BACKFIRE: Seattle Gun Buyback Turns Into Gun Show; Collectors Waved “Wads of Cash” At Those In Line

    Guns For Cash - Texas

Leave it to enterprising Americans to always find a loophole in the midst of ever-expanding government regulation.

While thousands of Seattle residents lined up for hours to trade their handguns, rifles and family heirlooms away in exchange for up to $200 in gift cards as part of the city’s latest gun buyback program, gun collectors who have seen prices for assault rifles and firearms accessories almost triple since November took advantage of a huge opportunity.

Police stood in awe as gun enthusiasts and collectors waved wads of cash for the guns being held by those standing in line for the buyback program.

Police officers in Seattle, Washington held their first gun buyback program in 20 years this weekend, underneath interstate 5,  and soon found that private gun collectors were working the large crowd as little makeshift gun shows began dotting the parking lot and sidewalks.

Some even had “cash for guns” signs prominently displayed.

People that had arrived to trade in their weapons for $100 or $200 BuyBack gift cards($100 for handguns, shotguns and rifles, and $200 for assault weapons) soon realized that gun collectors were there and paying top dollar for collectible firearms. So, as the line for the chump cards got longer and longer people began to jump ship and head over to the dealers.

John Diaz, Seattles Police Chief,  wasn’t pleased with the turn of events stating “I’d prefer they wouldn’t sell them,” but admitted it’s perfectly legal for private individuals to buy and sell guns, FOR NOW. Mayor Mike McGinn said at a news conference the private transactions are a loophole that needs to be closed. “There’s no background checks, and some (guns) could be exchanged on the streets that shouldn’t be in circulation.”

But Schuyler Taylor, a previous gun retailer attending the event in hopes of buying weapons, asked Why not offer them cash versus a gift card? I’m still taking the guns off the streets; they’re just going in my safe.

As lawmakers and gun control advocates further press the issue of disarmament, law abiding American gun owners who see those very same politicians refusing to disarm their own armed security details and exempting themselves from gun control legislation they mandate upon the rest of us, are starting to push back.

New York gun owners are organizing and resisting the new registration requirement recently forced down their throats by the State legislature.

Calls for defiance are taking hold across the entire spectrum of gun owners, with even elected law enforcement officials now rejecting any forced Federal or State mandates that they deem unconstitutional.

In Milwaukee, and to the fury of Mayor Tom Barrett, Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. launched a media ad campaign promoting a new partnership with residents of his city :

I’m Sheriff David Clarke and I want to talk to you about something personal: your safety. It’s no longer a spectator sport; I need you in the game.

    But are you ready?

With officers laid off and furloughed, simply calling 911 and waiting is no longer your best option. You can beg for mercy from a violent criminal, hide under the bed, or you can fight back. But are you prepared? Consider taking a certified safety course in handling a firearm so you can defend yourself until we get there.

You have a duty to protect yourself and your family.

Law abiding gun owners in America minded their own business and simply asked to be left alone. Now, because of the actions of criminals and psychopaths who will not disarm despite any legislative action, we have government officials on all levels and even the private sector attempting to limit how we can protect ourselves and our families from the very people who are out there committing the violence.

    Sides are being taken.

And while there may be an effort to weaken certain Constitutional protections and even repeal them altogether, there are tens of millions of Americans uniting behind a single cause. They come from all walks of life, different political ideologies, and many are members of our armed forces and local police departments.

Every attempt that gun grabbers have made in an effort to disarm Americans and limit our access to firearms has been vehemently rejected, and in the case of the Seattle impromptu gun show, used for the benefit of expanding gun ownership.

If certain government officials really believed in our right to bear arms and wanted to keep guns in the hands of responsible, law abiding people, they wouldn’t be trying to take them away from us. Instead, they’d be giving us a tax break for gun safes.

(…then turned around and sold one of ‘em for a profit large enough to make my money back… crap!)

Mental note: gotta find out when/if Portland is having one of these buy-back thingies…

I’m all smiles to those in Seattle that believe in the 2nd Admendment, keep it up.

Have you noticed how the MSM has cooled their heels about gun control. Mind you it still is going forward through our tyrannical government, but it’s back to MSM dribbling out non informational entertainment to lull the koolaid drinkers back into not thinking about whats’s at stake regaarding Our Constitution. Hurry, their waking up, we better get the mind tranq’s shooting across the airwaves again!!!!

