Editor’s Comment: By all appearances, President Trump is doing his damndest to turn around the economy, revitalize jobs and bring back prosperity. But the larger trends are already in place; the cycle is turning, and the bust cannot be put off forever. Federal Reserve policy has literally set the country up for collapse, and though the central bank has been very creative in making the impossible work, and putting off disaster, nothing can hold back the flood forever.

Unfortunately, it looks like Trump may be blamed for a financial crisis that he didn’t cause. Analysts, including notably Brandon Smith, may be correct in pinpointing the attempt to use the new and highly controversial president as a scapegoat for the dirty work of the bankers. The conditions are there, and the consequences were built in when the bubble was still being pumped up. Someday it will burst. When, how, and how bad remains to be seen.

Ron Paul: Economic Collapse Imminent — Trump will Get the Blame Instead of the FED

by Jack Burns

If former Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) is correct, an Economic Doomsday is here. The second financial bubble is going to soon burst, and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. That’s because, as Paul stated, the Federal Reserve has set up the American economy for financial collapse for printing trillions of dollars back in 2008 and 2009.

“The Federal Reserve’s policies of printing trillions of dollars back in ’08-09 have locked into place a serious financial crisis at some point in our future,” Paul stated. Going so far as to intimate the financial collapse will occur at least some time in the next two years Paul wrote, “It’s unavoidable, and even Donald Trump can’t stop it.”

Paul said Trump will be the patsy for the supposed impending financial ruin. Just like everyone blamed Obama for the financial collapse in 2009, this time, “Trump will unfairly get the blame,” the former Texas representative wrote. Paul bases his comments on reports he says he’s read which concludes that within the next 18-24 months, the collapse will happen.

The former congressman further explained he’s still holding out hope for Trump to make changes which can help to protect America’s future, but pointed out some of Trump’s staff has direct connections to Wall Street. He’s also concerned Trump’s war against radical Islam is a war Trump cannot win because it’s a war against an ideology, much like America’s failed attempt at defeating communism.

Paul believes Trump’s moving in the right direction to protect America’s interests by canceling America’s involvement in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade agreement with Asia. Paul also hopes Trump will pull American troops out of the at least 7 countries in which it is currently deployed and engaged in military conflict. “I say just come home,” Paul said when addressing having our military presence overseas. “Just get out of there and let the local people sort (the conflict) this out,” Paul said in response to how America should deal with hot spots like the Ukraine and Syria.

Paul believes the former administration’s posturing and threatening of China was misguided and stated we’d be better of trading goods with China, and all of Asia, rather than trading threats. However, as the Free Thought Project pointed out, Trump is already carrying on this dangerous posture — and China is responding.

Paul warns there’s going to be an acceleration of black ops operations by the CIA and Special Forces missions such as the joint special operations command (JSOC) which, as The Free Thought Project has reported, answers directly to the President of the United States.

Paul, who has never supported Trump is concerned about Trump’s ego, wondering if he’s going to act on his impulses to go after the ideology of radical Islam. Paul reminded his viewers that the way to create more jihadists is to keep on provoking the moderate Muslims into becoming radicalized by reacting to U.S. military actions overseas — the exact same thing Trump is doing right now.

Paul praised President Obama’s actions to normalize relations with Cuba and he hopes that with all of the policy decisions the Trump administration is making, that Trump will maintain the policy Obama implemented with Cuba and continue to keep the negotiations open with our closest Southern Caribbean neighbor.

Paul noted that he thinks U.S. policy has created a “failed system” in the country. “All empires end and we’re the empire. It’s going to end and it’s going to be for economic reasons…we’re going to fail because we’re working within a failed system…this is a monetary problem…a spending problem…it’s going to be financial,” Paul emphatically claimed, once again stating the collapse of America is imminent. “We have something arriving worse than 2008, 2009, much worse…It was the fault of the Federal Reserve,” Paul said, adding, the Keynesian economic model contributed greatly to the first bubble burst. Paul said the left will blame Trump for it like the right did to Obama, but he says it’s bigger than the office of the president, and blames the federal reserve and the previous 17 years of governmental spending.

