will be passing two plates around at the end of it all. But they have to create the problem in order to solve it with taxation. Do not be diverted, we are up against magnificent manipulators. I mean the Elite, not the Church. Read these comments and see how it works. Turn em on each other. Religion works good for that and they have known it for a long time. They play religion like a fiddle when it suits their needs, especially for war. And in the present war for gold to send east, they know some hides under steeples. Pay to pray will be just a side benefit. Soon to come, beg to breathe.

Bi and some others feel free to chime in.

I’ve just started prepping about 6 months ago. I can’t explain it but issues and ideas I thought were just crazy prepper talk years ago ( ie 9/11, Oklahoma City just to name a few), now seem crystal clear to me. (Slow learner I guess), but I have been insatiably reading about preparing for when the grid goes down. I’m not jumping in every direction and throwing money around like your typical new prepper. I’m taking the time to read blogs but also listen to insightful people such as bi and others.
My question for all of you is this. I had generac salesman knows on door yesterday and decided to listen to his pitch. He said the generac generator would run on natural gas. I told him I’m interested in power after a power outage but what good will natural gas be to me when the pumping stations go down when tshtf? He looked at me like I was nuts. He said what are you one of those crazy preppers? The natural gas companies have people working during emergencies like hurricanes. I explained that is all fine and good but in a few weeks or months who is gonna show up to work at a pumping station to ensure natural gas is getting to homes? Is picking up the biggest generator I can afford my best bet? I’m in a suburb of houston. Also can anyone recommend a reputable company that sells mre’s? Sorry my questions are pretty generic and basic but I don’t want to call prepper places and talk to salesman who will tell me I need to spend thousands of dollars on stuff I really don’t need. I would rather talk to real preppers and from what I’ve read you people are the freak deal.
      Thank you
      Steve

I can’t speak to the generator issue, but many here can. I know some have propane genny with tanks and have already learned to ration use and how many hours/days/weeks even years they get from genny and stored propane. If you don’t get your answer in this thread post early on a future thread to get seen.

Welcome to prepping. I was with work friends today, and they were talking about looking for houses, etc. when they were talking about location, they mentioned a nice area that looks countryish, but in reality the houses are close together ans the area is less than 10 minutes from grocery store. They claim it was more like 20…. They said they would never build a house there because they go to the grocery store every day. She has a two month old btw. I was astounded. She just replied they don’t know what they want to eat from day to day and menu planning was a waste of time. I shared that we have 6-8 meals we like, and always make sure the ingredients are in the house. With spices and other goods we can make different recipes, etc. if we want something special or different, then we make a trip. I just don’t get it.

        @Son of Liberty-

Tis better to wake up late from the nap than never at all. As far as Nat gas generators (Generac)and the like, it is always best to equate your longtime energy needs to modern day recent examples like the Hurricane Sandy aftermath and such. You can also state you have a mother-in law, etc. that has medical needs so power down is not an option. People laughed at Noah when he wanted to build the Ark, except they weren’t laughing when they were pounding on the door in the rain.

Also true that when SHTF 100% you may not have that flow of natural gas to run said generator. I prefer the solar charge controller/inverter and deep cycle battery myself coupled with a PMA alternator for wind or pedal energy generation. Those are power sources that are silent, non-polluting, non dangerous and best of all…the gov cannot shut them off.

A gasoline powered genset will be loud, will need oil and gas and will only draw attention…not something you want. Just my .002 cents and nothing more. Welcome aboard and strap yourself in…the next couple of years may be getting quite bumpy.

I’ve had all types of generators over the years. You don’t need the biggest you can afford and you probably don’t want natural gas. What do you want to power and for how long? If tshtf, do you want it to be portable, or will it stay in one place like a built in whole house backup? Small ultra quiet, lister running on waste oil, or big diesel to run the whole subdivision?? (At least you’d have allies).

My most recent addition has been a propane conversion for one of the generators. And I bought a 500 gal. tank with a valve to fill smaller tanks. Propane never goes bad and it will also be used for heat and cooking. I’ve got about 200 hours on the conversion and it works on any carburated engine so I can move it to another when this one dies.

Give us a little more info and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you have.

www dot smokstak dot com is a great resource for all things internal combustion. The propane conversion kit sounds great to really open up options for power generation especially when used with portable or made to be portable units. Onan has/had a tri-fuel setup for the carburetor setups that looks neat but have heard it can be problematic.

Don’t be afraid to think outside the box when it comes to power generation. Most people never think of an APU for a big rig as a semi portable way to generate power as well as heat and air conditioning for a small space. The same applies to reefer units. the reefer unit uses a small diesel/multifuel engine that has an alternator to charge batteries and can heat as well as cool a much larger area but it is not as portable and would require being mounted to a wall. A “take out” generator from a RV is a nice compromise as multiple fuel types are available and the smaller units can be mounted to a wagon or cart and made quite portable. The smallest diesel unit I’ve personally seen is 6.5kw. Diesel motor offer the advantage in that they are capable of running multiple types of fuel with minimum modification. For example, that small diesel can use on and off road diesel, used motor oil, biodiesel, used fryer oil and veggie oil just name a few. Take a look at www dot smokstak dot com in the generator sections to get some ideas. Remember your OPSEC!