Sit down before reading: Controversial report exposes an unbelievable U.S. government purchase

“a DHS bid has been uncovered showing that the Department of Homeland Security recently put out an offer to purchase 7,000 full-auto “assault weapons” to be used domestically, inside the USA.”

“The juiciest part of this bid is the use of the phrase “Personal Defense Weapons” to describe the full-auto AR-15s being purchased by DHS.”

Apparently, when YOU hold an AR-15, it’s an “assault rifle.” But magically, if you hand that same rifle to an armed government homeland security enforcer, it instantly transforms itself into a “personal defense weapon.

The original idea was to stage a fake buy back and use $50.00 WalMart gift cards. Anyway, screw the idiots that gave their guns away. I tip my hat to those that put a giant monkey wrench in the scam by purchasing.

We have had buy backs here before. Never have we had this kind of street turn out to buy them up.

But when they brought the tax man and the ATF just started to harass the private sellers at the shows. Where did they think it would go. To the streets.

It is sweet justices that this was thrown in there face under the bridges of I5 in Seattle.

More guns and phone number were exchanged then I have ever seen.

I wish the “Streetsweepers” would of been legal. They would of been in my collection in a heart beat. Instead they will find there way to a government officials private collection. What a waste.

What a pair of dumb cunts. As if guns have a life of their own. With firearms, for a potential safety issue to occur, three things must be present: a gun, ammunition that works in said gun, and a person to operate the combination. Of the three items, which one has free will? Which one might take drugs? Which one is a dumb cunt?

That being said(rant off),my current favorite firearm, holstered on my hip, is no more a danger to me or anyone, who is not a danger to me. A non threat Citizen is more likely to be killed by a LEO, than an armed private Citizen. In a self defense situation, Citizens defeat and deter more crimes than our hired protectors.

Politicians and LEO’s always want restrictions for private Citizens, restrictions that don’t apply to them, WTF?

Ted Nugent said something like: why would our employees(gubbermint) have guns, and their employers(all of us)not. Again WTF. If the good ole USA is indeed governed by the consent of the People, why would we ever consent to being disarmed. Not one more inch!!

OFF TOPIC: To OddQ: was up in Portland two weeks ago, went to Threat Dynamics to play. Check ‘em out at threatdynamics(dot)com. To cool.

Portland has a “buy-back” about twice a year. At the last one I got rid of a Mosin-Nagant that was so screwed up it could only fire one shot, then you needed a hammer to open the bolt. I was perfectly wiling to let it go for a gift-card but someone in the crowd offered $100 for it and I snapped it up so I could buy powder and primers.

THIS! Right here, people! This is the reason the PTB will ultimately lose. The idea of free enterprise will triumph over the tyrant banksters!
This is such a clear contrast of opposing ideologies. On the one hand, we have the SYSTEM. Trying, desperately, to foist it’s will upon the people. They’re not buying guns here, they are trying to buy the people’s ability to defend themselves. And consequently, their freedom!
Tempting the ignorant, the lazy, the fooloish among us. Offering them a pittance for their right of self defense. Counting on their ignorance, their momentary greed for self gratification through cheap consumer goods. Counting on their trust in a corrupt regime to somehow protect them once they are defenseless.
In other arenas, the SYSTEM is attempting to disarm the people through fear and intimidation, such as the recent NY gun legislation. In either instance, whether with the stick or carrot, the tyrants persue ever greater control.
On the other hand, the people RESIST. In NY it is open hostility to unconstitutional laws. In Seattle, it’s the free market that flexes it’s muscle. Showing the SYSTEM just how easily it can be defeated!
Make no mistake, when the shtf, there will be force, threats of force, and violence aimed at the populace. Many will resist, even to the point of risking, perhaps losing, their lives. The outcome of those conflicts is unknowable at this point.
But, when the dust has settled, it will be the free market that wins. The idea of a free, fair exchange between willing parties can never be completely killed. No matter how much the globalists and banksters try, with endless laws, licensing, fines, fear and threats. The entrepreneurs will always find a way. They will barter. They will use the so-called black market. they will go over, under, behind, or through the limits placed on them.
The IDEA of freedom, most clearly represented by open fair trade between individuals, will never be killed! On that idea rests the remainder of our freedoms.

