“We Have A District Attorney Who Consistently REFUSES To Prosecute Powerful Sexual Predators” New York Prosecutors Accused Of Stalling Harvey Weinstein Rape Investigation

The Manhattan district attorney’s office is “dragging its feet” in its investigation into rape allegations against disgraced liberal Hollywood figure Harvey Weinstein, with the lawyer for the accuser noting that the cities district attorney already has a history of refusing to file charges against powerful sexual predators.

Actress Paz de la Huerta first accused Weinstein of sexually assaulting her on two different occasions in her New York City apartment in a widely read Vanity Fair piece which led to an investigation being launched by police who originally publicly stated that there was indeed a case against the alleged predator.

Fast forwarding a month later and no charges have been filed with the stalling getting so out of hand that the actresses lawyer, Carrie Goldberg, decided to release a statement in which she pressured the DA Cyrus Vance Jr. while also noting his past refusal to charge Weinstein and the possibility that it was connected to the fact that his lawyer had contributed to Vance’s campaign.

“We are very concerned about the unbelievable similarities here with what went down in 2015 when prosecutors dropped a strong case against Weinstein,” Goldberg said in a statement, according to NBC News. “We are deeply concerned about the foot-dragging in convening a grand jury.”

In the statement Goldberg said she was “throwing down the gauntlet” for her client by calling on Vance’s perceived bias and is demanding that a grand jury is convened by the end of next week.

“”We have a DA who consistently refuses to prosecute powerful sexual predators,” she courageously noted. “We have a DA who receives campaign donations from Harvey Weinstein and his attorneys – the DA must stop being complicit in Harvey Weinstein escaping punishment.”

Amazingly, NBC News only quoted one NYPD source whose job was apparently to specifically cast doubt on the accusers claims rather than provide any actual insight. Keep in mind, as noted above, police already claimed last month that they had enough evidence for a case.

“The case was weak from the beginning and she was not steadfast,” the source told NBC. “There are also time gaps that are unexplained and it seems like there is no reasonable expectation of moving forward.”

If that is not a classic case of covering for your DA I don’t know what is.

Regardless, there is no denying the fact that Vance let Weinstein off the hook in 2015 and now, especially when you consider the dozens and dozens of allegations that have surfaced against the serial Hollywood predator, the optics do not look good for the embattled district attorney.

These so called elite satan worshippers have a very powerful organization. Complete with hit squads and insider cops etc. You mess with them and you die! They are widespread and in many professions. The Klintons are a good example because they are public figures but many many others are more in the shadows. Judges, lawyers, doctors, etc. The network is waaayyyy bigger than you can believe. Wanna die? Just screw them over and see what happens…

Maybe because he is of like mind and conduct?

    • Genius says:

      Sorry DK…

We the People of the United States petition the U.S. House of Representatives to impeach Judge Gloria M. Navarro of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada for committing treason and collaborating in the insurrection against the Constitutional authority of the federal government pursuant to Article I Section 8 Clause 15, Article 3 Section 3 and Article 2 Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, 18 U.S.C. § 2831 and 18 U.S. § Code 2383.

Whereas Judge Navarro, at the direction of the FBI, BLM, and other federal agencies, is unlawfully detaining (Amendment VIII of the Bill of Rights & 18 U.S.C. § 3142), and has been for over nine months, prominent activists within the Citizens for Constitutional Freedom political movement for exercising their First Amendment protected rights—protesting against federal government overreach [the fact it had sold 9,000 acres of public land bordering Bundy Ranch and other people who own grazing rights to the division to a Communist Chinese energy firm represented by Rory Reid (Harry Reid’s son), EMM, for $4.5 million, $34.1 million less than its value, and began rounding up the Bundy’s cattle and holding them in inhumane conditions … at least 60 purportedly suffering death or missing]—and, in order to suppress C4CF ‘s education of the People, they have been charged by the FBI for violating 18 U.S.C. § 371 – Conspiracy to Commit an Offense Against the United States; 18 U.S.C. § 372 – Conspiracy to Impede and Injure a Federal Officer; 18 U.S.C. § lll(a)(l) and (b) – Assault on a Federal Officer; 18 U.S.C. § 115(a)(l)(B) – Threatening a Federal Law Enforcement Officer; 18 U.S.C. § 924(c) – Use and Carry of a Firearm in Relation to a Crime of Violence; 18 U.S.C. § 1503 – Obstruction of the Due Administration of Justice; 18 U.S.C. § 1951 – Interference with Interstate Commerce by Extortion; 18 U.S.C. § 1952 – Interstate Travel in Aid of Extortion; 18 U.S.C. § 2 – Aiding and Abetting. Among the political prisoners are Cliven, Ammon, Ryan and Mel Bundy, Peter Santilli (a journalist), Ryan Payne, Blaine Cooper, Eric Parker and Jerry DeLumus—all of whom provide C4CF with necessary influence.