If you think Ron Paul’s comments hold no water, think again. As the Free Thought Project reported last year, even the former chairmen of the Federal Reserve is predicting this crisis.

We are in very early days of a crisis which has got a way to go,” asserted Alan Greenspan to Bloomberg last year. “This is the worst period, I recall since I’ve been in public service. There’s nothing like it, including the crisis — remember October 19th, 1987, when the Dow went down by a record amount 23 percent? That I thought was the bottom of all potential problems. This has a corrosive effect that will not go away. I’d love to find something positive to say…..I don’t know how it’s going to resolve, but there’s going to be a crisis.”

When the man who used to run the very central bank Ron Paul says is responsible for the collapse, also says there’s going to be a collapse — it’s time to pay attention.

I believe he is correct. You can bet that the LIBTARDS that are still left after Obullshit left office will do everything they can to cause this.

When it does go down, just remember to give Trump a chance to rebuild. I believe that the American Patriots can rebuild anything, and are strong enough to survive it. God Bless and Watch over President Trump.

    • BigB says:

I think he is right as well. This is one of the primary reasons I voted for Trump. If anyone can navigate this country through a full blown depression it is President Trump.

      • laura ann says:

Seems you could be right, Trump has experience but has to get rid of the bad guys and re-org. the money system under constitutional guidelines by creating a nat. bank of nat. credit @ 1-2%, outlaw derivatives, cancel 20 some Trill.$ debt and put system under orderly B’ruptcy re-org. while protecting comm. banking. If this collapse happens, blogs will shut down as useless like News w/Views, New Amer.,Lew Rockwell, Rutherford Inst.,or any editorial type blogs. only blogs read will be survival info., prep type blogs. No need then to read anything else. People with common sense will know it is many former presidents and sorry leadership over decades causing it, and not blame Trump. Air headed lefties will blame Trump.

        • apache54 says:

          Laura Ann, and the others,
i agree and it would be a great time to tackle the fed reserve and clean OUT that mess as well!! prepare for things to go south before it gets better, but it is the only way it will get better, Trump was handed a live grenade with the pin pulled!! HE will help us out!!

          • TrumpsDeplorable says:

None of this is Trumps Fault. The era of Free Money for Wall Street Gambler’s equals this:

P/E’s on the S&P index is now at 70% above its historical mean – hardly a position from which it is likely to surge.

            Pop goes the Weasel !!

            • TrumpsDeplorable says:

Get this: According to Sports Illustrated, approximately two years after retirement, the percent of NFL players bankrupt or financially stressed is a whopping 78 percent. Dan Marino Filed Bankruptcy in 2016.

              1. Dan Marino

Dan Marino, a former quarterback for the Miami Dolphins with a decorated NFL career, recently suffered a major financial setback after losing big in a major investment.

The nine-time pro bowler and analyst with CBS’ “The NFL Today,” has accumulated millions over his career, but he lost a major portion of that money in one investment in a company called Digital Domain from which he purchased 1,575,525 shares.

The company is popular for producing the famous hologram of dead rapper Tupac Shakur at the Coachella Music and Art Festival. However, the company soon after filed for bankruptcy, taking Marino’s stock with it.

According to reports, the 51-year-old Marino’s investment might have resulted in a loss of $14 million.

        • Yeah, right says:

Trump will be broke too when the bubble pops. Right? He will be broke too? Or maybe since he’s such a good businessman he knows someone who will give him a little insider information and dump some stuff. Hey, that’s what good businessmen do. It may not be legal but….And who would want a president that declares bankruptcy for the 5th time anyway?
And now that he’s the president of this corporation, bankruptcy could help us. We would just wipe out all his debts and restructure. No problems.

      • watching and waiting says:

        • The Deplorable Braveheart says:

Sarge, I’ve got another gun show in my area this weekend. I’m looking for a heavy barrel for my 10/22 and maybe another stock. I’ll also get more ammo.