I think fed.gov pays for setting these up, but the states are responsible for the ongoing costs. These states want to sidestep responsibility for the ongoing expense of these. Look at the burden Medicaid has become.

States will be threatened with loss of federal dollars. Wait till some state says “OK”.

the blood tests right before the oncology office visit can be covered by $200

certain smaller bills that the hospital hits you with for cancer surgery can be covered by $200,

some testing can be covered by $200

also $200 can help pay off part of a bill.

and yes these are all true for after my wifes unterine cancer surgery the bills came in ranging from $60.00 – $30,000.00 there are about 50 of them now. One for very blood test she took during chemo and radiation, one for each chemo, one for each radiation treatment, all different bills. All treated like they are different bills. So yes $200 can help even if only a drop inthe bucket, it will make sure that you will be able to get more treatment as you are seen as paying on the tab.

At least this is how it is working out for us.

These air rifles were charged using a pump to fill an air reservoir and gave velocities from 650 to 1,000 feet per second (200–300 m/s). They were also used in warfare; the most famous example is the Girandoni Military Repeating Air Rifle. kula will this do?

      http://seattleguns.net/showthread.php?171795-Seattle-and-King-Co-to-announce-a-gun-buy-back-program-tomorrow

      and this was the result:

      http://seattleguns.net/showthread.php?174200-Seattle-gun-buyback-quot-Turns-into-a-damn-gun-show!-quot

      Background info:
Washington is a “shall carry” state.
Open carry legal, very limited exceptions like courtrooms and bars, no permit needed for open carry.
Concealed carry is a shall carry for everyone, with background check, and the permit process that takes 30 days.

So the police had to let the armed, peaceful citizens hold their signs on public sidewalks with cash offers to the steady crowd that showed up. A lot of guns were saved by collectors. These guys really knew their firearms.

It worked very well, with no incidents. Like a free society should work. Only the Seattle politicians, playing to the cameras, had a problem with it.

I can already see some cities (very liberal ones) trying pass ordinences to prohibit folks from getting within say 1000 feet of these Gun-Buy-Backs. But again, free enterprise will rise to the occassion. The buyers will set up their own buy back in some old parking lot, shed, anywhere where they space is open to everyone and entice the sellers with lots of cash. Gun show organizers could have a special deal for first time sellers and schedule them the same day, as the buy backs, or just before, when possible. I also see roving bands of buyers going from city to city, like a carnival, buying guns. A real free-for-all is coming with the government’s continued restrictions. Captialism is idea that no can kill. But the government will keep trying, and we’ll keep resisting.

I see the most productive thing regarding perception is Sheriffs and Statehouses saying NO. That is a line in the sand that has the weight of law with some teeth potentially attached. Fence sitters sit and wonder, “If cops are against this it probably isn’t a good idea”. Conversely right now you don’t need the fence sitters to see this so dramatically. They vote, they write their Officials too.

I would like to save the Pre64 Winchester too along with that Pre War Colt. Politically this was counter productive.

I’m sure there were people screaming that there could be murderers and rapists there buying scary guns!!!! Of course, we all know they would not shoe their faces with that many cops & cameras around, but it still plays to sheeple’s emotions on the 6:00 news.

Done some reading around the treatment of African Jews, and been fortunate enough to meet a couple over the years. These people can trace their lineage authentically and follow customs last seen in common daily practice during Roman times. The modern Armenian mob cannot trace any lineage back past a choice made by a Central European King to try and avoid annilihilation when his kingdom was on the front line of the Christian West and the Ottoman empire just a few hundred years back. Yet the Userpers dominate modern “Jewish” culture and practice, ruthlessly oppressing any who disagree.

The imposters are made VERY uncomfortable by the reality of witnessing honest, truthful Judaism as part of a holistic lifestyle in practice. They cannot handle it at all. The zionist banksters corruption that has turned our civilisation inside out is NOT Judaism, just as the peadophilic priests of recent scandals do not in any way represent true Catholicism.

Jewish sheople may if exposed to true Judaism, begin to turn against the corruption and this possibility terrifies tptb. Tptb always use scapegoats for mob punishment to avoid exposure and justice. (eg the Holocaust of WW2 meant many ordinary “jewish” sheople were murdered while the true architects of a continents destruction got off scott free).