Whereas the discovery comprises substantial evidence proving the innocence of the defendants but is being concealed from the public at the order of Judge Navarro (in violation of Amendment VI of the Bill of Rights and Rule 26 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure). These prisoners have also been subjected to mistreatment by the FBI, U.S. Marshall Service and employees of the correctional facilities.

Whereas Judge Navarro is consciously proceeding with falsified charges filed by the FBI against C4CF and refusing to grant motions to dismiss after learning that Sheriff Douglas Gillespie and many other local, state and federal officials ordered the BLM to return the cattle to the Bundy’s and withdraw from the land, and being presented with relevant laws [Article I Section 8 Clause 17 & Article IV Section 3 Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution, Rule 501 of the Federal Rules of Evidence and Nevada Revised Statute 568.225] were presented to her by the defense.

Whereas, after being ordered by Sheriff Gillespie to stand down, Special Agent Dan P. Love of the BLM continued to impede on the rights and jurisdiction of the People of Clark County and all People of Nevada unabated; Committing acts of aggression that should be considered attempts to seriously injure or even kill peaceful protesters, including tazing several individuals and using blunt force (some already challenged by physical disabilities)—an apparent result of its militarization. Sheriff Gillespie stated that “anyone who had been in policing would question their tactics.”

Whereas Judge Navarro is participating in a cover up of the suppression by the FBI (by way of COINTELPRO tactics) of the right to the free exercise of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, peaceful assembly, and petition the Government for a redress of grievances. One of the main functions of government is to enforce contracts, and in this case not only is the government failing to enforce a contract but it is also the contractor, and have abridged their obligations in addition to preventing the contractee(s) [Cliven Bundy—We the People] from discharging our duties enumerated in Article I Section 8 Clause 15 & 16 of the U.S. Constitution & 10 U.S.C. § 311 and pursuant to Rule 501 of the Federal Rules of Evidence.

Whereas Judge Navarro has proven herself unfit to be an impartial Federal Judge; Consistent to the extreme bias expressed by her assistance given to the federal government and its usurpation of power and by covering up the inhumane treatment of political activists who are being unlawfully detained for exercising their rights protected by the First Amendment to enforce the rule of law—to establish justice, insure domestic Tranquility, secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, guarantee a Republican Form of Government, and secure the right to life, liberty and property, as ordained by the Creator in the U.S. Constitution.

      • Genius says:

If you live in the west you know what an absolute piece of shit the BLM is.

        • Genius says:

And as for your info DK you were correct pretty much. I have been unable to contact my friend who is a relative of the Bundy’s though. I will admit as I have always said I would that I was incorrect. BUT, that does NOT excuse you from being an unconstitutional, statist, fed supporting, communist idealist! No one around here gives a rats ass if the Bundy’s graze their cows on the shithole desert land that no one gives a fuck about. Only you who spouts off from far away with your uninformed views. Oh and yer buddy hairy ried. I am close to this and believe me, people stand for the Bundy’s here not in whatever commieland you live in. So keep your communist anti-american shit to yourself and STAY OUT OF OUR BUSINESS! Bundy paid the right people (Clark County) but when they said they could no longer accept it (because your beloved fed friends allegedly took it over) they returned the checks. Keep suckin that govt. cock and die for them huh….