          • Hi BH!
Hope you see this. I got an old Apache 77 w/plastic mags(10round, but spring is shot). Can’t find ’em anywhere…
I only got one, but if you have any connections, I would appreciate it.
Otherwise, plan b is to fabricate some 30 round mags, that’s not going to be too much fun, making springs…

            • The Deplorable Braveheart says:

PM, an Apache 77? Now that goes WAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY back. I haven’t seen one of those since the 80s. I would say try craigslist and amazon. If no luck there, then go to your Plan B. I don’t think apache 77s are even made anymore.

      Sgt. Dale,

      We agree…

I believe Ron Paul is correct on this one. I see a financial test coming as soon as this fall or as late as the middle of 2018 – though I am not certain it is the final ‘economic doomsday’. Their objective is to trash Trumps job creation.

  2. SmokinOkie says:

Looks like this would be a great year to order some heirloom seeds from the spring catalog. And re-work the water well. And get the wood splitter fixed, and….
Been working like a madman trying to get back to the country place and get it into shape. Living in town sucks.

    • BigB says:

Take a look at that “Farm in a Can” Smokie. I bought a couple.

      • PO'd Patriot says:

I’ve planted seeds outdated by five years and had mostly 90% germination. You’d be surprised how long they’ll last on the self if you keep ’em dry. I buy all mine from Baker Creek (heirloom).

I’ve no doubt that what Ron Paul says is true. The “when” is the real mystery. Stack it like it’s tomorrow. And don’t forget to learn how to make/start a fire using at least three different methods.

        • Anonymous says:

FWIW, grains have been recovered from ancient Egyptian tombs that still have a high germination rate.

        • grandee says:

Baker Creek ! I get all mine there too.

        • dindu nuffin says:

I haven’t had good luck keeping cucumber seeds for more than a few years.

        • Just Saying says:

If you want to buy seeds on the cheap, set yourself up as a grower, farmer, ranch, or something of the sort. Go to a wholesaler like these guys, http://www.bwicompanies.com/. You can buy seed by the pound for pennies on the dollar. Split the bulk with like friends. I packed mine in glass canning jars with a desiccant packs for two weeks to dry them out. I removed the packs and put them in my deep freeze. I have seeds that are 6+ years old and still get 90% germination rates.

        • TrumpsDeplorable says:

I keep all my Heirloom seeds in an .50 Cal Ammo can, Sealed and Dry and in a cool place. I keep lots of things in Ammo Cans. First aid kit, ammo, Important papers, gel fuels, etc, and they stack nicely.

MUST HAVE- Recommended FOOD PLOT- You want to attract more “Wild Life” (protein) at your BOL Property? Start putting put cracked corn daily. Attracts all kinds of Birds, Turkeys, Deer, Squirrels, Raccoons. Its your Food Buffet of Protein in a Bag to attract the critters. Make sure you store your $12 / 40Lb bags of cracked corn you can buy at a feed store, in a sealed metal container with a tight lid, to keep it dry and inaccessible to the critters. I see scratch marks from claws trying to get into the can. lol So for $12 of Corn that will last for 4-5 months. Just sprinkle out a few cups daily, and watch the critters come in daily to feed.

  7. Brian says:

If this financial disaster befalls us, who do I need to see to get a job building the wall with Mexico?

  8. Think short term and long term. Purchase fruit trees that are not genetically modified. Otherwise the seeds won’t grow into fruit bearing trees.

If we stop importing avocados from Mexico, the price will go up. I love avocado trees. The leaves do not fall off. So you get shade all year. Some fruit trees, like peaches, ripen and must be picked or, they quickly fall once ripe. Only the avocado stores ripe fruit, up to three months.

I like black mission figs. The tree has several stages and fruit ripens, must be picked, but continues to produce again and again throughout the summer.

Both trees are nutritional healthy and can prevent Cancer, diabetes, and more.

