Harry S. Dent, Jr., of HS Dent Investments - Forecast Update August 17, 2009:

China broke below some key levels last night and that market has been leading this bear market rally. The Dow has now traced out a bear market rally nearly identical to the one in early 1930. Hence, the odds are growing that this rally has come to an end.

It is still possible that the markets could make another run up into early September after a pullback here, but the odds are that we have already seen a top.