Many people are unaware that within what we now call the ghetto of Palestine still reside those semetic Christians and Jews that were there before the invasion of the modern Isrealis. Many Christian Palestinians found their way to the Lebanon and other middle-eastern nations, but some families are still trapped. I have yet to hear one of these newfangled evangelical preachers lead a prayer for these poor souls. Not content with corrupting Judaism, the evil elite has corrupted many Christian denominations in recent years.

It is often forgotten that for most of European History Usery was either incredibly tightly controlled or forbidden outright in Christian nations. Punishment consisted of execution or banishment. Usery is forbidden by the Bible. It is also forbidden by the Koran. Modern Islamic banking practices do not meet the requirements of the con men.

Many of our recent wars have had nothing whatsoever to do with spreading the concept of freedom, justice, democracy or human rights but everything to do with the preservation and/or imposition of Usuary and funny money practices on those nations which attempted to resist the march of the globaist plantation owners.

Lonlymum: you say True judiasim, but facts is aprox 99+% of jews today base it upon Talmud teachings.

And even the very small fraction that still base beliefs upon first five books of moses etc if That is what you meant as “true” jewsih worship?..Even then why is it good for them to still Cling to a covenant that Jesus Christ Replaced with a New covenant 2000 yrs ago?

If not mistaken you are christian yes?..Even if not, I am sure you must be aware that Christ as well as the Entire new testement(covenant the New one) states in zero uncertain terms that the Only Path to salvation is the New covenant of Christ and christianity, as we know “some” early jews back in His days agreed to and converted From judiasim(talmudisim) and became the First Christians and most of the 12 apostles too.

I am Not saying they don’t have a right to such jewsih beliefs etc..Of course they Do. But why encourage a beliefe that will lead to Loss of salvation?

After all if you are christian, you Must believe in zero “other” ways or paths to salvation as That is the Main theme of it all…The jews waited for what? 2000 yrs Prior to Christ for their mesiah…Yet Most totally Rejected Him when He arrived(christ) and caused His murder. As well as hundreds of Millions More christians murdered since christs era.

Yet you seem to promote judiasim as long as its some type “True” type?…Christians are supposed to spread the Gospel(good news of christ as reedemer etc), to entire worlds folks and that includes jewsih folks as well.

Just thought I’d mention this as your post was, to me, kinda confusing.

Israel admits forcing birth control shots on Ethiopian women

“Haaretz reports that the Health Ministry Director General Prof. Ron Gamzu, has instructed the four health maintenance organizations in the country to stop the practice immediately. The Israeli ministry and other state agencies have for long denied allegations that the government-funded health facilities were targeting Ethiopian women for selective use of the contraceptive…

According to one of the women interviewed, “They told us they are inoculations.* They told us people who frequently give birth suffer. We took it every three months. We said we didn’t want to.” According to the report, officials threatened to deny some applicants entry into Israel if they refused to accept the injection.

In her 2009 study, Eyal described the drug use as part of an “unspoken [official] policy” aimed to “reduce the births in a community that is mostly black and poor.””

That Seattle gun buy back also didn’t work with one case where someone brought in a Stinger Rocket Launcher and got a $100 gift card. The Stinger had already been used and is classified as DISPOSABLE when it has already been fired. You evidentally can find these things all over the place in some battlefield.

This is a good feel article. So many times at these gun backs the police prey on the very poor giving up their self defense to eat. To see the person in need to sell their firearm getting a little more, and someone getting a firearm for an excellent price, EVERYONE WINS, that is except for those gun grabbers. Anytime the gun grabbers lose, it is an excellent day.

    55. Why does the military seem to be preparing for urban warfare in the United States?

It seems hard to ignore the fact that the armed forces of the United States are training for urban warfare, not urban warfare in the Middle East, but instead here in our own nation.
This is becoming painfully clear due to the fact that the military trains for what they think they’re going to do.

If they are planning to fight in the desert, they would train in the desert and obviously if they are going to be fighting in a metropolitan setting in the United States, they would train in an American city.