          • Braveheart1776 says:

BlackMoe, the BLM that is Black CRIMINAL Lives Matter is the one that concerns me the most.

            • BlackMoe says:

Agreed, BH, but it’s not the street apes within the BLM gangs, its the agenda of the elite that are fueling and financing the BLM movement that bothers me the most. The street thugs are visible and easily dealt with, but the ones at the top pulling the strings are hidden in the shadows, and protected by the real criminals paid for by all of us. That shit needs to be burned to the ground.

        • gandhi says:

most ranchers i knew were absolute pieces of shit who whould not even let you hike on their property. why should a family get to keep the land for generations just because they think they deserve it. ask the indians

        • gandhi says:

at least the BLM will let you hike hunt and camp on the land. the piece of shit ranchers have you arrested for trespassing. private ranchland must be eliminated now!

      • gandhi says:

while the bundy’s enjoy a ranch with lots of real-estate handed to them, my family gets to live in a vehicle which is all the wheel-estate they get. £uck those racist bundys. ranchers suck

        • Genius says:

Our cabin is located right next to several ranchers property. The only fenced off land is that which is owned in full by them. People ride on and hunt etc. on the blm (public) land with no problem. All the ranchers have improved the land with watersheds and wells that are shared with the local wildlife and people. In fact I get my water from a ranchers well. I have my shooting range on a ranchers leased land too. I have been helped several times by ranchers and I in turn help them. IDK what issues you have but anyone is free to hike or ride or whatever on the blm leased land. I would 100x rather have ranchers on the land than 100’s of dumb assed POS city fags all over the place. If it weren’t for the ranchers developing the water there would be waayyyy less wildlife in the area too. I love the ranchers being there, without them it would be a lot worse! Who gives a shit what outsiders think, the people who live and own property there LIKE THEM! Non locals need to butt out of OUR business and go fook up in your own neighborhood…

          • Genius says:

And years ago when I lived near the Bundy ranch we went dirt biking and 4 wheeling all over that place. You could camp, hike, whatever with NO bullshit from anyone. The only reason there is any wildlife there is because THEY DEVELOPED IT. NO ONE IN THE AREA BITCHES ABOUT THEM. Just outsider dumb fooks that can’t mind their own business!

            • Genius says:

solar panels and all the pitfalls.
Hope Mac will post some solar power
    stuff so I can reply.

    • Genius says:

relik, post away I wanna hear it.

It would be several hundreds of words. Not a comment most would read. I’m an engineer, not a journalist. My last published paper was 20 years ago( and it still had a mis-spelling in it).
Give me a day or two to put it together. I’m not a Daisy, or a Alex, et al. I don’t have a web site. I’m data limited due to Satellite connection. I’d be glad to submit it to Mac and have him edit and post it if he thought it was good SHTF prepping stuff.
I have a good story! I do not have any panels YET! At least I can share what it takes to become an importer of goods Americans no longer make from scratch.

        • Genius says:

relik, Most panels are made in China now. Kyocera… Chinese… Canadian Solar… Chinese… Trina… Chinese. There must be 1000’s of companies that make solar panels in China. I buy, sell, install solar panels for a side gig and have 20+ years of experience. I have Chinese panels on both my house and cabin. There are such an array (pun) of panels that of course some suck and some are good. I have Talesun panels on the house and I will tell you they are excellent quality and perform great. I have Trina panels on the cabin and the same. Maybe spend an extra buck and get a more reputable brand. Who knows what you will get from Quang Chung panels but experience has taught me to stay with known brands. Renogy is good too. Hope that helps.

          • BlackMoe says:

My panel array is Renogy. I installed my system three years ago. I concur they are very good panels.