Lemon trees fruit almost year round. They have long thorns so place them away from traffic.

Tomato is easy to grow. Produces a lot for minimal effort. Tomato sauce, salad, sandwiches, and now, all the ingredients for guacamole!

Figs go good with cheese and wine. They are delicious right off the tree. Not everyone likes figs. I did not care for figs or avocados, but I acquired an affinity for them, and the rest is history, as they say.

    • john stiner says:

We import all our food now. Nothing is grown in California anymore because of the environmentalists.

      • John Stiner:

CAlifornia rice is sold at Costco. Strawberry fields can been seen from the highway. Avocado orchards are a mile away. Wine coming from the grapes in Sonoma are exported Nationally as well as Internationally. Stores offer corn grown locally. Farmers markets and restaurants of quality sell food grown locally. California dairies are selling milk and dairy products.

The regulations have impeded CAlifornia, but Trump just signed an EO eliminating unnecessary restrictions on small business. Maybe farmers will be producing and selling more soon.

        • Beaumont says:

Calexit (sounds like Brexit) is making the same arguments, against federalization, which Trump is making against NAFTA and the TPP. To the best of my understanding, the states are regarded as smaller, sub, or micronations, in voluntary participation.

If you look at the Lincoln monument, the armrests of this throne are in the shape of fasces. (The bundle of smaller sticks, tied to the sturdier ax of authoritarianism.) Wars have been fought for independence, although we consider it a human right.

      • TrumpsDeplorable says:

Have Trump cut off money going to Mexico via Western Union, and close the Mexican Border for a Few Months, and watch the Mexican Government beg to get started building the wall.

The video is high-spirited but inept.

In resistance, against radical Reconstruction, the people are reading neo-nazi propaganda as dark humor. It’s just hypothetical — probably.

So, your officials have adopted the so-called “alt right” as their social platform, under the color of authority. They exercise legal discretion and employ physical resources, in the real world.

    • Yahooie says:

I don’t think I could get a lemon or avocado tree to grow outdoors in Virginia. Maybe if there was a tall greenhouse. I’ll have to look at Mount Vernon again. George kept a number of tropical plants in there and they (museum people) still have some for visitors to enjoy.

I do like how the Mount Vernon kitchen gardens were planted south facing before brick walls on a slope for max solar warmth gain to extend the season.

Must visit Jefferson’s Monticello also for some ideas. Hope to get there this summer.

The founding fathers certainly had all sorts of great ideas.

  9. TEST says:

Meanwhile, if Trump can get SOTU with good people, that will be incredibly important.

And, no, I don’t think a lot of people blamed Obama for 2008. A LARGE number of people blamed Nancy Pelosi, where it belonged. Obama just made it worse.

I think a large number of people will blame Obama. They ALL know he took the debt from ~ 10 to $20 trillion. Only the already ignorant will blame Trump, and they are going to follow any pinhead philosophy that comes their way anyway. The rest of the awake folks in the world know if is the left, socialism, free-lunchism, etc. that is destroying the economy, made 100x worse by Obungler. In the past, they had the lamestream media to push the narrative. ************NO ONE BELIEVES THE FASCIST LEFT MEDIA ANYMORE********** except the truly gullible and hopeless, so people won’t fall for the “Trump caused it” scam. Story comments like this make me not want to read the entire article. Any person who educated themselves as to what has been going on knows Ron Paul. They are parading poor Muslims who are wringing their hands because they can’t visit relatives at the ISIS training camps!

ABC news concentrated on a green card doctor in Turkey refused reentry into the US until he’s vetted. They had a crew of people saying, “oh he’s a doctor he wouldn’t hurt anyone”! Yup wasn’t Major Nadal the Ft Hood shooter a doctor? He was a licensed practicing Psychyatrist who could do freaking brain surgery! Didn’t stop him from going terrorist and shooting a dozen people!