I have for some time now been trying my best to wrap my head around just what exactly is going on, not just right here in THESE United States, but abroad as well. I believe we are in a far worse situation than many realize. I might be completely wrong here, and I welcome any opinion or comment, but please be respectful. Some of you have made comments regarding this, and are aware of the Z I o n I s t agenda. If not please educated yourself. If you are aware, have you reasearched noahide law? I urge you to do so. There is currently an internal battle within the WH, that stretches Across the globe. Who will prevail? both sides are out to destroy the other and take “we the people” down with them. I never thought I would say this, but Iran is not our enemy or any other Muslim country, they are fully aware of how brainwashed we are. They are begging us to wake up before its too late. Google presstv, noahide law. O is not following the script, he has different agenda, it appears to fall in line with china and Russia. Why else would he honor the deal with Egypt? Either way we the people are up shit creek without a paddle. And I honestly have no idea how we can save this once great Nation. The gun issue pisses me off no doubt. I applaud those of you who are ready to fight it head on. Gun control is needed for both agendas thats why i think its somewhat confusing to figure out who is on what side of this. 1. Prima facie evidence exists as to violations of federal law governing a national election in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Up to 10 percent of the ballots cast at a
polling station in Pennsylvania reverted to a default to give Barack Obama a vote no matter who the voter had selected. In Upper Macungie Township, near Allentown, Pa., Robert Ashcroft, an election auditor, observed the election software “change the selection back to default – to Obama.”

        2. Prima facie evidence exists as to violations of federal law governing a national election in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. 59 different Philadelphia voting divisions reported zero votes for Mitt Romney compared to Obama’s 19,605.

        Ohio Fraud:
        1. Prima facie evidence exists as to violations of federal law governing a national election in the state of Ohio. “In one county alone in Ohio, Obama received 106,258 votes where there were only 98,213 eligible voters. Two election judges were replaced after illegally allowing unregistered voters to cast ballots. More than 20 percent of registered Ohio voters weren’t eligible to vote. In two counties, the number of registered voters actually exceeded the voting-age population. In 31 other counties, registration was above 90 percent of the population. Ohio voters who are NATIVE to SOMALIA were being given a slate card saying, “VOTE BROWN all the way down” – an apparent reference to the Democratic senator.

        2. Prima facie evidence exists as to violations of federal law governing a national election in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Romney received zero votes in nine Cleveland precincts, and in one Cleveland precinct, Obama beat Romney 542 to 0. In more than 50 different precincts, Romney received two votes or less.

        3. Prima facie evidence exists as to violations of federal law governing a national election in Wood County, Ohio. Obama received 106,258 votes from 98,213 eligible voters – an impossible 108 percent of the vote.

        General Fraud:

The votes of personnel in the United States military were unlawfully suppressed by the direct intervention of Barack Hussein Obama and the Secretary of Defense.

Suppression of the conservative vote by sending bogus letters to Florida Republican voters telling them they are not registered to vote. Intimidation practices by Obama groups like the BLACK PANTHERS, and, promoting no-votes or 3rd party votes within the anti-Obama voting bloc.

Many numerous methods of massive Democrat voter fraud exist, i.e. over 2 million new “temporary citizen” illegal alien voters via Executive Order; millions of DEAD and felon voters; temporarily moving Democrat voters across state lines to vote in swing states; foreign observers used to protect the fraudulent Democrat vote; duplicate voting by dual resident college students, and thousands of Somali refugee voters with DNC “interpreters” driving them to polls in Ohio; corrupted voting machines and vote counting with rigged voting machines via SEIU machine maintenance contracts; boxes of fraudulent paper ballots in the trunk of union official’s cars; and foreign contracts for vote counting in parts of Europe.

Anything short of a full investigation will assure the American people that their best interests are no longer a concern of their representatives, and that said representatives are complicit in the most flagrant fraud ever perpetrated on the American citizens.

        Please govern your actions accordingly.
        Respectfully,

Introduction to the 2013 State Balance of Powers Act

Due to a popular false assumption and assertion of supreme federal power subscribed to by all three branches of the U.S. Federal government today, but denied via the confines of the compact with the states and the people known as the U.S. Constitution, we assemble today to introduce a state-by-state measure designed to return the power of state governance to its constitutional place, the individual states and the people of the Sovereign Fifty States, recognizing the enumerated powers delegated to the U.S. government in Article I – Section 8 of the Constitution.

