There are plenty of history books that show us where the country is heading. Life became very difficult as the country entered World War II with shortages and rationing. The ‘ big ‘ difference is that nuclear weapons might play a bigger role in any future military engagement. Any preparations for economic hard times cannot overlook the need to be mobile. Gold,silver, and/or cash have to be included to provide you with the ability to pick up and move if something happens in your area. If government mandated evacuations occur, you can expect chaotic situations where only that which you can carry may be all that you will have. ( Anyone who has experienced a hurricane or forrest fire evacuation knows how difficult it can be. ) If you have family and/or friends who live in different parts of the country, be sure to keep in touch with current addresses and phone numbers. This could provide a direction to travel towards if you simply have no choice but to abandon your current location.Best of luck to all.

So even tho’ it’s refreshing to hear Gerald Celente again, I’d consider the source and take things with a largish hunk of NaCl.