That acting AG who Trump fired should also be disbarred. The woman is a disgrace. Obama issued an identical ban years ago, but non of these liberals thought to refuse to enforce that one? Hypocrites, treasonous hypocrites.

Obama and Clinton showed the world an American President can ignore the law at will, here the liberals are attacking Trump for enforcing decades old immigration law that has stood the test of law suits galore and it has always been found constitutional. Suddenly this little b itch decides it’s not! There’s the highway, maybe you can find a job as a legal aid after you are disbarred.

    You’re the Star today.
    Smile, your on Candid Camera.

Need to fire more of those Obama embedded traitors and put them on camera.

I guess Pres. Trump is sticking to his word good for him about time someone in the govt. did.

  22. Trump thrives on work. He never takes vacations. He’s glued to his phone, always available. Interrupts business meetings with important people in order to take calls from his children when they are growing up. Worked right thru the weekend.

Trump put a 20%or 30% tax on Mexican imports to pay for the wall.

Hired mad dog Mattis, and signed an EO to rebuild the military, and another EO to keep out terrorists.

Absolutely fantastic. The people unhappy are enemies of America. Our enemies hate seeing us do well. The globalists sought to take us down so that we’ld be on par with the third world.

Well, we were given orders all the way back in 2008 to goose the financial system so Obama could get a clean sweep for two terms and then to drop all support efforts after that if Clinton didn’t get in. Way back in ’99 we were told to stay out of the World Trade Centre and that ‘some day that baby is coming down’. So, a heads up tends to always get out there to those who count.

Want to know what’s next, look at what all the Silicon Valley guys are up to: they got the heads up.

All according to plan. First rattle the bee hive. Get them mad, (create division). Then kick it over, (start a civil war based on those divisions). Then run for shelter, (to your bunkers -wait it out).

Remember your training and where you stand. Curb your anger. We must continue to be supportive, vigilante and ready.

Yes, there is sure to be an economic collapse sooner or later, Doesn’t take much of a brain to figure that one out. This country has been headed that direction for years now. The biggest development that contributed to that demise happened when President Bush signed TARP in Oct. 2008. He should have let the crooked banks stand on their own; believe me the banks would have found a way to save themselves; the US government should not have bailed them out. That’s another time when a majority of American citizens were against bailing out the elitist of this country. The bankers had plenty of money in their private bank accounts to bail themselves out; but no they were to greedy for that. WTSHTF the targets will be bankers and democrats and republicans who turn their backs on the American citizens. Off topic, I don’t buy anything coming out of Mexico. I buy in season locally. That stuff out of Mexico is picked green, and gassed to create artificial ripeness…….which is red outside and white inside and has no taste. You’re just wasting your money. Grow your own, put Mexico out of business. You’re right, the Mexicans probably urinated on it. That’s probably how you got salmonella on green onions.

  26. Luther says:

Failure is only an option. To see the world now only through financial lenses is blindness. The goal is normalcy, and only if that fails will the “circus” come to include things like financial collapse or nuclear war. Control is paramount. The who know what is about to happen care only that they get to their underground tunnel systems in Colorado and the surrounding states in time before the event occurs. Nature and thousands of tons of spent nuclear fuel will do the rest. They resurface in South America. The United States of America was never anything more than a stepping stone. So if you want to know why our fiat currency system does not collapse, you need to look well beyond finances, debt, the FED, and anything else monetary in nature. This is about much, much more.

  27. Yahooie says:

“When the man who used to run the very central bank Ron Paul says is responsible for the collapse, also says there’s going to be a collapse — it’s time to pay attention.”

Hmm… The article that this is linked to is from June last year when it was claimed to be imminent. I have no problem being prepared and watching what’s happening but I was hoping for newer info than this.

I have noticed other site mentioning imminent collapse also. Logical thinking says that WS just cannot go on being the casino it has become.

Keep stacking. (My stacks are pathetic but I do what I can.) This year I hope to purchase my own little country acres; maybe even retire so I can really get things going better. (Need to apply more muscle power at this point than dollars.)