Unlike the symbolic Tenth and Second Amendment Resolutions passed by numerous states over the last two years, which rhetorically reclaim but fail to actually reassert the rights of the individual states and the people, this State Balance of Powers Act aims to return constitutional power to the states by providing each state a streamlined legislative branch mechanism by which to neutralize any federal legislation, mandate or executive order which the state in its sole discretion, determines to be beyond the constitutional scope and enumerated powers delegated to the United States government via the U.S. Constitution, in accordance with the Tenth Amendment which states unequivocally -

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

          STANDARD ATTACKS AGAINST STATES RIGHTS

The basic assault against the power of states to neutralize unconstitutional federal acts usually comes in the following forms…
◦“Andrew Jackson said shoot the first nullifier and hang the rest”
◦“States lost their sovereign rights when they lost the civil war”
◦The “supremacy clause” means the federal government reigns supreme
◦State Constitutions were voided by the US Constitution

Yes, believe it or not, we have heard all of these attacks and then some. Here’s a diatribe from a Democrat state lawmaker whom we will leave unnamed… to protect the guilty.

          1) Pres. Jackson’s Presidential Proclamation of 1832, which declared nullification as treasonous:
” …incompatible with the existence of the Union, contradicted expressly by the letter of the Constitution, unauthorized by its spirit, inconsistent with every principle on which it was founded, and destructive of the great object for which it was formed .”

          2) The Force Act of 1833, which authorized Jackson to use force to compel obedience to the tariff laws. This is important because Presidential proclamations do not have the force of law unless endorsed by the Congress. SC then “nullified” the Force Act itself. A tariff compromise was eventually struck, but nullification was firmly rejected as unconstitutional doctrine. (IN OTHER WORDS, NULLIFICATION WORKED AND THERE IS NO RECORD OF NULLIFICATION BEING AMENDED OUT OF EXISTENCE)

However, these statements are false, a perverted interpretation of history, not uncommon today.

The simple response to all of them is this –

To claim that the states do not have the right to void or nullify unconstitutional acts of the federal government is to suggest all of the following…
          ◦State sovereignty doesn’t exist
          ◦States’ rights don’t exist
          ◦The 9th and 10th Amendments don’t exist
◦The federal government is all-powerful, without restraint
          ◦The US Constitution is meaningless
          ◦State constitutions are meaningless
◦The Bill of Rights is meaningless
◦The Declaration of Independence is meaningless

I can keep going here, but you get the point. How do the states which created the federal government for the sole purpose of serving the states and the people, hold the federal government within the confines of the Constitution or compact, without the power to void, nullify or otherwise reject the unconstitutional acts of the government they created for their own benefit?

Contrary to popular belief, the states and people do not exist at the pleasure of the FED. The FED exists at the pleasure of the states and the people. Powers not delegated to the federal government are expressly reserved to the states and/or the people. When the federal government steps across this line, intruding into powers reserved to the state and the people, what should the states and people do about it?

If they wanted to get guns out of the hands of criminals why don’t they do a “guns for crack” buyback?

Instead of destroying them, why don’t they demill them and with the proceeds from the parts sales, buy back more.

Or the government could ship them to which ever middle eastern group they are backing that month.

Or have the buy backs in eric holders garage, then the mexican cartel narco-terrorists can pick them up at their convenience.
Collect a semi truck full, then they can bring them back after dropping off their goods and paying their protection money all in the same trip. Saves them time and fuel, and it’s good for the environment!

feinstein can fondle them in the mean time, that way there would be no chance of them being stolen.

Its good to see you people sticking to your guns, Ill tell about things in my part of the world. A few years ago the govt wanted to do a revision on gun ownership and with the help of gun free organizations and liberal media they came up with all the same excuses as what you guys are currently hearing ( feels like dejavu), so govt came up with a scheme that those who had firearms on the old licence ( more like a permit to purchase ammunition for that particular firearm & to prove that one is the actual owner) had to apply for new weapons permits and that after a cut off date all the old licences would be invalid thereby making any possession criminal. Media immediately got to work by fanning the flame of fear of doing jail time for all those who did not comply and thousands of law abiding citizens simply surrendered their firearms knowing that because of the log jam in the system could never make the cut off date. I am not a criminal and refused to see my big stainless which i paid hard earned money go through a steel press so I held out & waited. Eventualy some wealthy hunting clubs pooled together and took govt to court and won, once again making the old licences valid but all the new firearms will be on the new permits, but the damage was done thousands of people who handed in their guns would never see them again (all destroyed). I recently went to a gunshop and liked the look of the gen4 Glock 34 but the process to get it besides the cost is so involved with interviews tests & home visits that it put me well off so ill just hold onto the big .44 besides even if I could afford to shoot a 100 rounds a day i would not wear it out before my Lords return not like some of the new plastic stuff I see