          • Genius says:

Also use American made charge controllers. Outback/ Midnite Solar/ Tri-star are very good. Same with inverters, I have NEVER seen an outback inverter OR controller go bad. Brands to avoid: Trojan… Magnum energy… Xantrex… Brands recommended: US Battery… Outback… Midnite solar… Tri-star… You would not believe the shit I have seen from previous installers (I did this for a living for a while) that I had to fix. EVERY trojan battery bank failed prematurely! I have seen the shittiest of wiring jobs and dumb assed shit there is! When it comes to solar power, ignorance is NOT bliss! Feel free to ask me any questions, my installs are ALL still running 100% as are my customer satisfaction ratings…

            • Genius says:

I have certs from SEI (solar energy international) in both battery based and grid tie. However my regular job pays more and has benefits 🙂

          • rellik says:

” I have Trina panels on the cabin”.
I found that there are many different companies that make “Trina” and “Hyundai” panels.
None of them seem to have ADD/CVD numbers, so customs duty is 280%.
That makes a $0.41 per Watt panel into a $1.15 per Watt panel on the dock in Honolulu.
To get them from Shanghai to Hilo, I have to hire a customs broker and put up a $10,000 bond to get them through Honolulu. Local shipping is $250 or so. This is for a pallet of 30, 330Watt panels.
All Chinese companies want to ship panels as “tempered glass and aluminum frames on the bill of loading to cheat the system. This risks the loss of the bond. One of my local suppliers told me some of the trade secrets. He gets together with other solar guys so they can fill a container(TEU) and ship direct to Hilo. They hire a Chinese firm to handle all the shipping and customs. He won’t tell me the name of the firm. That is the key. If I go through Alibaba, with an LTL, I become the importer. I take the risk. The system is rigged. I got my local supplier to drop his price of $1.00 per watt, but I have to buy my LiFePo4 batteries from him at a 400% markup from what the Chinese manufacturer wants. My Inverter is an low frequency AIMS because I can get parts to fix it from Digi-Key
or Allied and I can program the CPU at home. If custom Transformers weren’t so expensive I would have built my own inverter. I was an electronics technician for 17 years before I earned my degree, so I’m pretty comfortable with Electronics repair, build, and design. My Tenant is a journeyman electrician.
I generally stick with Outback and Midnight solar for most everything else.
I can put together a professional system pretty “cheap”, I just can’t get around the “system” to import stuff.
It seems nothing is made in America, it is only assembled here.

I love watching Trump speak on National TV and flip between channels. The more the network hates Trump, the stranger his hair color gets. Once a woman with gray hair walked behind Trump. As she did, her hair color changed dramatically as she entered the edit region. They (CNN) were live editing the shot to give Trump really weird orange hair.

A check of the speech later on YouTube found Trumps and the woman’s hair color normal. I wish I had recorded that network blunder. So yes, live editing is actively done to create fake news and false impressions.

“These People Do Not Exist” 11-minute video I posted upthread yesterday isn’t just about producing fake news or changing one’s hair color or skin tone a few shades. We already know that, it happens everyday.

The point, and going forward, at some (not too far out in the future) time, when law enforcement/detectives, etc., have ready access to it, they can use this technology to incriminate people; to say an innocent person confessed to something they didn’t confess to or do and/or said something incriminating that they didn’t say, all by re-creating their face and also re-creating / simulating their voice too — and that’s just one example of the damage they can cause with this technology — more accurately, the abuse of the technology.

This isn’t just about fake news or altering the color of some celebrity’s hair a few color shades. Think of the *abuse of the technology* and the damage that can be done.

They can even use this to break up families by making it seem that a family member said or did something they never said or did. I think it’s dangerous and people should be made aware of it. Once they get a clip of your voice and have your photo (from DMV or the Internet) they can make you look guilty about something you aren’t guilty of.

They can also use it to turn good people away from each other, more divide and conquer, for one, such as damaging the reputation of the few good leaders or politicians left, whom we were relying on, and turning us away from the few honest ones.

Authorities abusing this technology can make it seem that your teenager admitted to something they never said or did, resulting in jail time. There are many more abuses that can happen.

We think we don’t know what is real and what is fake now. Wait until they unleash this on the public. People should be made aware of it now. If you want to play it down, fine. At least I did my part.