Actually the gun people do something very interesting by and large they worked and invested. Seriously in my circles they all did very well financially. That’s what you get when you obey the law (as they do) and play by the rules. The facts from Florida speak volumes to that effect with over 2.3 million carry permits issued and 168 revoked for a crime committed in which a firearm was utilized. Discipline and planning can carry you pretty far.

Please in the future let us know if your going to sell more ammo. By the way; why did you previously purchase 1000 rounds of .223 ammo?

    87. Bombshell: *Rod Class gets FOURTH Administrative Ruling “Gov’t Offices are Vacant”- All Gov’t Officials are “Private Contractors”
Submitted by The South on Sun, 10/14/2012 – 18:25
      in
      Politics, General + Law(s)
Yes, you read that correctly; it is true, and is now on the court record; black ink on white paper. Please read on:

*****Rod Class has now received FOUR Administrative Rulings that prove what many of us have felt to be truth: What you think is government; what you think are legitimate Government Officials/Senators/Congressman/Policeman/Governors/Tax Collectors, etc. are nothing more than private contractors, extorting money from American Citizens and failing to pay off the public debt as they are instructed to do by the 1933 bankruptcy.

What they have done is this:

These people have switched places with the average American Citizen. They are enforcing their own Administrative codes, that are only meant for THEM, upon regular Citizens who are not being paid by the corporation. The supposed elected officials have hoodwinked the country into an employment position without pay. They themselves are taking public money to occupy government seats/positions/agencies, when they are nothing more than private contractors … Felony!

They are treating us as if we are paid government employees; enforcing their own internal rules-regulations-codes, and statutes on the average Citizen, as well as conveniently forgetting to send us our weekly/monthly government employment check.

I’ve been preaching this for the last year + with no avail on this forum. Perhaps now, people will begin to listen and take action.

In these radio shows, Rod explains his Administrative Rulings from the various Judges; explains the con, and shows you, where in their very own US Codes the above aforementioned information is spot on.

There are a few shows you need to listen to, and here are some bullet points of those shows:

      1. All BAR attorneys are prohibited from representing John Q. Public; can only represent gov’t officials and employees within their own agencies, their BAR Charter says so.

      2. Any Judge that prohibits you from representing yourself or hiring a defense other than a BAR attorney, are in fact, committing a felony on the bench in violation of the Taft-Hartly Act (running a closed union shop) and the Smith Act (overthrow of Constitutional form of Gov’t)

      3. Anytime an BAR attorney represents someone in a case against you, you can now claim that person is incompetent; a ward of the state, with no standing to sue.

      4. Any and all tax collectors, police officers, sheriffs dept’s, DOT, tag agencies, BAR attorneys, Judges, Highway Patrol, supposed elected officials, are nothing more than private contractors, who can now be brought up on fraud charges for impersonating a public official while receiving federal funding.

      5. Any and all home, vehicle, credit card loans are supposed to be discharged through the Treasury window, in compliance with the 1933 bankruptcy laws. These scumbags are double dipping and never discharging the debt like they are supposed to. They are embezzling the funds and pocketing them for themselves.

More people are killed every year with hammers than assault weapons. Washington, DC and London, England are about the same size and with the strict firearms controls in London, there were TWICE the violent assaults in London than in DC. Switzerland gives every person a firearm and teaches them how to use it. Crime rates are so low in Switzerland they are almost impossible track.
Data is Data. Facts are Facts. Idiot politicians with their own agendas which dont even come close to mirroring the wishes of their constituents are Idiots. Australia has reached such an epidemic in violent crimes since their gun take over legislation took effect, the police dont have a clue how they are going to protect the public.
AND, if you read the writings of the founding fathers you will definitively find they MEANT for the people to be armed to protect them from AN OPPRESSIVE GOVERNMENT!
There was no need to give then a right to have a weapon to put food on the table. The people already had that right. The Second Amendment was a guarantee the people could forever be able to protect themselves and their families.
